Dpo 1, tww keep sane

Hello!

TTC #2, 36 yo. I should be dpo 1 today, I could feel ovulation yesterday evening, had peak opk yesterday morning.

I will try to test only on day when AF due, so next Sunday, as I've had 2 chemicals so unfortunately not expecting magic.

Urgh succumbed to testing and bfn this morning 🙈😭. Had a weird night of cramping and was up at 5 am today. So definitely one symptom back.

@MrsP20202 - oh my god sciatica is the worst! But that’s so interesting that each pregnancy was so different. My mum had similar actually. She was fine with first pregnancy but during mine she got hyperemesis gravidarum and a terrible labour. I always joke that this is why my sister is her favourite child 🤣

Omg @Scarletthoping you've just reminded me about this. When I was pregnant with my daughter this happened to meee! Slow but consistent rises in heart rate and then got by faint bfp at 10 DPO. My heart rate carried on rising for weeks haha but I took it off after a while because i was so worried if it went down it would mean something bad.

This is a very good sign!!!

@Scarletthoping haha yep with my daughter I was on a drip most of the pregnancy with HG! I also nearly died during labour and so did my daughter (first lockdown) as I contracted maternal sepsis went into septic shock 3 times 🤦🏻‍♀️ where my son I was in and out I even ordered my husband a takeaway while crowning in labour 😂 every pregnancy is certainly different !

@MrsP20202 - oh noooo that is awful 😣 My former boss died of sepsis so when my dad got it last year I was out of my mind with worry. Must have been so scary to have it especially when you had a new born. Also HG sounds traumatic too. You definitely deserved the smooth pregnancy and labour you had with your son!!!

Does anybody have experience with one step tests? They’re the ones I ordered off Amazon. I feel like they’re giving me evap/indents but I don’t know 🤦🏼‍♀️ feeling very “meh” today!

I feel like this is deffo an evap/indent? The line is too thin 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hey ladies, busy few days so I've not been on here.
Weird question!!!! I've run out of pregnancy tests but I have opks, so I took one. If I was testing for ovulation its negative as it's a faint line, but i've heard they will show up for a pregnancy. Has anyone else ever heard of this????

@Maybebaby12345 opk will always have a faint line to be pregnant it has to be the same colour or darker to be positive :) I’ll show you my opk when I found out I was pregnant with my son

@Scarletthoping inwas actually okay it was my husband that was going out his mind as he wasn’t allowed in the hospital at all during labour due to corona all he knew was I was being rushed in for a c section for maternal sepsis then they never came back to him 🤦🏻‍♀️

@missmae that looks like a line to me! I always use one step and they have never given me an indent 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽 Fingers crossed

@Maybebaby12345 see picture for opk from my pregnancy with son the test line was darker then control line :) but opks do pic up pregnancy as long as they are dark like the control line or darker

I don’t know if I’m trying to look for symptoms but I’m so irritable, eating everything in sight and so tired. Im getting these random twinges on what feels like my left ovary. Might be gas though 😅

@cosymama2020 I do not believe it!😂I am saying an evap 😂🙄.
yeah I feel like I am the same tbh, my boobs do not hurt and they’re just fuller it’s really annoying me lmao. I have no appetite… I haven’t ate all day and still not hungry! No cramps or backache now for a couple of days.

Cm has returned today, slight ewcm, and also tmi, creamy. Are these good signs?! I don’t know. I’m convinced I’m out already. Really feeling negative today!😬😂

@missmae deffo looks like a line hun!! I always use the one step tests from Amazon/eBay and I have never got an indent, I only go buy a CB or boots if a line starts to show on the one steps, I know from working in hospitals the nhs use one step tests also as they are reliable 😆🤞🏽 I’m glad my kitten made your day 😂❤️ CB is out for delivery still taking bloody ages, my daughter was watching lion king earlier and of course I cried 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

@missmae looks like a line to me.. I have ordered the one step this morning as heard they are better than easy@home for early detection! I would do yourself a clear blue in the morning?

@Maybebaby12345 this is what I’m currently going through, so I’m taking a opk everyday this cycle to see what’s normal etc.. and already had my peak twice! Had a flashy smiley on the clear blue the last 5 days, and started doing the easy@home opk from yesterday to compare to clear blue to see if my machine is faulty, and my line is definitely getting darker (not as dark as the control yet) hoping it’s a sign!

@MrsP20202 ooo is it? I’ve been so gassy this week as well 🫣 I don’t know, is there a way to know which side we ovulate from? I doubt it’s from the left one as I’ve got a cyst on there but you never know!

@missmae did this show within the timeframe? I was going to say if it did, you might want to waste one (if you have lots) and put it in tap water 😂 or just wait till tomorrow and try a different test in case you're not sure

I have heard one step is hard to get a line which is why I use easyhome, if that's true, then I would trust it.

I can see why you're not trusting it though. I'm also feeling mega negative today, and won't apologise for it! More ice cream and counting down hours until tomorrow

Couldn't help myself did another test and can defo see a faint line again. (I've order about 20 more because I am crazy 🙃)

I'm starting to feel AF symptoms though like cramping so feeling a litttle nervous that it's not real.

Gonna go to bed early tonight and try again tomorrow!

@cosymama2020 i was always and I mean ALWAYS extremely gassey with my pregnancies, felt really full of gas all the time 😂

@MrsP20202 omg yours is so positive that's amazing congrats!!!! I have just bought some of these so will try tonight or tomorrow. Good to know on cramping. It's not painful but can defo feel them a bit.

@HelloMoon87 thanks. Not really. I thought I had loads of symptoms last month and BFN. This month I still have CM which isn't normal for this point in my cycle and my nose is blocked (but I don't know if that's a real symptom 🤣)
