Look at this test !

I think I’m going mad - I’ve had children and never known a strong evaporation line like this , however I’ve done two of these this morning and each time the line hasn’t appeared until twenty minutes after and then continued to get darker , the instructions clearly say disregard any result after ten minutes - so should I ignore ?

It is very dark for an evap line ?? Def try a digital as I think that’s the only way to know for sure and good luck x

I think it looks like an evap line tbh but if it was me I'd certainly be re-testing with a pink dye just to make sure!

I’m back ! Sadly my rubbish supermarket had no first response and only supermarket own or damn CB .. bought two of the cheap supermarket ones .. pink dye ones and have done one - very negative looking after five mins (binned to avoid looking again ) so I’m hoping I’ve been the victim of the bloody awful evap lines ! I do have a digital coming tomorrow so I’ll do that because it will be a firm answer however I feel more relieved now but god knows where AF is .. never been this late and had fairly regular ones before hitting hrt four months ago and then it became regular as clockwork .. now a week late so if tomorrows Digital is negative will have a chat with my gp. Currently drinking a cup of sweet tea for my nerves 😂

Wow if that is an evap that is shocking!! I've never had those with clear blue, but if I did I would be so excited so that's really bad. Tbh clear blue don't have a good reputation either x

If you’re peri menopausal you can get a false positive as the hormones that rise at that time (FSH and LH) are very similar to hCG (pregnancy hormone). The test basically confuses the two!

Yes if I was actively ttc I’d be devastated to get evap lines like this - it Would be so disappointing 😞

Yes I had no idea until I googled this morning .. what a shocker ! I’ll do the digital tomorrow to 100 per cent be sure but if even that’s positive I’m less inclined to think pregnancy now - which is a relief !

Oh my that's a very dark 'evap line' I really hope you get the result you want tomorrow

I've had it many times with clear blue and they have been even darker. Not saying that some might turn out to be pregnant but in my experience and I'm now 8 weeks pregnant, the line came up within the timeframe.

I had loads of evap lines appear way after the time when i was ttc, none that dark though

Still no Af- so definitely need to speak to a gp if todays digital is negative - impatiently awaiting Amazon !

Evap lines are defo common after the time frame. I have had a few on Wondfo tests (not TTC) and would be so sad if I got one and was TTC!
