I'm about 8/10 dpo as I'm not certain what day I ovulated. I did a test and forgot about it and went back to it after an hour. I've heard bad things about CB and evap lines, but the line is very much blue.

Hi I’m also 8dpo and had the same problem I had a positive this morning after a short delay and then done one this afternoon and it’s negative, could this be an evap line or could it be dilution on the second one?

To me that line looks too thin to be positive. But to be sure all you can do is test again in a few days. But don't look at it after time limit. If it came up after the time then it's likely to not be positive.

I never like to give people false hope just in case.... but I think that could be positive (as long as it came up in the time limit). I'd get a digital or pink dye to confirm but it looks good. The line is faint but it looks nice and thick.

It came up pretty much straight away so fingers crossed 🤞 cant find any FRERs at my local shops so have another CB which ill do with tomorrows FMU. Really hope this is it after TTC for over a year 😫

Update I have done another test and a really faint line showed up within the time limit so I am feeling hopeful, my period isn't due until Tuesday and it's only Friday so will keep doing morning tests to see if HCG goes up! Fingers crossed Smile

Hey everyone so I am over a week late for my period I’ve done a few cheap tests all I wasn’t sure if I could see something or not. I did this one this morning and had to rush off to work so I didn’t give it long to develop but I looked later on and there’s a line. What do we think? I am 8 days late, it is more obvious in person and is a line top to bottom but thinner x

Hello, I have taken 3 tests. 2 clear blue and 1 first response. I am 11 DPO & the first response looked negative until I put it up to a flash light and noticed a very very very faint line that also looks pink. I'm worried these are evap lines, and I'm testing very early I'm still 3 days to period. Can you guys let me know when you think?

I would say clear blue looks positive but frer is a defo evap.
Frer has been discontinued as they started to be pretty bad with evaps.

Wait until your period day and test again x good luck !

Hard to tell, I can defo see something but not sure, this test are pretty bad with evap. Try a cheap one within 12-24hrs

Hi, I need your advice. I took the test around 10 days after ovulation. I could swear I see a very faint line at a certain angle that showed up just a few minutes after I took it (left pic). Later that day I wanted to see that test again and the line darkened (middle pic). So I am not sure is it an EVAP or a Positive? I put the negative photo effect on the first pic so you could see it better. Also I took 3 more tests 3 days later and they all came back negative. I’m expecting period any day now. What do you think? 😬

Same as me! Accept the last one and I’m on the implant so I’m worried if it could be positive although ild only be 2-3weeks how far along would you be roughly

@Lou020489 I would say positive since all of them have faint lines. You should definitely go get a blood test soon to confirm :)

I'm not sure it would be about 4 weeks as only just due period I keep seeing that these could be evaps tho so was confused

I’m in the same boat 8dpo and took a cb thought I see a line but then decided I didnt - went back to it and it was this ..
retested with an Asda cheapie and bfn -
I know I need to wait and see but this waiting is driving me nuts - I’ve got some ic coming tomo just so I can pee more money away and help my addiction to poas ! I even had false positives with them previously lol so what a waste ,,,,,
