HELLO? ANYONE ABUT JUST DONE A PREGNANCY TEST ...

Hi

ive done a a few tests over the last few days and decided on friday to wait tillthis morning,

ive just done one and its wierd!!

The negative line is thick and goes acros like htis :

::::::::::::::::

then above that line the is the TOP part of a positive,

but its very thin and it goes upto the right!

and then underneath the 'negative acros line' theres another this line

so it looks likr this like this, apart from the line at the top IS actully joined theres no gaps i just couldnt draw it like that!

Get a digital I didnt believe I was pregnant as I conceived immediatly after coming of the pill so I had to do a digital

Yeah a few really faint lines. Sometimes you can do them a bit to early. My dh said I was pregnant but I never believed him until I did the digital one.

I wouldnt have used your first morning wee again for the second test personally, because it is supposed to be used in a small time frame.
Get another test (tescos do 2 for £3 and they have worked for most peopel that I know have used them).
It sounds like the tests could be faulty, normally if there is HCG it will give a full positive line.

hello - poor you this testing has not been straight forward. If you can afford it buy a CB digital and do it first thing tommorow morning. (I would also probably by a couple of tesco cheapies and do them today - but as you know i am test crazy!). GOOD LUCK xx

I missed that bit about keeping your wee - you should always use fresh wee for a pregnancy test as far as I understand.

Oh right,

i thought as you give a sample at the doctors its OK as thats kept a long time??

But the 2nd result was still the same as the first.

Im going to try and wait until wednesday.

Found out my bestfriend, cousin and another friend is pregnant whilst all this is going on and about 3 MNers too, lol

Errr yes,

I mean we knowingly had unprotected sex but I didnt think it would happen first time, and I still dont think it has.

I have tummy cramps and sore boobs but I think its AF coming and my mind making everything worse!

I wish that when god made us all he fixed it so that the moment we get pregnant our toes turned blue or soemthing!! so we knew for sure!

That would really help. Get a digital one and do it. I didnt do my test first thing in the morning I did it late afternoon when I got home from work. It tells you in writing if you are or aren't.
I really hope you are.

Sorry, I didn't know if you were TTC and there's been a few threads recently where people didn't want to be pregnant and thought they were.

Disenchanted, in a very similar situation as you, i was due on friday, and not come, had 2 days of cramping and no bleed but cramps have stopped, normally following cramps have heavy bleed! Did a cb digital test and it was neg, so none the wiser! R u havin any other symptoms?

those cheapy ebay ones are rubbish, i am sure they are selling on faulty batches. doesn;t stop me havign 20 in my bathroom cabinet even though i am not officially ttc.

i find the one that gives you a pink dot the most reliable but think its called predictor but could be wrong, all i know is i pick up the one in the pale ppink box i the supermarket.

i knwo how you feel though those few days when you could just be late or your cycle might just be longe this month are aginy. i would say exercise caution and not go mad drinking lots of wine or blue cheese, but are you really likely to anyway?

I bought a CB digital and did it in pizzahut loos - classy eh?

Anyway it was negative.

I had a bit of a sob but now im really happy as I know that im going to come on soon (tummy pains are AF on her way) and then I can just get on with trying this month and not think I am pregnant anymore!!

Im going to complain to clearblue tomorrow morning though! Get a free test! lol

Do you think because i spent £12 on 2 normal clearblue tests that were faulty they would replace it with 1 digital? Its the same price iykwim.

they might do. you could say you don't trust the normal ones anymore cos you can't get a clear answer from them.

Have woke up this morning with no AF pains and no signs of it coming! :S

Yesterday when I was out shopping my tummy was so swollen and the AF crampss were so bad I bought some liners and went to the looas I thought I had started but nothing!

No lissie I cant be bothered, Im going to forget about it now as I 100% believe the CB digital.

So ill wait a week and If ive still not started my period by then I might test again.
