CD3 here…. Horrible aunty flo this month (i swear they are worse whilst TTC cos it’s the emotional stuff of her arriving again.) but I feel awful!! Headaches worst cramps :( ready for this to finish so can crack on. Got a brand new packet of OPKs and ready to go !!!

Hey @NSx cycle ?? here (lost count) and CD11, waiting for ovulation. Appt with the gp tomorrow to start the ball rolling for referral to fertility clinic, and private tests booked for next month. I'm sure something's not quite working as it should, but I'm as hopeful as ever this month 😂

How are you feeling? Managing to make the most out of your fw?

hoping you get some answers, re privately do you have to wait or can you just book them? Wonder if my work healthcare will cover it… We are Cycle 5 (i think) but really have not been using protection since before the Summer so i’m also worried something not right.. Inknow it takes time but I just can’t seem to logically understand why nothing can be wrong and it still not happen?! Xxx

atleast your getting the ball rolling, im hoping that there’s nothing wrong, but if there’s anything that can be better atleast you will find out sooner rather than later 🤍 tbh we haven’t really started DTD we were celebrating OHs bday at the wkend and ate / drank too much.
Still getting O on clear blue OPK normally would have flashy smileys by now so that’s a bit concerning …
@ChloeN normally cd15 but by now I would have a flashy smiley and haven’t got that yet which is a bit odd, making me think it might be later this month:
I read somewhere that the Pregnacare conception has prolonged peoples cycles and I think this is my 3/4 month on it I hadn’t noticed anything but maybe it’s lengthening mine 😭😭😭😭

@NSx yes I’ve read that about pregnacare, tbh most of those trying for a baby things seems to do that I think! I took seven seas for a while and that seemed to alter things so I stopped!!
Have you never had ewcm?? That’s my only ovulation symptom really! Had a bit of mini breakdown about it all the other day, yet again🙄 feel a bit better now though!

@ChloeN i don’t really know, I don’t really track my CM never had - I tried to look but don’t particularly know what I’m looking for. They say some peoples is white and not actually clear and that some people don’t get it in abundance so dont know. I’m going to look this cycle 😂😂 I’ve been taking starflower so finger crossed it works.
what supplements do u take ?

@NSx I’m CD14 on cycle 3. Still waiting for ovulation but last month it was CD21 so could be waiting a while! I’ve started taking vitamin C as I’ve got a short luteal phase so hoping this will lengthen it but I’m not sure how long it takes to have an effect

My frer are coming this afternoon between 3-6. I’m going out at 4, if they come before i leave, I don’t think I can stop myself from testing. Why oh why!?!? I know it will likely be a bfn regardless due to only being 9dpo. Not bloody patience. AF due Friday, so not much longer to go

@NSx for me it’s so obvious that I wouldn’t have to be looking for it, maybe you’re one who doesn’t get loads so you’ll have to search for it🤣🤣 Mine is literally like egg whites but I drink loads of water and I think that’s meant to help??
This cycle I’m taking folic acid, vitamin d, omega 3 and coq10. First month taking the last 2 so we’ll see how it goes!

@ChloeN im bad with water how much do you drink? Maybe I should try drinking more?
I quite a bit of CM but I never really see this egg white consistency 😅 stressful …. I take Pregnacare , vitamin d, vitamin c, coq10, omega 3 and starflower oil 😄 it’s a lot
@buttercupbee ahhh that’s a long wait, how long are your cycles normally then?

@LMM91x If you go privately, there's no requirement to have been trying for 6 or 12 months like there is for the NHS, and I've managed to get an appointment within a month (pretty inflexible schedule at my end). I'm still moving things forward with the GP in the meantime, but I think it might take longer and I've got no idea what the waiting list will be like for the NHS clinic - I dread to think!

@NSx I'm on pesky Pregnacare too, but only every other day at the moment. Got my third flashing smiley on CB digi today, and usually have a cycle between 27-31 days. How long have you been taking Pregnacare for? Do you think it's meddled with your cycles in the past?

Happy Monday, I had doctors call me at 08.30 this morning and I’ve been referred to EPU for an early scan due to previously suffering an ectopic which should tell me how far along I am - the scan is meant to be today or tomorrow (I can’t imagine today now).

@NSx bloody loads🤣 I always drink out of glass so not sure how many litres but I constantly drink water all day, I think it’s just a habit 😂
I only really notice the egg white once a day really not everytime I wipe, then day before ovulation it gets more. Do you take more than one tablet of coq10 a day??

@FieldView I always wonder how long the wait is for nhs tests! Hopefully you get answers soon either way🤞🏻

Hi @NSx I'm currently 13dpo and due af on Thursday. Currently having the odd cramp and feeling nauseous today. Struggled to eat anything today. Had a thin pink line a couple of days ago on a ic but think it was an evap even though it was pink. It's so frustrating waiting for af. If I didn't feel ill it wouldn't be so bad

@FieldView tbh my last 4 cycles have been 29,29,28,29 … this is my 4th cycle taking it - so I wouldn’t say it has, but I haven’t had any flashing smileys yet normally I would have them cd11.12.13 and then static 14. I’m on cd12 today and O .. don’t know what to make of it all really it’s doing my head in 😭

@ChloeN yes i take around 510mg total….
I take 2 x 200mg, 1x 50mg and I believe Pregnacare has 60mg in it.
I need to start drinking more water, but then I feel like I need a wee & also it dilutes my lines on OPK?

@NSx ive only been taking one tablet a day, I was too scared to take more so it probably does nothing🤣 mine defo effected opk results, my wee was always so diluted but I still always saw a peak every month, always in the afternoon! Have you used opks every month since ttc again? Xx

@ChloeN yes I have been using them since the start, I’ll try drink more water & see how it goes.
i listened to it starts with an egg and they recommended higher doses like 600mg with meals … (200mg doses) so who knows really

@NSx ive heard min 600 and some people take 900! I’m only taking 200, if no success this month might up it 😬 was that book good or was it just overwhelming? Xxx

@ChloeN i haven’t listened to it all, I have the audio book, didn’t tell me that much that I don’t already know, as I did do an online course thing on fertility and disrupters but tbh u can end up going overboard like not using plastics to eat and drink out of and not using perfumes or etc… it’s a lot x

@NSx I saw something on tiktok about not using candles and now I’m paranoid everytime I light them😂

@ChloeN think of all the people who get pregnant and don’t know these things, there is doing what u can to give yourself the best chances, then there is going OTT… you will end up going mad 😅

@NSx my last cycle was 30 days so only 9 day luteal phase. I’ve a few different things can help lengthen it but I’m scared of taking something that messes up my cycle. So much conflicting advice out there!

@NSx thanks, I was really hoping so too but I don't know if the tests are just rubbish maybe. I have sore boobs still too, think they normally have eased off by now. When I got pregnant before I didn't test until cd33 (not sure how many dpo) and even then it was light pink on a frer, a definite line but not a blazing positive, took another 2 days for that so maybe I won't show early anyway. I have 1 frer at home but don't want to use it til I'm actually late which would be Friday
