TWW - Short(ish) LP

[TTC12023]

Hi ladies! I was just wondering anyone wanted to join me in the TWW? According to my apps I was due to O tomorrow (10th, CD23) but have ended up O'ing on Thursday (06th, CD19 ) so currently 3DPO. Thankfully had been BD but it's not going to be enough we don't think as only caught -3, -2, +1. This is our third month trying so not too long but I would love some company to stop me going mad, I only have a 10-12 day LP which is stressing me out as it doesn't feel long enough but apparently it is!! . Baby dust to you all!

@BB2818 that's a great idea re tests! Mine are upstairs calling my name but I know there isn't any point 🤣 I think I have 2 strips and 2 FR - I actually haven't caved and ever used the FR because they're SO expensive 🤣
I'm ok thanks, just thought I had a cold (which I guess it is!). This will be the third time I've had it the last time I had it my cycle was 41 days 🙈 but I hadn't ovulated before I caught it so I guess it delayed that!

Sounds like a plan @Ttcmumma! I wasn't going to track this time and I sort of didn't but then got excited when my temp jumped 🤣
Like I said before though, temps ALL over the place 😒

I don’t think todays test is any darker than yesterday. I am going to get an early response today.

I have used these before and not had even an indent/evap line. The tests detect HCG at 25mlu/ml or greater. Done my research at 4 weeks say HCG at 5-426 so I suppose could still be low.

@BB2818 they look darker to me.... what DPO are you now?

@TTC12023 my charts say 13dpo. I have booked a blood test tomorrow morning. Also going to get a early response test on the way home.

Popped to the supermarket got a clearblue pack (2 early response and digital).

Had to do one when I got in (whoever knew weeing on a stick could be so tempting).

I am in complete shock.

A little bit concern I haven’t got any symptoms. I think I was sick from the moment of conception with all previous pregnancies 🙈

I think I will feel better after my blood tests. Requested an early scan too. I have the best nurse at our GP surgery.

I'm starting to cramp so I'm out, so much for vitamins extending your LP - I'm CD9 or 10 today 😒

What CD/dpo are you? Covid completely mess up my last cycle.

In all honesty I stopped taking the conceive plus ovulation tablets around CD3/4. I ran out and just didn’t purchase any more. I have only taken my vitamin D. I did however have my B12 jab at the time of ovulating this cycle.

@TTC12023 I was cramping for about 9 days before AF this month 😅. Obviously didn't end in a bfp for me but my luteal phase was fine. I used to only cramp a day or two before AF so was expecting t for ages. Had mild cramps from ovulation but proper af cramps for 9 days 🤦🏼‍♀️

I have been up since just after 3am. I think I am convinced now. I am not doing anymore tests. In shock. Not sure how I am going to function at work today 🙈

I am having bloods this morning and next week to make sure HCG is rising 🤞🏼

@Ttcmumma BBT dropped below cover line this morning so unless I'm implanting late at 11DPO (unlikely!) then AF will be here today 😒 I'm still disappointed even if I know I was out already, IYSWIM.... 😞

@TTC12023 I definitely get what you mean. I was sure we weren't really in with a chance this cycle from when we dtd but still had a little cry when AF arrived lol. It's not a fun journey!

I honestly thought it wasn’t going to be our time. We only DTD on CD15 and 19 in my round about fertile period. I also stopped conceive plus ovulation tablets early this cycle because I ran out. But have been taking them for the last 6 months 🤷🏼‍♀️

Just had my bloods and it’s worth having your B12 checked. The nurse said it that can have an impact on you cycle including luteal phase length. I have been having B12 jabs every 12 weeks for the last 2 years.

@TTC12023 what have you been telling us. You are not out until AF actually arrives 🤞🏼

@Ttcmumma that's how I feel, like I'm sad but logically knew it wouldn't be this month, especially with my crazy work schedule, not really wanting to DTD as it's now starting to feel like a chore and being sick!

@BB2818 my B12 was low a couple of years ago so it's probably worth checking again but it feels like I'm entering a real 'trying' phase which DH doesn't want to get in to right now, although I have explained my concerns that this will be the 5th month and nothing, not even a hint of a line. I know I should take my own advice about not being out until AF arrives but AF ALWAYS turns up the day my BBT drops

@TTC12023 I supposedly have nothing wrong with me (tho my partner has never had his sperm checked) and last 2 pregnancies seemed to take 6-7 months before concieving so I don't think you need to worry just yet x

Thanks @Ttcmumma . We had our checks a couple of years ago and everything was 'fine'. I know I shouldn't be worried as it is a short space of time, it's just so frustrating when you spend years actively avoiding it because it apparently is so easy!

AF still not here and cramping stopped but I have no doubt she'll be here soon!

@TTC12023 how is your back? I have the most horrendous lower back pain.

I think DH jinxed me this morning “why haven’t you been sick yet?” Each time I have been pregnant I knew because of the sickness, then tested. Anyway, this evening comes around and 🤢
