TWW 1dpo today - who's with me?

Hello!

Im just at the start of my TWW!

TTC cycle 1 (unofficially 6months)
Baby number 2 (DD is 2.5yrs old)
CD 18
Cycle length approx 25-29days long
1DPO today
AF due approx 31/1

Me and DH have been unofficially TTC baby number 2 for about 6months, so basically not been using any protection but not tracking my cycles either and just leaving it up to fate. However this month I've been doing OPKs and got a positive test on Wednesday and then a spike in my BBT this morning so pretty sure I can pin point my ovulation at some point yesterday putting me at about 1dpo today! DH and I have been DTD regularly throughout my fertile window this month so feeling hopeful!

@Carysmatic I just tested too......negative as well on a clear blue one today my Af is due no sign which is good and I usually have spotting one day before and I haven't I'm hoping I don't have enough hcg 🙏🙏

@MrsSB2023 aw I’m so excited for u. When u peed on opks did u notice any changes?

I just tested on a FMU just using a cheapy and a BFN I’m 9dpo so not overly stressing yet.

im so tired but when I do fall asleep I get vidid dream and wake myself up! Was a really broken sleep last night!

I've been following this thread for a while. Struggling with the 2ww - it's so hard! This will be 6th month trying. 9dpo today. Feel like everyone around me is announcing pregnancies it's draining! Feel like I've been symptom spotting waaaay more this month!
Just did a cheap test and BFN but aware it can just be too early. I'm not feeling too positive seeing as it's not happened so far.
Just wanted to join for a bit of solidarity. Baby dust to you all x

welcome @babyfever88 it’s so hard to wait for testing :( and symptom spotting is the worst 🙈

looks like 6 days before period only 25% chance of positive even 4 days before only 42% so less than half! Hopefully this gives hope to some people who have had bfns early on x

Sorry to those have tested this morning and got a BFN! Like @Sophie3839 it is still early days for most of us! I'm only 10DPO, period due in like 3-4days so I'm hoping it's just a bit too early and very low levels on HCG. There's still hope 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@Carysmatic don’t give up hope it’s still very early!
So after reading about evap lines on FRERs all day yesterday I decided to do an experiment 😂 I used a FRER from the same packet with just tap water and it was stark white BFN with no indent/evap. So then I stupidly done a cheapie last night at midnight when I’d drank about 10 cups of tea and had a very faint line (can’t pick it up on camera really).
This morning I made myself have a wee quickly so I couldn’t test with FMU only because I’m driving myself mad looking at the tests and googling indent lines. I’ve had 3 lines on 3 different brands now, surely they can’t all be evap lines but I’m still doubting them haha!
I’m going to wait until Wednesday now when AF is actually due and do a FRER with FMU. That way there’s no guess work and I’m not driving myself mad!
Cramps have stopped again this morning, same as yesterday. Woke up feeling rough with a head cold which I knew was coming because I felt so rough yesterday.
Fingers crossed AF stays away for us all xx

@Myperfectchaos I had a positive OPK at 7DPO and haven’t retested. Apparently you can get an LH surge around implantation BUT you can also get one before AF is due so not very helpful! I’d advise against it because it just messes with your head I think. I just had an urge to pee on some on something 😂

Well I did my first cheapie test this morning also, it’s a very clear negative! As expected 🤦🏻‍♀️ my app says I’m 8dpo but I’m sure I ovulated earlier, but maybe I didn’t! I’ve still got cramps although this morning they are much like AF cramps to be fair. Crying at the news ( but the state of the world at the moment is there any wonder 😂). Knocked my knee on the bed and my reaction was quite dramatic with tears sooooo….! Who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m off on holiday tomorrow and I’ve decided now just to wait until (or if) my AF arrives which will be this Saturday while I’m away! So lots of luck to you guys, I really hope you get your BFP’s this week 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

@MrsSB2023 love that you made yourself go for a wee quick before you could test! Have you managed to stop yourself from testing again today? Definitely don't think you could have 3 faulty tests from 3 different brands!! Sounds to me like you're most likely PG but just very early days hence the faint line! If you can hold out until Wednesday you'll have amazing will power!

@Stephla84 8dpo is still very early days! You're not out until the red monster tears her ugly head! Hopefully your holiday will take your mind off of things and you c a just enjoy your time away!

