@TunnocksTCake Sorry you're feeling rubbish!! Try and have some echinacea!! It saved me from my last cold. I'm sorry you haven't seen a line on your test yet. Fingers crossed this one is your cycle! Which tests are you using?

@AlleycatMarie Haha i'm the same, i always say i'll wait a couple of days and then i cave and just test every day anyway if i have any spare tests at home. They're addictive!! I'm feeling good thanks, most days i've been feeling exhausted at about 2pm as if I've had a really sweaty gym workout, not physically tired but my eyes feel sleepy (if this makes sense? I've only ever felt tired in this way after a big gym sesh haha), so i think things are happening! How are you feeling? Have you tested again?

@Nelliepledge Hopefully you'll get your bfp this month!! Where in your cycle are you? It's a long old game isn't it. I think social media makes it feel worse too - i felt a bit hopeless in Jan and LOADS of friends announced pregnancies 🙁Happy for them, gutted for me haha.

Hi everyone, 7DPO, period due on 28th, a few months deep into TTC #2. I've learnt that my breasts always get tender around now and I always get twinges and cramps and am therefore not allowed to take any of these symptoms as signs of early pregnancy 😉

I don't feel pregnant, but I'm still a week out. A November baby would be lovely, but I think I need to steel myself and look forward TTC a December baby.

I also have PCOS but conceived my first without issue. We were very lucky. This time around I'm needing to be a lot more patient though!

@TinyPuds Yes, everyone seems to be pregnant right now, don't they?! I'm trying to be genuinely happy for them and stop focusing so much on myself but it always stings a little when someone else shares their happy news. We'll get there too xx

Thanks ladies. I haven’t been ttc for two months due to a wedding abroad in October so was happy to see AF! Just glad we can get back on it again

@SnookyPook congrats definitely looks positive when is AF due?

tested again this morning as AF is due today and no sign of it and got a stronger positive! Going to test again in a few days to hopefully get that strong positive but feeling nauseous today as well so think this is it!

Well I'm CD15, 5th day of flashing smiley! Had diarrhoea today which I know can he a good thing, however now I feel sick too and over hot, so thinking maybe a bug now?! FmL!!!!
Got white CM though, watery and had light cramping last night (which I thought was the egg releasing). But still no static! And LH strips are low! So annoying!!!! Xxxx

@Floralsandsmiles that is sooo frustrating for you. Argh. You seem to be getting all the symptoms though! I have everything crossed tomorrow is your static smiley!!! Keep us posted

it’s so hard because we are so focused on it I think was that something or am I making stuff up in my head cos I want to feel niggles 😂 so a horrible rollercoaster of a journey x

@TunnocksTCake unfortunately my frer this morning was a stark white. Plus I still got a flashing smiley, so I think I didn’t ovulate this month 😢

Sorry @AlleycatMarie I have given up now too and accept I didn’t ovulate this month.

I read somewhere that someone tried using the advanced CB’s in the mornings, then on flashing days they used the (cheaper, 2 day) normal CBs in the evenings. And they caught a surge on the evening ones that didn’t show up on the morning ones (too light a surge??) so I might try that.

Sorry to hear this @SaltedChoco 😢It’s just so hard when you have a whole month of waiting, to realise that you aren’t even in with a chance and need to wait to start all over again.
I had been testing twice a day (since getting a flashing) but then went down to once a day again. I might try the 2 day ones next month. I’m feeling really low about it all today.

I'm currently cycle day 14 and have dtd the past 4 days, will again tonight. Predicted day for ovulation is day 16.
partner is going away for 2 nights from tomorrow so praying it's enough 🤞🏼🤍

@MilkyAndFluffy sorry love I've not been on her for a few days and just saw your posts. Really sorry you got a bfn this morning it really is the worst feeling. What dpo do you think you are? Is there still a chance do you think? I imagine you're still really early so there's still time. Thinking of you though as I feel the exact same sadness every time it's negative. Virtual hugs xxx

Hey guys….can I join this thread. I am cycle 5 now ttc #4 and pretty sure today is ovulation day. We have been at it like rabbits to try to catch it haha. All of my other ones I fell pregnant instantly so this hanging around waiting isn’t fun! My eldest is 16 so think it’s literally just an age thing.

Is anyone here trying low-dose aspirin? Have bought a pack but keep seeing conflicting advice on when/whether to take it 🤔

@Maxime34 ahh thanks chick, means alot. Nice to have each other (and everyone else on here) to get through the hard days such as bfn days! You are right I’m still only 10dpo (assuming I ovulated on day 15 but I didn’t track this month argh) but I just always see so many gals getting their BFP’s early I can’t help but think I’m out! Im gonna test again in the morning or maybe the day after if I can hold off and then call myself out for this month and wait for AF to arrive. Last month I had a 26 day cycle anyway so I’ll possibly have AF arrive Thursday/Friday to tell me for sure
how are you getting on? Has focussing on your trip away helped curb the testing craze? Have everything crossed for when you so plan, keep me posted 🤗 xx

@MilkyAndFluffy ah of course you don't know for sure as you didn't test. Did you notice any other symptoms around ovulation that could help pin point it? I find it so so hard to know to be honest so I really rely on the LH tests. 10dpo is still super early but I know how hard it is when you see so many early lines on here. I'm trying to hold out till the weekend and so far the urge isn't upon me but it's still early days so really easy to say that now. Hope you have a big stack of pancakes to make you feel better. Xxx

@MilkyAndFluffy sorry to hear about your bfn but you're not out yet! 10dpo is still very early, there are so many people who don't get a bfp until after af is due. It's all to do with your own starting levels of hcg and everyone's different- e.g. if your starting point is 2 & it doubles every day then it takes 3 days to get to 10 which is the sensitivity of a frer. But some people would be starting at say 5 so it only takes one day. I Will try to find where I read that and send the link over as it explained it much better than me!

Sorry to those who don't think they are ovulating. Has anyone tried/ heard of the proof tests? They test progesterone and can prove you have ovulated so might be worth trying next cycle. Some people do just have v quick surges though so it is possible they are being missed. Mine are different every month too so one bad month isn't to say it will happen again

This isn't the one I was thinking of but if you scroll down to the chart is shows the huge variation is hcg concentration by weeks pregnant - everyone is different

I think this is such a good point @TunnocksTCake everyone is different and every pregnancy is going to be different too.

Can I ask what pregnancy tests everyone is using? I've had some savage indent lines the last few months using first response which have really got my hopes up, I've been hearing really bad things about them but what are better alternatives? Clear blue seem a bit unreliable too. Maybe I'm clutching at straws though as ultimately if it's a BFP it should just be obvious and I need to stop getting my hopes up over a silly indent!
