Oo thats interesting.. @Mango30 ! I have my hopes up now it's so late and getting a couple symptoms but I am still 80% convinced its just going to come late for whatever reason since I'm still negative.

@HelloMoon87 my period was on 17th - 21st July and it says I ovulated 3rd august but I didn't do anything to confirm that so it could be wrong, & my period is due 15th August (making me my usual 28/29 day cycle) but 3 days later no sign and I've never gone over 29 before, so just super confusing since I'm still negative!

That's so annoying. I haven't got experience of that, as I only have had ever earlier periods since I started TTC. I have seen other people get later periods with all the symptoms, and it's very disappointing. It could be that you ovulated late as well if you weren't using opks. I hope for you!

@HelloMoon87 Yeah ovulating late could definitely be an option! I've read so much both ways of people getting periods 2 weeks late for no known reason, it just happens! & others getting BFP after a week or so.. I do really think it's just going to come on at some point and I'm just not going to know why but we can still have a little bit of hope until it shows!

I think I'll miscarry soon, my HCGs are not doubling and they're quite low. Thank you to all who have been supportive and I hope we get our BFPs one day.

I called the doctors today and explained my situation of being late / pains but negatives etc and they want to refer me for a scan. So I will get a call early next week to go for that.. so at least I’ll get a definitive answer soon. Unless my period comes in the meantime

Hi ladies! I was super quiet on this thread this cycle as we only DTD once a few days before ovulation and it’s been a really stressful month. I’m due on today and no PMS symptoms. Did a one step test this morning and negative. Just did an early Clearblue and I don’t know if I’m going mad or is there a faint line there? It’s in the 3-5 min window or are the Clearblue early tests known for evaps?

Hello I’m new here :)
TTC baby #1 for over 2 years. Finally got the ball rolling with initial tests with GP last week. AF is due in 5 days and am hoping and praying like every month that this could be our lucky month!

@HelloMoon87 Oh no I’m so sorry to hear this! Did you get your bloods done and if so what’s the results? Or are you relying just on the strip tests? I’m hoping it’s just one of those random dips for you and then it shoots back up! 🙏 I’ve seen so many stories of people with HCG not doubling, dropping then going back up xx

Think I’ll bin my Clearblue early detection and not buy again. Can’t see anything on this morning’s test and got my hopes up a little bit with yesterday’s test. Easy@home test is a stark negative, no sign of a line at all.

AF still hasn’t shown up and I’m 2 days late now. Flo says it’s normally to be up to 7 days late though apparently!

Thank you everyone. Yes blood tests showed unviable. But I still haven't miscarried, I just want it to happen sooner than later.

With my losses I’ve only started bleeding when the test goes almost negative

I had a positive (I think) yesterday and BFNs today. Egg white CM as well today and 2 days late?! The mind boggles 🙃

@cosymama2020 I am in the same boat as you. I did a clear blue early detection and saw a faint line partner did too so wasn’t my imagination. But everything since has been negative and no sign of period which was due on Thursday. How are you feeling today? Do you plan on speaking to doc if you don’t come on by a certain time?

@Boobag its so confusing isn’t it? I’ve just done a first response but with an evening wee and it’s BFN. Will do a Clearblue and a first response again in the morning if AF doesn’t come. Last time I was pregnant I had to have a blood test so if I’m not either in my period or have a BFP by Weds I think I’ll give them a call. I feel like the frer would have picked something up though even with evening wee!

Yeah I’d have thought it would pick something up by now, I have been doing one test with first morning wee and then again in evening with at least a two hour hold. Think I’ll probably calm down with testing, maybe only morning. And then if no sign by Thursday maybe I’ll ring doctor and see what they think. It’s a good sign last time you were pregnant you had to have a blood test so fingers crossed that’s the case this time.
