Hi everyone!! Currently on the dreaded TWW and could do with some company to stop me obsessing ha!

I feel like this month I’m in with a chance since my MMC in June! I’ve noticed lots of watery CM over the weekend, along with pain in my left boob and then positive OPK followed by a large spike in temp so fingers crossed my ovulation is back on track!

I would love to hear about others symptoms around implantation up till your BFP :)

@ReginaPhalange12 hopefully it’s ok for you 🤞🏻 I think I may have totally missed it too this month… told myself I wasn’t going to test (I spoke to a friend last month about how hard I find getting negative PTs particularly when doing OV tests and she suggested I ditch them - she said that the positive OV test and thinking you’ve “caught it” causes an expectation that’s then even more disappointing when you don’t fall and I agree), but then I did two random ones that were probably too late and both came back negative. Haven’t had much sex either (3 days apart) so think I might have missed it altogether and now a bit livid with myself….

You can’t win can you?!

@BrwnX its so tough, I hear you because I’ve been there myself - with me it was wanting constant scans.

Have you tried meditation at all? Tommys actually recommended it to me for reducing anxiety around the early stages of pregnancy and I have to say when I do it daily it definitely makes a difference (I’ve kept it up when TTC) x

No I haven't @Blueskies4 but my friend did suggest this. I told my best friend (I know it's still super early) but she suffered a MC in January and fell pregnant again and is actually due this month so I thought by telling her it would help as I would have someone close to me to chat with.

@BrwnX that's good that you have someone to talk to, it’s so hard with whether to tell people or not, because you need a support network but at the same time don’t want to go over and over things x

@Blueskies4 yeah for sure! We have decided to tell our parents tonight. I know some may find it early but we feel like we could be doing with the support.
I am trying to be super positive and take each day as a blessing 🤞🏻🌈 xx

@BrwnX yeah I definitely think the one day at a time approach helps.. Someone told me that affirmations (which I’ll be honest I previously thought were a bit woo woo!) help such as “today I’m pregnant and my body is doing what it needs to do”.

I told my parents super early in my last pregnancy and it was a weight off! I think next time 🤞🏻 I’ll tell more people earlier because it feels to lighten the load xx

We told them and they were absolutely over the moon. I know what you mean about the feeling of a weight being lifted.

I've been quite crampy today so I have been freaking out a little but trying to stay positive 🌈 xx

Hope you’re ok with the cramping - I had it with my daughter all the way through the pregnancy but it’s stressful when you’ve had a past bad experience having any kind of twinges x

So ladies, I’m not sure if I’m being fobbed off and should ring the doctors back. So I had my phone appt regarding fertility, finally! My dr has put me forward for the 21 day progesterone test. Now this should be done 7 days before period due ( I told him this was fri 20th ) yet he’s booked me in for bloods on Tuesday 17th. Will this just be pointless and make my test inconclusive??

hope everyone is doing ok, what days are we all on in our cycle?

@Longtobe2023 definitely call them back!! It's a blood test that is well known for needing to be on a set day or it's completely useless. I'm flabbergasted he has booked for a vastly different day. I go to the hospital for mine because they can't book me on the correct day x

@Longtobe2023 Your blood test will be useless if on the wrong day so definitely call back! You really want to book it for 7DPO. What dpo are you just now?

I’m currently 1DPO yay! I’m excited for this cycle. My temp didn’t raise as much as I expected it to this morning though so now I’m worried I didn’t ovulate 🫠

@moosey89 @LacedBouquet I thought that was wrong of him, tbh when he rang me he couldn’t of gave a toss about my situation. He sounded bored when I was talking about my past MMC and only conceiving once in 4.5 years.

I’ll give them a ring tomorrow and get it sorted.

@LacedBouquet im only on CD10 so O possibly around CD14/15. I’m really hoping it’s a little later as DP doesn’t get home from working away till Friday so I haven’t even hit my TWW yet and already wishing the month away lol

@Longtobe2023 sorry to hear that about your doctor. I felt similar way when speaking to mine last week. I feel that they are not understanding when it comes to fertility.

Ok well hopefully it comes later but you’ll. we’d to have a busy weekend 😉

@LacedBouquet so I rang the doctors and the receptionist said he actually booked it for the 17th November! I was that angry I could of cried. Now waiting for a call back from him (not that I want to speak to him right now) to hopefully correct the dates.

how’s everyone’s TWW going? I’m feeling optimistic this month! Not drank a drop of alcohol, took folic acid tablets daily and trying to eat healthier so let’s hope the slight change is enough for a hopeful BFP!

@Longtobe2023 I’d phone back too, I haven’t heard of the progesterone test but anything that’s a science needs to be spot on doesn’t it. It’s tough how fertility and MCs is something you have to advocate for so much yourself isn’t it.

I’m about 7 days DPO and same as my last two cycles I’ve started spotting again! NGL I’m feeling a bit livid and deflated!

@Longtobe2023 Oh my goodness, that’s so frustrating but thankfully they’ll try and change it 🙏

I’m 3dpo and I tested with my Proov PDG test this morning to confirm ovulation so I could start taking my progesterone suppositories. And normally it’s just a little bit raised as so early. Omg it was completely positive end of the scale positive! So I think I did ovulate from the two dominant follicles and have two corpus luteums making progesterone!
Im super excited because hopefully that means I have two chances to fertilise and implant an egg 🙏

@Blueskies4 sorry to hear about the spotting but could it be implantation spotting if 7DPO? When do you normally get your period?

@LacedBouquet so it said the big O was tomorrow but my LH strips were very high yesterday so I drove 80 miles to my DP for food and plenty of BD haha! No way was I missing my chance! But then I’ve tested this morning and it’s still high so hopefully yesterday was enough and he’s back tomorrow. Ooooh I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed for you!

@Blueskies4 its frustrating isn’t it when you just need that little bit of help but have to jump through rings to get it!

when does AF usually arrive after ovulation? Could it possibly be implantation?
