5dpo and started bleeding HELP!

Currently 5dpo and went to the toilet and wiped and had brown discharge will post a picture below and then it turned like a light pinkish colour. And got mild cramps on my left side. My AF is not due for another 10 days can anyone help this has never happened to me before never had any bleeding between cycles! Sorry the the picture if anyone is offended!

It maybe is implantation bleeding, right colour and amount but of course if it begins to go red and heavy i'd assume it was your period starting xx

If it gets dark and red then unfortunately it might be a chemical pregnancy.

also update I’m still spotting/bleeding very light red/pinkish colour only really when I wipe tho and occasionally comes out in the toilet slightly when I have a wee I always use tampons for my periods but it’s nowhere near needing 1 this will be the 3rd day
so confused 😕

A chemical pregnancy is where the embryo doesn't implant properly and it miscarries.

If you need something, don't use a tampon because of a risk of infection. Use a pad.

Why don't you do an actual pregnancy test 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I did do one but it was negative, but I think it would be too early anyway, so I still have no idea. I’m just using panty liners. I don’t need a tampon nowhere near enough blood for that

UPDATE the bleeding has stopped!

Do a pregnancy test in a few days but if that's negative then take the first day of bleeding as the first day of a new cycle.

My period is due is 7 days so I’m going to wait until around that time I think, thank you 😊 I now just keep getting the occasional brown dot on my panty liner or when I wipe

really hard to capture on camera. But me and my partner definitely see a second line but we think this could be an indent line. Can we get some second opinions please 🙏

I think it could be an indent line because it’s so faint and can’t see any colour to it because it’s so faint. My period is still 6 days away so I think I’m gonna wait for that or test again in a couple of days! What do you guys think??

I spoke to the doctor and she honestly made me feel stupid for even thinking that it could be implantation told me if I’ve taken a test I would be positive by now even tho my period is not due until 31st and that it takes 6 weeks for implantation to happen I’m not sure how she worked that one out. And that she will leave some swabs out to check for infection what she means by that is sti which I definitely don’t have. And to just test again in 2 weeks 🙈 so she shattered any glimmer of hope that I had 😞

Implantation doesn't take 6 weeks, and you're only 9 dpo so implantation may still happen (can take up to 12 dpo to implant). Not sure what this doctor is talking about.

I’m not sure when I ovulated I believe it was the 12/13th but yeah the doctor confused me alot and made me feel rather stupid. So I guess it’s just a waiting game now and see if AF turns up in 6 days or I get a positive test come back 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Okay so did this test last night, it didn’t come up straight away but like an hour later, I looked twice this has happened now with 2 different brands of tests Any ideas??

No but this was a clear blue 6 days sooner I’m not gonna test anymore now till Saturday because it’s driving me mad 🙈😩
