Hi ladies! I was just wondering anyone wanted to join me in the TWW? According to my apps I was due to O tomorrow (10th, CD23) but have ended up O'ing on Thursday (06th, CD19 Hmm) so currently 3DPO. Thankfully had been BD but it's not going to be enough we don't think as only caught -3, -2, +1. This is our third month trying so not too long but I would love some company to stop me going mad, I only have a 10-12 day LP which is stressing me out as it doesn't feel long enough but apparently it is!! Grin. Baby dust to you all!

@BB2818 eeeekkkk this is exciting! Are you certain if your ovulation date?

OP posts:
BB2818 · 16/05/2023 12:57

@TTC12023 not 100% certain I thought CD16 but charts show CD18. CD18 would only make me 11dpo 🤪

TTC12023 · 16/05/2023 13:03

@BB2818 Why does this feel so complicated 😂I'm sure people for eons have been doing this! My chart shows CD20 which cannot be right, although might be 'technically' if it was overnight - my temps was significantly higher than CD19! I'm going with CD19 but FF still refuses to give me crosshairs even though I've had 6 high readings
I think you should go with what you think! Any signs of AF?

OP posts:
Seraphina1993 · 16/05/2023 16:14

Hey ladies can I join? Trying for number 2

I'm maybe 1 or 2 dpo not sure

Since being off the pill I've had an early miscarriage, a 28, 29 and 33 day cycle :/ tested every month but not been able to get a positive opk until this cycle which would put ov around day 22/23 which seems like not enough time for a leutal phase?

I have no idea when to even expect AF

TTC12023 · 16/05/2023 17:03

Of course @Seraphina1993 you are more than welcome! You might find your cycles are settling and you'll have a 33 day(ish) cycle this month? That would make your LP about 10-11 which is where all us girls are (well until we all started talking!)

I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage 😫

I'm in cycle 5 but I'm probably not 'trying' hard enough! It is stressful as it is without any added pressure

OP posts:
BB2818 · 16/05/2023 17:21

No sign of AF at all. Usually 27-29 days, CD29 today. But not unusual for me to got up to 32 days, or even 33 days last cycle.

Just keeping busy as I know it could just as easily be an indent line 🤪

TTC12023 · 16/05/2023 17:36

@BB2818 fingers crossed for you that it isn't and it's clearer tomorrow! Do you think you'll text again tomorrow or wait it out?

OP posts:
BB2818 · 16/05/2023 17:45

I am not going to lie… I have popped by a supermarket on the way home 🙄 not sure if I have the willpower to wait it out 🤣

Seraphina1993 · 16/05/2023 20:12

Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but has anyone had any success with b vitamins?

I was taking b6 tablets as well as seven seas trying for a baby which also has b vitamins in with my last cycle. And that month my cycle went from 29 days to 33. However I don't know when I ovulated so can't tell if it's related.

Ttcmumma · 16/05/2023 20:38

@BB2818 best wishes!! Really hope you get that bfp x

BB2818 · 16/05/2023 20:39

@Seraphina1993 I have tried B6 but didn’t alter anything for me.

I have taking conceive plus ovulation since October. It hasn’t as such changed my ovulation, well not every cycle. I ovulate CD16-20 now rather than always being CD20ish. My periods are less painful too.

TTC12023 · 16/05/2023 21:22

@Seraphina1993 I'm taking pregnacare conceive which have B bits in them but it doesn't seem to have altered my ovulation date although it was CD19 again so fingers crossed it's stabilised it 🙈

Ladies....! The pain in my lower back is UNBEARABLE.... I suffer with my back anyway so I'm used to some pain but this is another level! and in my lower back 😒 usually never suffer around AF but only 8DPO so (hopefully...!) isn't too close 😵‍💫

Anyone else suffer? I'm wondering if it's the tablets?

OP posts:
BB2818 · 17/05/2023 06:52

@TTC12023 I usually get lower back pain before and during AF.

Ok the line is definitely visible on a photo today. Although very faint still. Just a supermarket brand test. Tempted to go get a first response after work 😬🤪🤔

TTC12023 · 17/05/2023 07:07

@BB2818 eeek!!! This is so exciting!!! That is a positive!! Definitely get a FR!
I wouldn't mind the back pain if I'd had it before (even just once!) before or during AF but this is new in 20 years of having periods! My pain is typically (if I get any) in my lower stomach 😒
Maybe I've just put my back out but it just randomly started yesterday afternoon with no warning!
I also have some weird cold 😵‍💫😵‍💫

@Ttcmumma how are you doing?