All my AF symptoms seem to have disappeared. Not getting any of my usual cramps and backache that I usually get in the days leading up to AF, dunno if everything is just masked by how ill I feel or what. My FRER tests arrived this afternoon but think I'll hold off and test on Tuesday....

Sorry I’ve been quiet today, I’m okay as I can be, thanks to those for asking 😘 it’s definitely AF as it got heavier throughout the day yesterday. Still have bad cramping too, I’m hoping it eases tomorrow

@MrsSB2023 i’m not that sure I tested that early, I think I must have ovulated earlier and so I only tested 2 days early. I have pcos so never quite sure what is going on with my cycle. I was also travelling long haul and I know this always messes up it’s my cycle.

@Carysmatic I’m so scared to do another test! Even though AF hasn’t showed yet and I feel pg it’s just the thought of doing a test and getting a BFN when I’ve had a few lines on tests and got my hopes up!
I’ve had no cramps today but this evening I’ve had weird pains down my legs and around my lower back. I was driving and suddenly felt like I had blood in my mouth, such a strong metallic taste it freaked me out a bit actually! Never had that before.
I really hope symptoms subsiding is a good sign fingers crossed 🤞🏼 ☺️

Managed to hold off on testing with FMU this morning! Going to wait until tomorrow I think. I had a really vivid dream last night that I had a BFP! Hoping it wasn't just a dream 😂

Woken up this morning feeling really hungry and with a really bad lower back ache which to be honest is a real sign of AF for me. But who knows I could be wrong, as apparently it's a sign of early pregnancy too 🙃 symptoms of AF and early PG are too bloody similar! It's so confusing!

Sorry to hear about your BFN @Myperfectchaos how many DPO are you now? I'm CD28 and 11DPO, thinking of taking a FREF test tomorrow with FMU if that's negative then I'm pretty certain I'm out for this month.

I'm off work today as tonsillitis is still really nasty, DD is at nursery so I'm just going to have a chilled and hopefully restful day and also try not to think about POAS!!

@Carysmatic I’m 10 dpo just using easy at home strips so I’ve ordered frer to take tomorrow and see what happens from there!

I’ve been having vivid dreams, lots of twinges etc and some cramping but nothing that’s out of the norm for AF coming too. Annoying

I haven’t tested this morning, it’s like I’ve got a block on testing because I’m scared of the result being negative, is that normal ?? Hubby is away in London until Wednesday so I don’t have him here to lean on if it is. Definitely going to wait until Wednesday morning I think.

I’m currently 5dpo and feel… nothing!
I don’t mean pregnancy wise as obviously that’s way too early 😂 but usually I get symptoms in the tww and write them down by day to keep track but honestly feeling 100% normal. Only tiny thing I’ve noticed is still quite wet down there (tmi sorry) but how weird!
last month I had loads of symptoms and thought I was pregnant, mad how our bodies can vary so much each month! 🙈x

I’m 2/3dpo today. Really weird but no sore breasts or any of my usual symptoms. But I’ve had cramps all night and like a full heavy feeling in my uterus, right in the center. Also been weirdly wet. Like usually I don’t have any CM at all aside from before my period when it’s thick and creamy, but right now it’s feeling almost like egg white still. And like a lot of it? I don’t even get that when ovulating. Checked my cervix and it’s too high to even feel. Idk what’s going on

aside from that I have a spot, never get spots either. Probs just hormone

@Peachyplumm that all sounds really promising, I remember having lots of CM in the early days before I found I was PG with DD! Fingers crossed for you.

I always get a headache either a few days before or the day before AF starts and I'm now just starting to get that very familiar headache. I think she's coming any day now 😟

@Carysmatic thanks! I tend to get a lot of migraines around my period time as well, had it since I was a teen. Last time I was pregnant, I had a really bad migraine just the same as before AF and next day I started implantation bleed. At the time I thought it was my actual AF but it never progressed passed spotting so a few days later I did a test and was positive. So even if that’s a symptom you normally get, there’s still hope it could be due to something else. :)

@Peachyplumm thanks I'm hoping so but also experiencing lots of lower back pain and cramping which is all screaming AF to me. Though saying that when I fell PG with DD I was also convinced AF was about to show and then got my BFP so who knows. Will do a FRER test with FMU tomorrow and then will know for sure
