Tracking BBT - TTC

Hi everyone! It's our second cycle TTC and first cycle tracking my BBT and I find it all so interesting, I'm learning so much about my body that I didn't even think of before. I'd like to see others graphs that are TTC and how their graph reflected a BFN or BFP. I'm 5DPO and temperature dipped yesterday but back up again today.

Doing ok thanks. You have spurred me on to ring the doctors just now. Either have to ring them at 8.30am tomorrow to get an appointment or write a note that they can scan into my file and the doctor can ring me if they want to discuss. Not sure which option I am going to do yet.

How are you?

My OPKs are still low but that’s expected at CD10. Temp also low but I’m started getting a little excited at the prospect of being pregnant by then end of the month xx

@Ttcsecond ah well done!! Definitely worth doing incase they can offer any help or even just to have it on file. I've got a telephone appointment next Monday to get some advice/see if I can just get my progesterone tested, unlikely they will as it's my first loss but worth asking.

Aww I'm good your being positive, I'm also feeling exactly the same but also keep reminding myself it doesn't always happen straight away after a loss to save myself the heartache. OPK same as me too, low but started SMEP, eeeek 🤞🏼 I really hope it happens for us this month xx

No peak yet but expecting it tomorrow hopefully. Even if I don’t fall pregnant this month the positive is that I’m definitely at lot healthier with the exercise, vitamins and good food.

@Ttcsecond how funny! I've been thinking ooh I wonder if ttcsecond has ovulated yet 🤣 well done for making healthier habits!!

No peak for me yet either, expecting it Thursday if the CP hasn't messed it all up which means I should O Friday or Saturday!

SMEP is going well, mixed up a couple of days but as I'm entering the FW I'll just take it whenever we can 🤣. Have you started DTD? Xx

@Ttcsecond I spoke to my doctors yesterday as well and she said that if it happens a second time she will get me in for testing my levels etc and to not wait for it to happen 3 times like the nhs website says xx

@Angelselevenx oooo it’s getting close. Really hoping it’s soon for you.
Managed to DTD twice so far and will attempt at least twice more. Not told my OH that it’s fertile week as didn’t want to put any pressure on it.

that’s great about your doctor. I haven’t made an appointment yet but going to ring for an appointment this week and just get everything on my record so that if it happens again this month can get the ball rolling.

I’ve not bought any FRERs for testing. Want to try and resist as long as possible and just live my life inbetween. But how long that lasts I don’t know 🤣

Good idea on not putting pressure on it, definitely the best way.

Me neither, and my OH has hidden the tests for me so I can't test early. Although we have a wedding to go to the weekend I'd be 14dpo so I'd need to test on 11dpo which I guess is better than 9! Xx

@Angelselevenx CD16 today which is when I got my peak last month. Month before peak was delayed to CD20 so guess it could be in next couple of days. Just thought it would be today. Oh well, stressing out isn’t going to help it is it! We may even ovulate on the same day this month! Xx

@Ttcsecond oooh okay, definitely test a few times throughout the day! I was looking at my previous tests this morning and my CD19s were really low and then shot up by 11am on CD20 so I'm really hoping it comes tomorrow. Trying to notice every symptom to anticipate ovulation coming but other than being bloated I don't have much going on 😩

Try not to stress it'll be en route! Xx

@Ttcsecond looking at my temps, last month CD19 was 36.18 and EWCM, this morning CD19 was 36.15. CD20 last month took a dip to 35.94 so I'm really hoping for a big dip tomorrow 😩🤞🏼

fingers crossed for that big dip tomorrow. I have just done another ovulation test and think it looks darker than this morning so given me a bit of hope for tomorrow. Usually use the clear blue tests with the smiley faces so feel a bit lost this month but didn’t want to speak another £50! Xx

@Ttcsecond yes!!! I think it's getting darker, keep testing this afternoon maybe it'll be a late night peak, I'm excited for you xx

unfortunately not! I did another test about 5pm and it was lower again. Who knows what’s going on. I’ve ordered some more tests as I think I will run out over the next few days.
fingers crossed we both peak tomorrow! Xx

@Ttcsecond oh no! What about this morning? I didn't get my temp dip and although my LH is slightly darker I'm thinking maybe I'm not CD20 like I thought and my cycles are affected x

@Angelselevenx my it’s just a day behind for you as your test is darker? Hope so!

Mine is a little darker than the same time yesterday but still no peak. I’ll keep testing today. My app says has always said I would peak tomorrow for some reason so maybe that’s right. But I have a feeling it will be a few days yet 😩. Xx

@Ttcsecond hmm maybe! Going to be a case of testing every time I pee for the next few days 🤣 I did start getting EWCM yesterday so it must be on its way soon!

the two months I’ve tempted before I had a tiny dip before ovulation. Todays temp has gone up from 36.09 to 36.21. I wish I had a crystal ball. Xx

@Ttcsecond I hope so but I'm not sure!! I think I'm going to be a few days out now which is a bit annoying but never mind! Haha good idea, let me know how you get on!

I do wonder about having the O dip, mine was a significant dip last month but some people don't dip at all, I guess as well it depends when you O as if it's later at night you won't have that dip the morning of and then just have a rise the next day.

Think we will both be in the same boat the next few days waiting for a dip/rise/positive OPK! Xx

@Angelselevenx there must be something in the water for us both as I think I finally have my peak!
