End of November testers (TTC August Baby)

Hey ladies,

Thought I would create a thread for those testing towards the end of Nov/early December.

I'm CD2, TTC first baby. On cycle 5.

fingers crossed for us all!

How are we all doing ladies? I’m 12DPO and expecting AF in the next few days, I fee like i’m out, feel like AF is coming 😢 But I knew our chances weren’t great as DH was away when I got my peak. Anyways as the end of Nov is approaching and alot of ppl have either moved onto next cycle or got their BFPs I thought I’d make a new thread.

@ChloeN im not entirely sure as I haven’t been using OPK’s, I’ve left it to nature as I didn’t want to stress, as this is the ‘3rd’ cycle about to go into 4th month trying (if not pregnant) I am tracking via Ovia app, I know I ovulated around the 17th im sure. but im due on in 4 days. I took a cheapie yesterday and was completely negative. I had a nagging feeling to test again today with a 6day earlier first response…and I saw a line within 2 minutes although faint and hard to see on camera, but I can see it in person. I’ve taken lots beforehand in previous cycles and nothing at all was to be seen.

@ChloeN I really want to test in the morning, but do you think it would be any darker by then? don’t they say it takes a couple days for it to double? I was going to get a clear blue tomorrow so I can see the words, but don’t want to be disheartened if it says ‘not pregnant’ in case it’s too early still. as they can take longer to come up?Xx

I would think it's too early for a word one but maybe not for another pink line test.

@ScotsBaby2 thanks, I did think so. here is another I took at the same time in a different light. Am i mad?!

usually I am squinting after a while trying to imagine those lines. But I looked at this one after 2 minutes, I nearly fell over when I saw the faint line straight away!!! never have I seen even a smidge before. although I know I need to wait a bit longer for a darker one (if I am!) fingers crossed.

@Elephantrose18 can you get a clearblue ultra early digital? That gave me a positive when my line was like the pic below. If the test you’ve done wasn’t fmu I’d imagine tomorrow with fmu would be darker xx

I am 6DPO just trying not to test! Have some symptoms but not reading too much into them. Good luck all and congratulations to all the bfps!!

I used the Boots normal cheap one and it’s negative.
But not giving up, it wouldn’t pick up anything now as it’s the one that should be used starting with missed period day.

Anyone still yet to test? I'm due AF on Wednesday and planning to hold out til next weekend 🤞

Anyone else feeling lower abdominal cramping? I'm 5dpo and feel very crampy. VEEERRRY much hoping that it's the cramp of implantation and not the cramp of me catching norovirus from one of the noro patients at work today.... just in time for my 6 days annual leave 😱

I tested yesterday at 8dpo but planning to test again because I can’t help myself. Although I’m thinking I’m out anyway as feeling irritable today which is normal for me a couple of days before AF is due. AF is due on Friday so the feelings are a bit earlier than normal but I’m assuming that’s what it is

11DPO and BFN this morning. I think I’m out again. This is exhausting after 11 months TTC already. Doesn’t help that I have been flued up these past few days either. Just waiting for AF to show up now, due on Wednesday. Wishing everyone still in the game lots of luck ✨

9DPO and BFN today. LH isn't showing any increase either. Wish I'd temped. I feel as though AF is coming, and I don't feel quite as positive today, but we'll see.

@LAgeDeRaisin I've been feeling crampy since O, but it increased over the weekend and yesterday I felt as though I'd done 200 situps! Seems to have gone today though

I tested again this morning at 10dpo. I was so sure there was a shadow of something at first but it was definitely then a bfn. Feel so disheartened

7dpo and tested because I couldn't resist. Can't see anything but wasn't expecting too. BBT has dipped slightly which is promising but im not sure how accurate it will be as I had some wine last night.

@OneHundredOtters I think sometimes you just need to test to see the BFN to get it out your system 😂

@ChloeN took a 3 different tests today, first response, clear blue dye, and a tescos own. Looked negative :(
i give up now!

it’s either a dodgy test that I had giving me a false positive (it was definitely there, a pink line within 2 minutes) or I’ve managed to pick up the slightest hormone and having a chemical? no idea what to think.

@Elephantrose18 I think false positives are so rare so could be a very early chemical 😔 I had really faint lines for 2 days in sept and it never progressed so I either put that down to a bad bunch of tests or a chemical
