Congratulations ladies on your bfps, what an exciting time @Maxime34 @JJM13 @LuckyC27 @LotzW @Chellooo @SnookyPook @Bridgeth29 @TinyPuds @behappy1736 @Runnergirl1
I am so glad this thread was the lucky one for you and hope that you are now excitedly planning for your new babies' arrival 😁
I am so sorry for all the ones who either tested negative or AF arrived... Every time that happens to me, even though it is devastating, I try to be hopeful that I am another cycle closer to my bfp
Another reason why I've been awol. I've been on these forums for a while and stepping away for a bit can help me not to think as much about the struggles of ttc. Currently 11dpo and AF is due tomorrow. If it doesn't arrive, ill test
Reading back there were a few of you worried about how late your static smileys came or didn't come, in all honesty, I hated the clearblue tests. Not only are they expensive but they started failing, for me. You must use FMU with those but for most women, LH peaks in the afternoons. If your peak surges quickly, you will miss it if you just use the CB. I switched to the cheap ones you get on Amazon, literally £8 for a pack of 50 and I poas everyday at the same time (around 4pm) from CD10
If you're worried youre not ovulating, @Natty83 @Floralsandsmiles then try BBT. Outside of a blood test its the only way to confirm ovulation. I used the proov tests for a couple of months but they have awful reviews on amazon about always being negative. And they were, for me ha
@SaltedChoco how are you doing? Did you get your static in the end? I am glad to hear your appointment and test have gone well, outside of your high testosterone. The inositol you were given, is that meant to treat it?
@Fallulah any news from the gp practice re your complaint? They really are taking the mickey, but well done for making a fuss, they should know they wasted your time. Have you now redone your scan and day 3/21 bloods? How were they?
@Tophy124 how are you feeling? Do you know whether you will go for any hsg testing?
@Tinyclanger1 I am not on aspirin, no. Correct me if I am wrong but I thought that was recommended for women who've had multiple CPs? or diagnosed low progesterone? is it safe for women who are ttc and have no history of miscarriages to take?
@JJ2023 Hello, I remember you from the October thread. I didn't participate but watched it closely. hope you are doing well and hopefully now you will be in your TWW?
@Judethepud how did your fertility appointment go? @cdf how did your fertility tests go? Yes, the IVF waiting times are horrific. I am presuming you mean the ones via the NHS?
@JSP21 hello, the bleeding you had after your static smiley, did that turn out to be AF? Or better still, implantation bleed?
@NervousNoo youre hopefully on the otherside of your TWW! did you have fun on your girls night out?
@ExcitedandNervousC1 You must be on your TWW now, and certainly exhausted from all the SMEPing :) There is a SMEP thread on here with a few very lovely ladies who unfortunately, like me, have been at it for a while. Feel free to take a gander and gather up some pearls of (hopefully) wisdom
@Mushroo Did you stick to your to do list for this month of not testing obsessively? :D I don't see how you can't, its so easy to do and I think FRERs are now at an all time bargain on Amazon
