I’m currently 3/4dpo and driving myself insane, first month TTC our second, bigger age gap as my DD is currently 4.5!

trying very very hard not to symptom spot as well, I know it’s waaay to early for me to experience anything but hey… doesn’t stop me thinking about it 🤣🤣

This is my first time tracking BBT this month, would anyone that is used of tracking take a look and tell me if this is normal. I’ve searched through threads to see what other charts look like.
I believe I ovulated on day 16, OPK on CD16 at 9am was 0.69 and then I didn’t test again until CD 17 at 9 am which was .82. Hubby was away since CD17 and I’m so afraid I missed the window!!! But does the BBT give any more info as to when it actually occurred???

I think 8dpo is still quite early though, right? So you're not out of the race yet :)

Feeling impatient!! How about you? I am guessing some point next week we'll have a clear idea if it's going our way or not. I've had one IUI before so know that the progesterone I'm taking causes all sorts of symptoms so at least this time I'm not bothering to symptom spot as I know it doesn't mean anything for me, just the progesterone!

Yeh hopefully we should all know either way for next week.

I've gone from being convinced I was pregnant to being convinced af is on the way. The joy of the TTC rollercoaster 😂

Got bfn this morning. Am 7dpo I think (guessing based on usual ovulation at cd16)

Have hormonal breakout on jawline, lower back ache and dull achy cramps which is normal for me before af.

@daydreamingnightowl Ah you testing 7dpo makes me feel better because I’m 6dpo and have itchy fingers already to start 🙈 even though I know I’m just wasting money! 😂

I thought I was 4dpo today but took an ovulation test strip last night as was planning to test the whole cycle this month out of curiosity and I got a very strong almost positive which makes me think I’m surging again so might not have ovulated at all yet.

so depressed with it all. Feel like I might not even ovulate at all this month as it doesn’t make sense.

@Laylattc that's confusing. I have no idea what that means.

When did you originally get the surge this cycle?

I wonder if lh does surge again after ovulation at any point??

I originally surged and peaked on strip test (and static smiley on clearblue) on Sunday, cd 16 still had a strong but not as strong strip test on Monday and my premom app put ovulation on Monday cd 17 I then continued to test on the strips cd 18 and cd 19 and both days were super faint and back to “normal”. Then last night, cd 20, supposedly 3dpo it’s super super strong but not quite peak (though i did the test late at night so may have been peak earlier).

all I can find about it is I might not have ovulated the first time and my body is trying again but now I’m scared I won’t ovulate at all! Feel like we need to keep going just incase but we are exhausted from following the SMEP!

Hoping to join you all! This is our second month TTC and despite being quite chilled last month I have totally lost my mind this time with testing…

I’m 10-11DPO (I think), pretty standard 28 day cycle, ovulated CD 17/18 and now on CD 28 with no period. Three days ago I had cramping and thought AF was here early, then brown watery discharge next day and yesterday more of the same with some pink discharge. Today nothing. What does this mean?

Have done a few tests (including a pink first response one this evening!) and nothing. Torn between mild hope but also inevitability of AF knocking on my door any minute despite weird (for me) spotting.

@Laylattc thats so strange but… I’ve heard things before that people get an LH surge so positive OPK just before a positive pregnancy test I don’t want to get your hopes up but it could actually be something positive!

@dcrxcm could it be an implantation bleed potentially?? Maybe give it a couple of days and then try again they say that it takes a few days for HCG to be high enough after implantation so fingers crossed for you it isn’t AF 💖

Test this morning at 10 DPO and still BFN so not feeling too hopeful 😞

@Ladybar Thanks lovely - it’s the not knowing isn’t it!! I keep thinking maybe tomorrow…but also need to be realistic too! You’re definitely early at 8/9 dpo so don’t be worried about your bfn

I have been spotting since Thursday (2dpo). just the tiniest amount when wiping. Now 6dpo, still spotting. Not enough and too early for AF, but I think too early for implantation bleeding too so I have no idea what is happening! My uterus and I are really going to have a falling out soon 😂

@CrazyCatMom why can't they just behave themselves?? Ha! I have fallen out with mine as AF started last night, cd25, and has come with some sort of hatred towards me so I am out for this month. I usually have long cycles so no idea what's happening. So frustrating. Think I'm going to temp this cycle so I have some idea what is going on.

@Ladybar oh I want to believe it’s a good sign but I’m doubtful. I’ve heard opk’s can pick up pregnancy but at supposedly 3dpo when I had my “second surge” it would have been far too early surely. I’m now supposed to be 7dpo if I go by my first peak but still getting high ovulation tests yesterday. It’s fluctuating slightly during the day and never quite hitting peak but registering as “high” on my app and chart is zig zagging.

don’t even know if I’ve ovulated and feeling really deflated! Will start pregnancy testing from tomorrow onwards as 8dpo (despite telling myself I wouldn’t test early this month! But now i just want to know what’s happening) we’ve carried on dtd as much as we can as don’t want to miss it if I’ve not ovulated but cd24 today and usually ovulate cd 16 surely it’s either happened or isn’t going to happen by now :(.

Can anyone make sense of this?

zig zag chart I’ve never had post ovulation not hit “peak” second time but feel like I could have missed it though looks like it’s risen twice and the app is registering the zags as “high”. Now not sure if I did ovulate the first time or if it’s tried and failed several times after!

@lisbeth1 im not even sure if I am out this month as all I have had is spotting - (tmi) my AF is usually heavy and clotty, this is just a few brown spots on a liner. Not normal for me at all. I guess time will tell 🤷🏼‍♀️
