@Maxime34 thats really good to know about the info the fertility doctors gave you, and made me feel a load better (that’s why sharing is caring on this forum!)… thank you ❤️ I didn’t track/test this month but all previous months I have and I 100% get a significant/obvious surge so after your message I’m not as worried and hopefully I am ovulating. I am doing some research into the discharge supplements as we speak, it might help me to figure out my ovulation time more naturally. I’m abit chewed up about it now, but it’s been a lot of an easier month without the crazy testing for a week or so during ovulation, I just get obsessed! I don’t think I’m gonna be able to do that another month as I need control haha and need to know when my surge is

are you thinking of testing at the weekend? I have everything crossed. I’m feeling better today, I think I’ve digested the negatives now and I have some cramping starting so think the old AF is on route ready for a fresh cycle. Not gonna lie, I had a GIANT cry today, got it out myself…. Got myself some new vitamins for conception. Thank you for checking in 🥰 hope you are doing good and enjoying your trip xxx

bbypinkluffie · 23/02/2023 00:41

sorry im quite new here but you said nov 3rd <3 if i was preg rn that would be my due date according to nhs website! xx

TunnocksTCake · 23/02/2023 08:47

@behappy1736 I use easy@home and Premom app, they are easy to read and cheap enough to test multiple times a day to get the peak as mine is usually really short.

I got wondfo pregnancy test for the first time this month and I really like them, they are sensitive and there is no hint of an indent or faint line when it's a bfn, then I save frers to confirm.

10dpo and bfn which I was quite surprised about but know I'm not fully out yet... boobs feel bigger and I've not had my usual pms, but been super emotional this week... we shall see.

Superstorefan123 · 23/02/2023 08:50

Ladies could use some advice! Last night (8/9DPO) I have some very light spotting. It was bright red as if I had cut myself (I checked everywhere and I haven’t) and literally 4/5 dots on the tissue paper.

Thoughts?? Implantation bleeding? Trying not to get my hopes up but it’s so hard :(

LotzW · 23/02/2023 08:59

CD27 and had a bfp this morning 😍
I've had some spotting on and off for about a week though so I'm so stressed it's not going to stick 🤞🏼

Mushroo · 23/02/2023 09:28

@LotzW amazing news, congratulations!

LotzW · 23/02/2023 09:39

@Mushroo Thank you. Wishing the next few days away and hoping for a sticky one xx

TunnocksTCake · 23/02/2023 10:08

@LotzW Congratulations! Spotting can be totally normal so try not to stress, lots of people have it and go on to have successful pregnancies.

@Superstorefan123 that's a tricky one. Sometimes the cervix can bleed or its possible it could be implantation but Ive read thats usually pink or can be brownish. But then people have full period type bleeds and end up pregnant so there is a huge variation! Fingers crossed its the exciting option!!

LotzW · 23/02/2023 10:10

@TunnocksTCake Thank you 😊
Where are you at atm? Xx

Floralsandsmiles · 23/02/2023 10:11

MilkyAndFluffy · 23/02/2023 00:07

@Floralsandsmiles your LH levels are super confusing bless you I bet your head is in a right twist. If you did another through the day (not fmu) it won’t have been as concentrated and could explain the dip in levels. Did you try and hold it for 4 hours before using it to test? I’d defo test AM and PM for the surge! I’m praying you get it tonight or maybe in the morning?!?! Keep me posted xxx

@MilkyAndFluffy yes it really is! So yesterday was day 5 of flashy face (I got it wrong) and today is day 6!!! So annoying! It doesn't look to have rised today either higher than yesterday! I swear I'm giving up! I'm just DtD every day or every other at the very least and will pee on the stupid CB until I get a static. This checking levels is really getting to me now as I don't know what's going on! 😕😫 xxxx

@MilkyAndFluffy I'm sorry that you are struggling, I'm sorry for your tears. I am with you on it, I really am! Talking to you all is really helping me though, so thank you!
I hope this next cycle brings you clarity and above all your BFP! Xxx

AlleycatMarie · 23/02/2023 14:15

Congratulations @LotzW !!
Day 15 of flashing smiley, not pregnant, should be due AF between Saturday and Monday and no pms symptoms at all. I’m 40 and so worried I am starting the menopause 😢

ExcitedandNervousC1 · 23/02/2023 14:40

Congratulations @LotzW !!!

