HELLO? ANYONE ABUT JUST DONE A PREGNANCY TEST ...

Hi

ive done a a few tests over the last few days and decided on friday to wait tillthis morning,

ive just done one and its wierd!!

The negative line is thick and goes acros like htis :

::::::::::::::::

then above that line the is the TOP part of a positive,

but its very thin and it goes upto the right!

and then underneath the 'negative acros line' theres another this line

so it looks likr this like this, apart from the line at the top IS actully joined theres no gaps i just couldnt draw it like that!

Well I cant usually! but Ive spent so much money on them over that 5 days and another £10 on a digital yesterday.

Ive been up & down, crying, thinking I am, thinking Im not ect.

And when that said 'Not pregnant' even tho I was sad I was really, really happy to have an answer and be done with,

I just want AF to come.

So Im just gonna wait a week for her (even though i FULLY expected it to start last night / this morning )

y'know as much as I love this place - don't you think it can be bad for you?

In the sense that some ones always got a story of hope?

Likeyesterday when I was 100% sure i wanst pregnant and that AF was well on her way.

Then I get home and someone has posted that they did pregnancy teast and got all negatives, told her DH she wasnt waited for AF and its never came and shes 30weeks now.

So yesterday I had my answer

but today no AF and im wondering again if theres a 'chance'?

It is worth complaining to Clearblue. I had one dogdy result, they replaced it with a clearblue digital test

Sadly a BFN doesn't actually prove anything as it could be too early for the hormones to trigger the test.Only AF proves 100% that you are NOT pregnant.

Also the Clearblue Digital test does need a higher level of hormones to trigger a positive, than the early response which you got a positive on before.

Wait out for your AF, if it doesn't turn up in a couple of days, retest with first morning wee and another Clearblue digital.

Right, Im not posting on this topic again until friday - im going to block it.

I will wait till friday and if AF hasnt come ill test , but im confident my period will arrive soon

You are in a similar position to me Disenchanted.

I am on CD35 - I did a test on CD33 which was a BFN. I have had cramps on and off now for 5 days which are coming to nothing. There is absolutely no sign of AF.

I have never felt so hacked off with AF.

You are not alone.

You won't want to hear this but I did a test 3 days after AF due- negative. Crampy pains etc. 3 days later did another test- faint positive. The result is trotting around my living-room as I type

I felt all week like AF was going to come. Was due on Monday and tested on Friday to rule it out as felt like due on any second. Now have a 6 year old!

I have also decided to test again on Thursday or Friday which will be CD37/38 if Af hasn't arrived.

I am going to hang around here if that's OK.

I keep wondering if its because I'm stressed about her non-appearance - but I don't feel stressed about it and chatting on Mumsnet certainly helps!

I'm stressed out about the situation. If AF arrives it wont be the end of the world for me and I will live with it - its the not knowing.

I think we should be 'cramping buddies' lol!
