Question about PREGANACY TESTS, im confused!

I did a cheapy ebay test today... really, really faint line there i thought.

I did another about an hour later, again looks like really,really, really faint line again.

went to the shop and bought '1st response' - negative.

Ive just looked at the 2nd ebay cheapie i did (binned the first) and theres definatly a line, now i know about evap lines but its slightly pink, its not grey like an evap should be.

The 1st response is def still neg.

Do you think that becasue it was the 3rd pee within hours the 1st response is wrong?

Or are the cheapies just lying to me?

I used the cheapies from ebay (were they the strip ones?) and got a very faint postive a week before i was due on. If I remember correctly FR test need more HCG than the ebay cheapies

have you got any left, to do one with first wee in the morning?

Im so confused, Ive just done another cheapie with first morning wee and theres a line, but i cant describe it, its not like the control line nothing like it it isnyt strong and if you just looked then you would say negative,

but if you look up close you can see a really faint line in the place where the + line is!

Im 100% positive its there this time, its a tiny bit clearer than yesterday

but i think its just the shite tests, i really do

I have ebay tests i will never buy them again.

when i fell pg with mine, both times the tests had a very faint line, and u used clear blue, and that was 1st wee in the morning

I would think its a positive result and say congrats to you and make an appointment at gp's

But I cant believe I am because surely you shouldnt have to squint and move the test around to see the line?

Shall i do the other 1st response?

Or leave it a few more days?

I did the first response and theres a faint line!!

OMG!!!

I thought it was negative then could see something so i broke the case open and held the test strip up to the k=light and its there!!

I showed DH and by the time id gotten down stairs you could see it a tiny bit better,

i showed him and he said 'OMG your joking?'

its still seriously faint but its there and its slightly pink and the test was done 10 mins ago max, so i must be!!

am still gonna test in about a week to make sure! (or about 2 days)

I still dont believe it really, and wont until i get soething stronger but for now im just gonna wait and see!!

my AF is late and no symptons of it coming (though it has just sprung up on me before!!) i tried using Poundland cheapies before i was due and they were negative, i have one left and do not know whether to try again now or leave it awhile longer. would it show now if i was pregnant?

The faint line sounds really, really hopeful to me -- I mean, you couldn't get it if you weren't pregnant, could you? My line wasn't very strong yesterday, but it was there! It might be just be faint because you are testing early (tut tut )?

I've had a very faint line on a test that was an evaporation line. On another test, a line appeared where it shouldn't be.

Personally, I don't trust tests unless the line is clear, especially if you have to hold the test up to the light to see the line.

I would wait a couple of days.

Right plan of action,

I will order a pregnancy test from ebay - but a clearblue

That way I have no more tests and I have to wait till that one comes, which wont be till saturday, maybe monday.
So if I did a clearblue, first wee of the day in 2 days would that give me a 'real' answer?

When is your period due?

I dont know because this is my first month off the pill,

really its due in 3 days but because i came off the oill my cycles not predictable - or so i was told.

But going by my usual cycle Im due in 3 days

Y'know what,
I think I probably AM pregnant, i was worrying the 1st response i did today might be an evaporation line as it was after when i returned to it that i realised there was a line,

but ive taken apart the 1st response i did yesterday and thats had 24 hours to produce an evaporation line and theres one there but the one downstairs is stronger - so am thinking its not an evap line.
