8 DPO - BFN :( TWW buddies please!

I know I know… 8 DPO is FAR too early for most to test, and I wasn’t going to start until at least 10dpo.. but I caved and did a cheapie easy@home this morning and this evening and it’s stark white! I WISH I waited but I thought about how exciting it would be to see that positive result if by any chance I had implanted at 6DPO and just couldn’t resist.

So disappointed in myself as I’d rather not know if I am or not for a little longer then have a BFN but not being addicted to POAS because I know it’s so early and could pop up at any time if I am! You get more desperate when you see a negative.. need some TWW friends to keep me sane please and any success stories of a 8DPO BFN turned BFP?😁🤍

@Myna13 isnt it! Some are so sick through pregnancy and some hardly feel a niggle!, lol exactly 🤣 AF is due Friday for me too! Please be careful with clearblue :( I had a false positive last month vvcv faint line, they’re notorious for it apparently, if you see a shadow on a clear blue or what could be an indent grab a pink dye test to
make sure! Would hate for you to experience the same heartbreak I did last month thinking I was pregnant xx

@Emilyadams98 oh no! that sounds super disappointing. Thanks for the advice. I'll make sure to pick up some other pink dye tests as well. Are there any you recommend that might be sensitive to low hcg early on?

Definitely the FRER, they’re the most sensitive test on the market, detect the smallest amount of HCG, more sensitive than clear blue, it’s what I got my positive on with DD and swear by them! I was 3.5 weeks with DD, 4 days before AF was due

100%! Darker than yesterdays 😭, it’s right there in person.. I took a cheapie and I’ve had not even a shadow on those the whole time I’ve used them (they’re less sensitive than the FRER) and I’ve got an absolute squinter on this one.. couldn’t pick it up on camera but there is a slight shadow!

@Emilyadams98 that's so amazing! I definitely can see a faint line. I'm sure it's a little darker in person. Congratulations 🥳 are we saying this is your BFP or are you going to wait until it's darker?

I think it I my BFP!, in person it’s pink too so it’s definitely a faint positive 😁😭, fingers crossed it sticks!, I’m going to keep testing though for line progression so will keep you updated! I can’t get hold of anymore FRER until tomorrow, I’ve ordered 2x packs of 2 and will keep using the cheapies, don’t want to tell DP until I know it’s not chemical xx

@Emilyadams98 Yayy! 🥳🥳 I'm so excited. Keep us posted with line progression! I did a clearblue and it came back negative. A little bummed, but I'm only 8dpo today so it is still early. It's not over until AF arrives I guess. This is just the news I needed to brighten up my morning! I'm so pleased for you 😋❤️

Woke up this morning and I'm getting cramps. This is very typical for me in the TWW so now I'm feeling less optimistic but I know it's still very early

@naggy095 Thankyou sm!, I won’t take a digital for another few days as I didn’t get positive with digitals until a few days after I found out with DD (first few were negative as they’re not as sensitive as sticks but obvious lines on sticks), I have started getting slower back ache and a slightly heavy feeling on my lower stomach, super gassy still too, that’s it thought no other symptoms for me! Fingers crossed for you xx

Hello--would love to join. I am currently 7DPO and trying to hold out testing as its still so early. I have had some cramping and nausea for the past couple of days but I also remember having a couple months of the same prior to conceiving our DS so not trying to put too much weight on that right now!

I’m 8DPO and did a Clearblue early detection and it was a BFN! Ordered some more and going to run to boots before work and try to get some pink dyes. Only symptoms at the mo is very gassy and awful mood 😂

@cosymama2020 I'm 8dpo too and tested this morning (BFN). When do you think you'll test next? I would ideally wait until Thursday. But I don't know if I'll last that long 😂

@Myna13 I’m the same! Honestly I think I’ve started something I can’t stop now, I can see myself testing everyday now until AF shows. I just need to know although my common sense is telling me I need to wait until at least Wednesday. When are you going to test again?

Full/sore boobs still only symptom for me but not uncommon in run up to AF so not reading too much into it!

8dpo today as well and couldn't resist with everyone else testing 😂 but BFN, as expected. Think I'll wait till 10dpo to test again

@cosymama2020 I'm an early tester. I've got a box of cheapies that I'll probably use every morning until Thursday, just to keep my mind at ease. Save the Clear Blue's for Thursday. I've also just ordered some FRERs that come tomorrow, so the earliest I can use that is Wednesday morning 😂

@naggy095 when you get to 8dpo it's soo hard to just wait a few more days 😂 keep us posted with your 10dpo tests! Wishing you luck and baby dust🤞
