Does implantation feel like this?

Hi everyone. So, here I am again in the dreaded 2WW. This is mine and hubby’s 10th month of trying for our second child. This month I ovulated on cycle day 13. 7dpo I was busy working and suddenly felt a very strange feeling to the right of my belly button like my muscles were being stroked on the inside! Really strange and not painful at all but very noticeable. I pulled my waistband away from my tummy and it was still happening for about a minute or so. 8dpo I was sat watching tv and I got 2 very sharp twinges about half a minute apart that lasted for just a few seconds each. Both times I gasped out loud as it was that strong! Like being prodded with a knitting needle I would guess. It was slightly to the left side low down and after the second time I didn’t feel anything else. Could this be implantation? I never felt anything like it’s my daughter that I know of but it was 10 years ago now. I have tested twice this month; yesterday and today and both bfn. If it was implantation on Tuesday evening then it’s only 36 hours ago so I guess I’m too early. If anyone has had this happen to them were you pregnant? This is a new one for me as each month I tend to just get the dreams, moodiness, cramps and sore boobs etc. I do hope this is it! Good luck to all of you who are ttc. I hope this is your month ☺️

I had that pain with each of my kids. I remember it well. Exactly as you describe x

@LittleWings22 oh no! I can’t say I’ve noticed the itch although maybe it’s one of the few signs of af I just haven’t noticed. Itching can also be a sign of pregnancy though 😫🤯🫠x

Sorry to hear they're negative.

To answer your question - I DID feel my implantation. I was at home and bent over in pain (it was right in my bikini line area on one side). I had no idea what it was at the time and wasn't aware of implantation, it was only when I found out about implantation afterwards that I realised what it had been.

How is everyone? Any updates?

I had implantation pain with all six pregnancies (sadly I haven't managed to keep them all). Quite sharp pricking as if with a needle on the inside for me.
