TTC February 2024 babies

Starting a thread because I don't see another one yet - I guess it is early for the potential Feb babies!
I'm on CD6 of 2nd cycle post miscarriage/6th month in total, ttc #2, due date would be around 2 February if we're successful this month.
Last month I was way too obsessive about testing, this month I'm really going to try to not let it take over my life - but let's see where I'm at in a few weeks' time. It's a busy month for me with a big work trip just after my fertile window then a family holiday when af is due so at least the tww shouldn't be so much of a drag.
Anyone else early in this cycle who will be trying for a Feb baby?

@Teatime32 @Nelliepledge woohoo congratulations! 🙌 😍 it feels like this has turned out to be quite a lucky thread for a few of us. What do you reckon your due dates are? I think mine is 25 or 26 Feb

@Nelliepledge I'm trying to just take it a day at a time but I'm definitely anxious. My last pregnancy ended in miscarriage at 8 weeks in March so getting past 8 weeks feels like a big milestone. But I don't think I'll feel reassured until 12 weeks.
I'm trying to do everything right - eating, exercise, sleep, not stressing. Controlling what I can control in other words.

I know its so hard but a day at a time is good advice. Sending love and good vibes to you pal, stay in touch! Xx

I sometimes have a 35day cycle or sometimes longer, this month we are back to trying to convince, I was due on my monthly on Friday going of my recent cycles however on Wednesday evening I VERY lightly started to bleed, this wasn't filling a pad only a little then light pink when I wiped, I have also had little cramps in my left side, and feeling of pulling ( which I had with my previous child) I have a funny taste in my mouth but I'm testing negative! The bleeding only lasted till yesterday (saturday) I need help when can I test? Or if I was positive would it of come up on a test by now 😞 I have a feeling the bleed could of been implantation bleeding due to usually being heavy and it was only a little bit mainly when wiping..

@Nelliepledge @Hankthehonk hoping you’re both feeling okay! My due date would be 26 Feb according to an online calculator so I’ve got everything crossed for us all 🌟

@Teatime32 I can do yeah I just don't want to keep feeling disappointed if I keep getting negative 🙃 this is a picture of my dinner time test today not sure if I can see a second line very faint or if its my eyes x

I'm pretty sure this is an evap. I've heard these tests are bad for them. Is that true?

@jadeyjade8 Those can be bad for evaps BUT your line looks pretty strong to me. Did you take this pic within the window (can't remember if it's 3 minutes for these or 5 as I haven't used one in a while)

@Lucacasper0308 how are you doing? Did you keep testing? I'm struggling to see anything in your latest pics but it can be more difficult with photos, don't doubt that you saw something in real life.

Thanks @Nelliepledge and @Teatime32 for your kind words hope you're both still doing well. What a long week it's felt like since I got my first bfp! But feeling okay, got good line progression and had a dye stealer this morning so I am going to stop testing. I'm 4w2d now, next milestone to be anxious about is getting past 5w and out of the woods for a chemical. I'm having blood tests tomorrow to check hcg and also iron levels due to past anaemia.

I took it just after but the line came up within the 3 minutes. Not right away but about 2 minutes later x

@jadeyjade8 That's pretty good then! Maybe try to get a pink dye test as these tend to be more reliable? Whatever brand you use it's always good to confirm with a different brand if unsure! What dpo are you now?

I have some FRER's coming tomorrow. I normally always use those. The only reason I ended up with the blue dye ones is because they were the only ones I could get the next day on Amazon and I needed my POAS fix 😂. I really hope it's not an evap. It's very cruel if it is! X

Hey all so I got really impatient and took a test using the clearblue early detection. And I got a horizontal not vertical..does this just mean it is faulty. AF is due Monday so I am very early testing.
I am horrifically tired, heart burn, super sensitive nipples and really bad nausea.

@jadeyjade8 looks positive to me I'd be surprised if it was an evap! 🤩

@L0uise35 I'd say faulty test have you any other tests?

I really hope so! I have my frer's coming tomorrow and I trust those more 😂. So I'll try one of those and hope for the same results haha x

@Hankthehonk thankyou for the message I had what I thought well pretty sure was implantation bleeding from Wednesday evening to Saturday, had constant head aches, feeling sick, mild cramps and head aches since then however did a test this morning and is negative :( I never usually miss a period and expecially one that light, I'm stuck and didn't know what to do so I've decided I'm going to wait till the weekend and if nothing I'm going to go to GP, I'd of thought a test would of picked it up by then but I have read can be 7days after bleeding so guess its another waiting game for now xx

The waiting game is awful! My period is a day late and I have had a tiny bit of spotting today. I never normally spot before periods and have had weird pains that don't feel like period pains. I got a positive yesterday but it was a clear blue and looked like an evap line. Took another 3 today and all bfn😞 TTC is such a rollercoaster of a journey isn't it!

@Hankthehonk Aww bless you, I'm so sorry :( I've got everything crossed for you, I'm even more confused as this is the first month of back trying in a year as we had a lot on, we just used protection for the year as I didn't want to mess my body in waiting, yet the first month this has happened which I've never had!p the only times I've felt like this is when I was pregnant but they all say negative I'm just so confused x

@Lucacasper0308 That sounds so confusing, the waiting game is awful. Hope you're looking after yourself, and it sounds like you're by no means out yet, it could still happen this month.

This was the test I had. It looks so positive but it wasn't. It's awful! Aww I have my fingers crossed for your bfp!! Xx
