Hi guys! Can I join?! Im 35 and ttc no.2, had a chemical pregnancy in January and a miscarriage last month at 6 weeks. On CD2 so I'm feeling like its a fresh start-- taking lots of vitamins, trying to be healthy and feeling quite hopeful 🤞🤞good luck to you all!

Hi everyone, I'm 38 ttc... I have 3 girls but had an MMC in may with my 4th was supposed to be 11/12 weeks but baby stopped growing at 6 weeks but my body didn't recognise it. I'm currently 5dpo on my 2nd ovulation since mmc. 🤞 Baby dust to you all 🌈💖

Hi everyone could I join too?
I’m 37 TTC #2 and on 3rd cycle so far.
Currently 3dpo. I take my temperature every morning which I find helpful to confirm ovulation.
will be trying to have a more relaxed TWW this time around as I’ll stop temping when I go away next week and will avoid testing early as I’ll be distracted. Much rather wait for AF than test and get bfns, although I say that every cycle and still test 😆

@Maybebaby12345 so so awful! But with no FRER, I'm at a loss as to what early detection tests are available.. I've heard the boots tests are quite good, does anyone have any other recommendations?

@missmae ahhh I've also had an emotional day today. I think my energy levels are also a bit low, my toddler has been sick for few days but now we are on the mend hopefully. Hoping we get some down time. I definitely want to do more self care (exercise and massage) tomorrow and Friday.

Welcome to all the new future mamas joining. I'm sorry to hear about the miscarriages, I relate to that having had 2 chemicals in the last 6 months. Feel like next pregnancy will be a bit stressful at the start, so trying to prepare myself mentally but hoping for a good outcome 🤞

we have been TTC since October 2021, although the last few months have just ignored everything as we got married on 8th July so we were concentrating on that.
inhave PCOS and hasn’t had AF since March, but 7 days before the wedding AF arrived. I’ve not tracked ovulation but have had some EWCM and slight spotting yesterday. There has been plenty DTD since the wedding including yesterday and today, using a Fertilily both days.
I really haven’t felt up to DTD this week as lost my grandfather on Monday but DH said “imagine if we conceived this week that would be a gift from grandad”
Going off previous cycles AF should be due 3rd August. Holding out as much hope as possible.

Hi ladies, please can I join too! I am 29 I have one daughter she is 20 months and I am try number 2. I had an early miscarriage at the end of May/start of June and got my period start of July so have tracked ovulation which has been the past few days dtd everyday and will just have to wait and see. I have been very emotional tracking ovulation as it is has happened later than expected so I feel like that’s to do with the miscarriage. Due af 4th August I will try as much as possible not to rest too early but we will see 🙈

Hi @Ecgx I am in exactly the same position as you. Im 29 TTC number 2 my DD is 21 months old :) I also had a MC in June, my OV was a week late and I put it down to my MC, AF is due 28/29th. how are you?

Hey @ttcthoughts thanks for replying! It’s honestly so refreshing in the journey to just hear someone else is the same as you as it can feel so lonely at times! So sorry about your mc, this was my first one so I don’t know if maybe it is a thing that it throws your cycles off a bit but yeah mine was late and the flashing smileys were driving me insane! I hope you get a good result at the end of the month! Will you early test? I honestly feel scared to because of the mc but I know when I get closer I won’t be able to stop myself 🙈 how are you doing?

hey @Ecgx , it can be so lonely at times, im sorry to hear about your MC too, This one was my second I had a chemical in January which my cycle went straight back to normal but i was a bit further on this time so i assume its just normal. I OV CD25 rather than CD18.

I moved away from the :) tests this month and went straight for easy@home which I have found less intense.

I will probably test Friday if AF hasn't arrived if I'm honest, I'm also going to push for progesterone if we do fall this month,

I have found though that since having losses I feel everyone around me is having a baby haha

Oh gosh so sorry @ttcthoughts that’s so hard to go through so close together I hope you have had good support and are feeling ok. Maybe there is a connection with it being slightly longer, it might be next month it’s aligned back to earlier again! They are the most frustrating and really expensive, if I don’t get a BFP this time I will try the easy@home ones. Good luck with it I hope you get a positive! I am the same having a lot of baby announcements I am trying to not let it get to me as I do feel happy for them and hope one day it will be me again! Just really wanted to ttc before the window that would mean I might give birth around the same time my daughter would be 3 as I really want to avoid same birthdays so hopefully some point this side of December I will fall

11 DPO today and a very obvious BFN. I know with my first pregnancy I didn’t get my BFP until 13 DPO but all my symptoms are gone so I think I may be out.

I’ve got a party to go to this weekend so I’m just going to relax, enjoy myself have a gin and get back into the next cycle I think ☺️

I am the same I wanted about a 6 month gap in between birthdays but lets see. I think after this month I will take a month off trying to work on myself for a month or 2 and then get back on it.

@ttcthoughts ahh I see it was still picking up the hcg, it’s so rubbish all the aftermath of it and then not knowing like where you stand for your next chance to try. Will do! Keep me updated too, will be keeping my fingers crossed! Yeah it’s just so nice to have them apart and my daughters more a winter baby so wanted a different experience! Yes I think it’s good sometimes to take your foot off the pedal with all this as it is alot on your mental load, I’ve said I will go up to Septembers cycle then I’m having a break I think if it doesn’t happen ready for my daughter birthday as don’t want to be stressing about it! X

Just in case this is useful for anyone else. I read about polyester underwear being a problem for male fertility on one of the threads I'm watching and thought I'd look it up. I've gone through my partner's underwear drawer and chucked out all the polyester ones and bought him new cotton ones 😂Luckily he's a scientist so I don't think he'll mind as long as I can provide evidence-based research!

@ttcthoughts @Ecgx hi ladies, I've also had chemical in Feb and May. I've tracked ovulation and never had late ovulation even after miscarriages but I only tracked until my first positive opk / clearblue. So I'm wondering if late ovulation can still happen because I know the body can try to ovulate multiple times.

For the time that you ovulated late, did you get late period as well? Or have you just ovulated late this cycle?

when I have ovulated late I’ve also had a late period so I have found when the pregnancy test Goes to negative is when my cycle starts again

Hey @HelloMoon87 sorry to hear of your chemicals the ttc journey is so harsh for a woman! I hope you are ok. So with my late ovulation yes I had noticed my period was later but I’ve only had the one since my miscarriage so I don’t know if this will continue or even itself back out. I hope you get a positive too and don’t have too much of this uncertainty x