OP posts:
Ttcmumma · 17/05/2023 07:28

@BB2818 oh congrats definitely a positive!

@TTC12023 they say different symptoms is a good sign so who knows!
I'm ok, cd3 already thinking about having to dtd loads in about 10 days 🙄. Not sure if I'm even going to track this month tbh

BB2818 · 17/05/2023 08:17

I can’t say I have had many symptoms. I haven’t been sleeping well but I go through phases of that anyway. Also had a bit of heartburn but had a couple of glasses of wine at the weekend 🤦🏼‍♀️ I am an over thinker when it comes to symptom spotting though.

I am going to get a first response tonight. Not going to tell DH until I get stronger lines 🤞🏼

Ttcmumma · 17/05/2023 10:13

Any of you ladies get breast pain even after af has arrived? My body is really messing with me now, cd3 and right boob especially still really sore. Normally goes as soon as AF arrives if not before. Definitely too much red blood and some very small clots to be pregnant, especially as I was still testing very negative at even 16dpo. Just wondering if it was normal as it's not for me and feel like my body is just trying to torture me at this point

I get breast pain with ovulation and also before, during and after AF so I've learnt to ignore it as a potential early pregnancy symptom as it was getting my hopes up only to be dashed.

But if it's a new symptom for you it could maybe mean something,

TTC12023 · 17/05/2023 11:13

I get pain after ovulation which typically lasts the full two weeks but this month it only hung around for a couple of days, which is unusual. I feel like you can get so hyperaware when TTC that everything feels unusual, but as @BB2818 says if its very new then it could mean something, bit like my back pain.

I have (I think) found the source of that though - hello COVID 😑so I'm definitely going to be out this month! Temps still high but that's no surprise really!

JourneyToNumber2 · 17/05/2023 12:18

Hi, I've stalked this thread for a bit so thought I'd finally join!
I'm currently TTC no.2 after a MC last year at 11 weeks. It took almost 18 months to conceive my son, 7 months last year for the one I lost and been trying for 6 months this time. My cycle is around 25 days with ovulation occurring on CD17 giving a short luteal phase. I did take soy isoflavones this month which brought it forward to CD14 (could be coincidence) so just hoping AF doesn't appear early too!
I wasn't going to test early but caved this morning at CD8 which was obviously BFN (why do I do it?!) so ill wait and see what happens.
Why is this all so difficult!

TTC12023 · 17/05/2023 13:11

Welcome @JourneyToNumber2 ! I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage 😞. Might be coincidence, but feels positive that it came forward!

8DPO is soooooo early and you may not have even implanted yet, isn't the average between 9-12 (or something?!) try not to be too disheartened, but I can understand why you are! I am not sure why we do it to ourselves! This is the first month I haven't tested early but that's because I'm 99% sure I'm out based on DTD times etc, and being sick and now having COVID 😑- ask me in 2 days though!

OP posts:
JourneyToNumber2 · 17/05/2023 13:19

@TTC12023 I know, even as I was doing it I was literally saying to myself, "why on earth are you testing!" I'd told myself this month would be different and I'd wait, knowing all along I have zero willpower 😂
Working from home doesn't help either when the sticks are in easy reach at all times. Maybe I just need to go into the office more!
Fingers crossed for everyone on here. Its such a tough time, no matter how long you've been trying.

BB2818 · 17/05/2023 19:08

@TTC12023 hope you are ok? I had Covid at the beginning of my last cycle. Covid lengthen my cycle to 33 days last cycle.

@JourneyToNumber2 I set myself a date each cycle. If AF hasn’t arrived by x I will test. I usually go for CD29 as that’s by average cycle length (27-33 day cycles), with spotting 2-3 days before. I don’t by a test until the day before.

JourneyToNumber2 · 17/05/2023 19:17

@BB2818 I really should do that, I have some cheapie Premom pregnancy tests in the cupboard at the moment so they're in easy reach, but once they've gone, I'm not buying more until I think I need them. I just need more willpower! 😂

Ttcmumma · 17/05/2023 20:08

My tests from last month lh and hcg plus two frers somewhere 😅 it's not healthy. This is why I'm considering not tracking this month lol. Also please excuse the carpet, my son got chamomile lotion on it when he had chicken pox 🤦🏼‍♀️
