Anyone else starting their TWW? I'm 1dpo and need help staying sane whilst I google all of the symptoms under the sun 😂😂 currently googling "how does your cervix feel if you've conceived" lol

@Myna13 thank you! I will definitely wait a couple days to test again. This doesn’t feel real! I’ve been so impatient to get a BFP and going crazy here!

@ThelastRolo20 his yeah I bet! The uncertainty is just a killer isn't it?! I wish there was some way you could tell you had a fertilised egg as soon as it happened 😂 x

@Nurselou I felt like I'd been hit by a bus last cycle so this time I'm trying not to get too excited about things like achiness! I ache all the time anyway tbf 😂

@Myna13 I felt like I didn't have much CM generally at all until last month but since then I've noticed much more. Dunno if it's because I started folic acid last month and it's helping my cycle along? But I swear before that I felt pretty dry if anything 🙈

@ThelastRolo20 thanks! I'm keeping my fingers crossed 🙈 I'm trying to hold off on testing, maybe I'll do one over the weekend... Or maybe I'll start from like 9dpo like last time 🤣 see how long I hold out!

@hotmalibu all sounds positive 🤞 but im a creaky 37 year old so have trouble distinguishing relevant aches from old age stiffness!

Symtpom spotting in full swing here. I can't explain it but I just feel pregnant. Which is ridiculous because I'm only 6dpo tops (possibly less!) I have like a hot fuzzy feeling in my womb.

I think its how i felt when i was pregnant with my first but much later on just before AF was due so im probably just imagining it- but i cant shake the feeling nonetheless. Aargh, hope I'm not buying into wishful thinking and setting myself up for crushing disappointment!

Id say lotion type CM for me currently. Is there a specific type we should be looking out for as a sign?

@Bubblesandtroubles thank you and I relate with aches as I'm mid 30s haha - who knows why things hurt these days! Fingers crossed all good signs for you.

I've had a touch more bleeding but super light and a small stringy bit that looked more brown than red? But I think I'm clutching at straws

@Bubblesandtroubles I feel pregnant too. I hope our bodies have given us an accurate 6th sense. Some people say milky/lotioney CM is a good sign. Some people say they've been dry until later on in the pregnancy. There's lots of things that are different for different people. Don't overthink it. Keep us updated with tests!

@Hotmalibu94 when you do start testing, I'm happy to be line eyes with you! Keep us posted!

Following up from this, I felt bad leaving my DH out of this. This is something he's going through too, even if not physically (or hormonal emotionally). So when he came home I showed him the test, and he also definitely saw the faint line. That's a good thing I guess?
Can't wait to wake up tomorrow morning so I can test again 😂Might go to bed early so I'm sleeping through the anxiety of not knowing. It's taken all the will power I have to not pee on every stick I have at home today to see if there's a line 😅

Thanks @Myna13 I appreciate it! Don't want people knowing we're ttc so no one to talk to, apart from my husband whose response to "there's a tiny chance it's implantation bleeding" was "is that dangerous" haha so not sure how much help he'll be!

I was a little bummed that my dh's response to my faint line was nothing at all. He pretty much doesn't want to get excited before we know for sure, and we know it's safe (because we miscarried the last time). But that's put a damper on my excitement. I wish we could just jump to it being pregnant and getting the all okay from the doc so we can be happy about it together 😂

I have 2 velcro dogs who follow me around the house like a shadow. I can't remember the last time I had a wee alone. They usually just follow me into the bathroom, or paw on the door until I let them in, and they just flomp on the floor until I'm done. Then they're ready to get out with me. But today (and a little bit yesterday, but not as obvious as today), they've been really interested in having a sniff around me and the toilet when I wee. I've done some reading and turns out dogs can smell the hormone changes before we can. Are my floofs more sensitive than a pregnancy test? Who knows? Could just be me symptom spotting 😂

@Myna13 it's a good sign! My dog was definitely more interested when I got pregnant with my daughter so fingers crossed:)

@ThelastRolo20 that's so sweet! Doggo's are the best. Thanks for sharing that with me, I think I needed to hear a similar story. I don't feel like a crazy person anymore 😂

@Bubblesandtroubles I've been pregnant once before and definitely just knew then. I did a test fully knowing I was pregnant, so hopefully it's the same for you.
I definitely don't have that feeling this time... Who knows what will come though, might suprise me.

@Myna13 haha thanks! I'm going to try to hold off til Friday or Saturday maybe. That'll be 11/12dpo so then if it's negative I think that'll be me out.

So my cramping, back ache and raised temp that I convinced myself were early pregnancy symptoms are now likely due to a stomach bug as I’ve been having terrible diarrhoea his evening ☹️

Still 6DPO so it could be both I guess but hearing myself up for disappointment! 😩

is there even the slightest chance that i’m still in this month do yous think? dtd 13th morning and 17th evening. opk positive 15th so probably ov 16th.

i think i’ve accepted that im just out but i want to cling onto something to get me through to the next cycle 😅

Hi all!

Been super busy with work, along with pretty bad fatigue... I even fell asleep on my sons bedroom floor yesterday while he went downstairs to play with his dad. Which is completely unlike me! I'm only 6 DPO, but I'm either pregnant or PMS is hitting me hard this month 😂. As I can't help symptoms spotting I've also had light cramps today, and now I have sore breasts. I ran down the stairs today and noticed a bit of pain. It's likely just due to progesterone, but I can't help wishful thinking 😅. I've ordered some 6 day early tests to arrive tomorrow, but trying to hold out until Wednesday! Any others planning on testing tomorrow or Wednesday? 😁

Hello! So I tested again this morning and I feel like I saw the faintest faintest shadow but I don't know if it's in my head... I wasn't going to test today as I'm in an interview all day and didn't want to be distracted 😂 but here we are! Yesterday eve I started to get the telltale pulling sensations in my uterus area so I think that's a good sign but it could also be gas so I'm not counting my chickens just yet lol

@MaddKatt91 I also had to have a nap yesterday at about 3pm and I was 6dpo!

@satellitesunshine they say sperm can live up to 5 days so you might still be lucky 🤞🏽

@Nurselou don't count it out! I always get diarrhoea at around 7dpo so if I get it today it's a very good sign! The changing hormones play havoc with your digestion system ❤️

Hi all. Please can I join the gang? Currently 5dpo ttc number two. Had a pretty brutal 12th week miscarriage that resulted in emergency surgery so first cycle back trying again after some time off. Used the clear blue opk and dtd on the two high and the two peak days so just waiting to see what happens now. Fingers crossed to you all!!
