TWW - Testing Around 1st March

Creating a thread for anyone close to ovulation or already in the TWW! I find this journey easier speaking to people going through the same and on the same timeline. We are trying for baby #1 after a MC end of June/July, we was going with the flow but after nothing happening we decided to start tracking ovulation last month and this month i started tracking BBT as well. This month is also our first month using Preseed after I saw so many people say it helped!

I am currently 3DPO - Ovulation was on cycle day 15 confirmed by BBT.

@Myperfectchaos mine is tomorrow at 1.15pm!! I can not wait, just want to see them again 😍

How's everyone else doing? My sickness has finally eased up and only sick once or twice a week now and semi back to normal just peeing every half hour of the day xx

@TTCRainbow I haven’t been sick in about 4 days now, I feel almost human now which is great. Just tired, peeing, and out of breath but I’ll take that over the sickness.
baby brain is huge issue tho! I forgot EVERYTHING

I'm just still knackered and peeing constantly. I was sick 8 times a day until I went on meds until delivery with my first. I've been sick once with this one, this is why I thought it might have been a girl given my first is a boy.

Scan all done with no good photos to show as baby was not cooperating but HE is all good… we’re having a boy 🥺🩵

@TTCRainbow congratulations, boys are awesome 😊and at least he wasn't so awkward that you didn't get the sex at all. My cousin's boy was twice shy, she was told most likely a boy but don't buy anything blue!
We can only be 4 weeks ish until the 20 week scan, give him a good talking to in the meantime!

Thank you everyone, we are both over the moon!! 20 week scan is 21st June so let hope he is on best behavior!

@TTCRainbow it's only because i like the surprise at the end 🤣 part of me wants to know so we can have a little outfit with a name or blanket etc but I may get 2 different outfits for hospital and take one back after. Although I've seen a beautiful little rainbow knotted gown that would be perfect for either sex 🥰

I don't have any other scans booked just looking forward to the 21st of June too ❤️

Hey just checking in to see how everyone is doing? 16 week appointment for us is done (was 17 + 1) & midwife did the heartbeat ❤18 weeks today bump is defo growing but i'm still quite tiny, had tight heavy feeling yesterday and today so will have growth spurt soon i expect! 2 week countdown to the 20 week scan and half way mark is on!! xxx

@TTCRainbow my bump is quite big I’ve already started waddling 😝

my midwife says they don’t check for heartbeat until 24 weeks here which is a bit annoying.

Yeah, I had my 16 week appointment last week and the midwife said they don't listen for the heartbeat at this stage.

Massive bump now, very obviously pregnant. Lots of heartburn now but also pleased I passed my first GTT last week :)

Anyone had their 20 week scan? I feel weird about it in a way that I can't quite explain. I think it's because the first half of this pregnancy has been difficult. I'm hoping I can enjoy the second half a lot more! Although I already feel huge and I've got another 20+ weeks (my first child came at 42 weeks) to go and no doubt so many more fun new symptoms to experience😅

not sure about anyone else and I’m so confused because I have a anterior placenta but I have felt so much moment and little kicks since 19 weeks and I’ve even seen them on my tummy… I’m thinking either my placenta has moved or I have a very strong little boy 😭🩵

Good luck for tomorrow girls, mine is Friday 9am. I'm excited but nervous because I've had a much easier ride with this pregnancy compared to my first and I don't know when this luck will run out.

Has anyone else started side sleeping only yet? I'm already getting so uncomfortable at night.

Yup @TTCRainbow mine is tomorrow at 4 and I'm excited to see baby again but so nervous. I've felt movement and I was told I have an anterior placenta but I've definitely felt it.

@DiamondApricot I've been side sleeping for a while now, haven't got a pregnancy pillow just yet though.
