Thick Endometrium Problems?

Has anyone else had this pre-meno, and not had it be something bad/managed to conceive despite this?

Had an ultrasound today for some spotting between periods, and the technician commented that my uterine lining would be normal for before a period, but is pretty thick for just after one (currently on CD8). There's also a bit of fluid in there, but they thought that was just the leftover blood from spotting. It's apparently just within normal limits, but they're going to send results back to my GP and see what they suggest.

I already have some health anxiety, and have been TTC for a while (31, no other obvious problems).

Anyone experienced this/know what this might be?

Please give me your good news stories 😬

I had a scare with this and GP sent me for a re-scan and gynae referral and it was completely normal but they did say I likely have adenomyosis, but didnt want to do invasive tests to confirm as I was ttc (now pregnant). So definitely worth pushing for that, probably at the same time next month. Could be a mis-measure or something similar as I am assuming mine was. Either way. I fell pregnant within a few months so it didnt have any ill effects

Thank you! Out of interest, how thick was your endometrium at the first scan? They didn't give me my measurements, but I'm going to try and find out. Did they suggest anything else it could be (before it turned out to be a mis-measure?) Great to hear of someone having positive results TTC despite this sort of scare, and I will push for another scan 🙂
