You guys are all so excellent ❤ I just wish I could be pregnant again too 😥 It really just feels like this is the end of the road for us. If by some luck we get any embryos every try from now will cost us thousands. And they could all be duds.

Scan was inconclusive which tbh I was expecting. So apparently I have a perfect uterus yay me 😂 pregnancy is in the right place but atm they can't see the yolk sac. I've got a follow up scan on 3rd May and she drew more blood today and based on the blood results today they will either get me back for more blood tests or wait until the next scan.

@bringmearainbow Ok, that sound positive so far! Sorry they didn't see the yolk sac yet though as I know you wanted to see that :( When's the next scan planned for?

@FfoxRedN When you look at the stats it's just so unlikely. Especially at my age unfortunately 😅

@bringmearainbow that’s great all in the right place! Did they say what they were expecting to see at this stage? Good they’ve already booked the follow up scan and not too far away

@TheBirdintheCave it would have been nice to see it but I am 5 or 5+1 at best from peak opk so I had already told myself it was ok not to see it yet. 3rd May so I think that's about 10 days

@Alexis7890 no she just said it's most likely just too early to see anything but she was impressed with my uterus 😂 I guess because this is the first scan and they don't know when you ovulate then they would get a better idea by the next one what should be seen or not

@bringmearainbow congratulations on your uterus 🤣. Amazing news, not long to wait for your next scan (I say as I am counting the minutes to mine on the 2nd May 😂😂😂).

@TheBirdintheCave what I've found in this TTC journey is that stats are bollocks. For me in a negative way, but my point is there's always 'a' chance you'll be successful 🥰 xx

@FfoxRedN 🤣 thank you at least something bloody works in my body 🤭 it's hard not to count down isn't it 🙈 first she said she would book me in a week but they had no slots and then it's bank holiday 🙄 xxx

@bringmearainbow if you’re only 5 weeks or just gone then it’s way early for seeing anything on scans! I was a few days ahead of you and I still only saw the gestational sac at the first scan. Your HCG levels are great, everything is looking good at the moment 👍

@bringmearainbow good news on the hcg rise! Glad to hear they’re looking after you. And sure next time you go you will see more on your scan!

Todays hcg is 1600 so they are happy to just leave me to wait until the scan as it's rising as it should

@Alexis7890 I feel really positive about it I mean I wish I didn't have to wait 12 days 😂 but I just have a feeling this one will be fine 🤞🏼

@TheBirdintheCave I'm with @FfoxRedN that the stats are a load of poo poo. Especially if your getting the stats off google. I would just try and focus on the positives in that you're both still young, you have an awesome number of follies to choose from and you'll be under the care of a brilliant team who know what their doing.

@bunnykins123 I hope you don't mind me asking this but I got the clear blue advanced sticks a few months ago. We aren't ttc at the min but they are there and I thought why not. What's £40 after all. So CD7 blank circle, then embarrassingly forget to use them 2 mornings (not a great morning person) then it went straight to static on CD10..have you had false readings with them ever? Also sorry for the radio silence my head is fried Xx

@MrsJGrealish great to hear from you 👋 hope you had a nice weekend? Yeh I spent a fortune on clear blue - I found them to be incredibly accurate. I found I would get a static about 8-12 hours before I would get a peak on the strips so I do think it detects it's a tad earlier than the strips. Which ones are you using the pink or purple tipped one?

@bunnykins123 the purple. Just I had no flashy smiles..I'm like wtf!! Actually heading to see a private doctor tomorrow xx

@MrsJGrealish you probably missed your flashing days if you didn't test for 2 days. I actually used to test twice a day when I saw the internal lines start getting darker so I could pick up the beginning of my surge. I've had cycles though where I've been consistently testing and it jumped from blank to smiley so it can happen. That's good news about the private doctor, is it fertility related? X

Eeeeek my medication just arrived :D Just need AF to show up tomorrow and then first injection is 8pm Wednesday.