@MilkyAndFluffy I totally feel you, I cried all day yesterday just starting to feel hopeless. I got my static smiley today and dtd last night so going to try chin up and 3 nights of dtd and then hope for the best.

lottieb92 · 23/02/2023 17:56

Ekkk I’m still here clinging onto the near fertile window - but so many congrats to the BFPs and the ladies in the TWW now.
fingers all crossed for you

I had a shocker of a fertility appointment

lottieb92 · 23/02/2023 18:00

Oops posted too early….
continued ….

so we were told DH had low sperm count… did further tests, new analysis in December and were told last week … his sperm now through the roof (normal basically!) but 8 mil to 22 million.

So we then scanned me… and they said I have too many follicles, suspected PCOS - they didn’t actually say.. “you have this”, but I was given Inofolic Alpha to try for a few months before I have a keyhole surgery to investigate!?

oh and told to lose 5% of my weight, even though I am in healthy BMI range.. kicker 🤣

mind is blown, but really trying to get my BFP now before we have the next steps!
anyone got any experience with this supplement for PCOS?! X

Tophy124 · 23/02/2023 18:03

@lottieb92 Thats great news on the sperm count! Did he do anything different?

I haven’t heard of that supplement but would love to know more!! Did they say what it’s meant to do?

lottieb92 · 23/02/2023 18:11

@Tophy124 he took a few different vitamin supplements a day, reduced caffeine and alcohol but didn’t stop them totally! And 3 months between his SA tests a huge improvement, we got lucky! Mostly your common ones google taught us:
vitamin D3
ashwaganda
zinc and magnesium
omega 3

On to me, I am no expert… but as far as I know the Inofolic Alpha contains folic acid and inositol - meant to help with improving ovulation and managing pcos symptoms - I guess with me they said it can help me to grow one STRONG leading egg.. rather than loads of them!

it does have great reviews I will post a link. It was expensive - but as it was a fertility doctor that told me, I’m going to trust it and I’ll try anything before I fork out for private IVF!

just wish I knew someone who tried the same thing 😂

Tophy124 · 23/02/2023 18:15

@lottieb92 Im going to order some thank you!!

Im trying to delay my HSG and keep postponing it!so I understand the wanting to try everything first. I also had a lot of follicles on my last ultrasound but the dr didn’t really comment on it much.

Id also be inclined to trust it if the dr told you as they have nothing to lose! I just added a high strength vitamin D to my daily regime as my dr recommended it.

lottieb92 · 23/02/2023 18:20

@Tophy124 yes they told me vitamin D also! Well for both DH and myself - so I’m now pinching his…
happy to help, it does seem like a great supplement going by reviews - hoping it works for us both 😊 best of luck xx

I have PCOS as well. So far no BFP but we’ve only tried for one cycle. I’ve got from irregular periods to pretty much every 30 days by doing the following:

  • Inositiol supplement
  • folic acids (so the supplement you’ve been recommended will cover both of those and I’ve heard good things about it)
  • vitamin d
  • zinc
  • Resistance training and and going for a walk every day.
Great news on your DHs sperm count!
lottieb92 · 23/02/2023 18:32

@Mushroo thank you! that all sounds perfect to me.. well done you!
we have been trying a long time, but never with this diagnosis, I am regular 30 days also. So it came as a shock, but really hope this gets us across the finishing line 🤍

if DH can do it, so can I…

Definitely!! Keep me posted, we can share tips!

I had a blood test at my doctors so I’ll let you know if anything insightful comes back from that - the doctor is calling me in a week or so :)

Maxime34 · 23/02/2023 19:49

Aw Hun @MilkyAndFluffy I know how tough it is, sometimes a good cry is exactly what you need. I'm going to take a few tests to go with me this weekend. A BFP would really be incredible but I'm trying to just be as calm as possible because I really got my hopes up last month and it was so crushing. I'll let you know either way! Xxx

TunnocksTCake · 24/02/2023 06:53

Argh I thought I had a FRER for this morning as we're going to the in laws today but the box was empty 😱😱
BUT I did this wondfo and can see a vvvfl but could be an evap? Can anyone see it?
