Hi all,

I'm new here and looking for my cycle buddies.

Currently CD24, 8 DPO. I'm in my TWW and the wait is killing me! Tested with FMU today and BFN. Although I convinced myself I saw a shadow, I think it's probably my line eyes lol.

I miscarried my first pregnancy 23/08 at 4w2d ( CP )

Praying for my BFP this month

Anybody else in the same boat??

Caved and did an afternoon test with ClearBlue and a boots own brand strip. Still nothing 🤦‍♀️

AF is certainly playing me this month!

Hey all hope I can join in! I'm 3 cycles in 11cd. 1st cycle had all the signs in the book & 2nd cycle almost lost my mind taking test from 6dpo till about 16dpo 😂😂 this cycle I don't even want to look at a test absolutely sick of them. Also had a cp last year and it was awful so sorry @ttcbaby12023

@ttcbaby12023 oh no!! How frustrating, I was 6 days late last month and getting BFN, so annoying when you have that but still no AF. Hopefully, you'll get a clear answer soon.

@RJS20 I've had a period/hormone headache this afternoon but I'm putting it down to being in a training course at work all day not ovulation but we have been DTD every other day for a week so we'll see.

I definitely feel like I'm thinking about the whole thing less by 'writing off' the cycle in my head but still trying to DTD!! It's like I'm lying to myself 😂

@Nellybelly03 sorry you have got a BFN but no AF is still good!

@Firsttimetrying2022 Hi and Welcome :) I love our little group we have now :) can't wait for the first BFP in this group. It's hard not to wish life away just waiting for a BFP, there were a few things I was holding off doing/committing to as I didn't want to commit then fall pregnant but this month I've just gone for it. I feel better that I'm not putting life on hold, particularly as I don't know how long it will take to get pregnant.

@Nypie Hi :) So sorry about your CP, must be so hard :( I went way over the top on testing in Cycle 1 and was fairly convinced I'd just fall pregnant straight away. Testing and seeing a negative really started to effect me so I don't test much at all now and I keep a bit of hope

Morning all, advice needed please
It was a little painful to wee yesterday and today it is slightly worse and when I wipe there is blood.
I am absolutely CD15 and not due for 11days so too early for implantation and AF but it's more that it hurts. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Not really had this before!!

And advice appreciated

Hello everyone how are you all doing? Just about to start the 2ww I dread this bit I wish we could all just know. I decided to temp this time and I've had a spike yesterday and today of 36.7 it was 36.5 previous days so hopefully I've ovulated. I'm so new to all this tracking stuff. Hello @Fluffster99 I couldn't agree more I'm so glad we have this group. We're all in it together.

@TTC2022newbie Oh I'm sorry to hear it's hurting, I agree with @Firsttimetrying2022 could be a UTI. I suffered quite a bit with these.

For me the signs of a UTI is a scratching feeling in my lower abdomen, burning while peeing and presenting small amounts of blood.

It could also be that you might have a little nick downstairs from DTD, causing painful urine and minimal amounts of blood. Keep an eye on it and call your GP if symptoms persist. X

I thought it might be a UTI but was worried about the blood.

I've been using the fertility cup all week after DTD so wouldn't surprise me if that has caused the blood too. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Still no AF! I'm so bloody frustrated. Did a Clear Blue again this morn and still stark negative.

I'm just over this cycle now, I'm feeling heaviness in my lower abdomen and crampy, the usual AF symptoms but she's just not coming!🤷‍♀️

Last month when AF wouldn't arrive for me, we DTD and it came so don't know if that would help push it along.

I know, it's such a rollercoaster.
It puts it into perspective when friends/family have announced a pregnancy in the past, I know what they have gone through to get to that point.

There's me thinking we would decide to start trying for a family and then get pregnant, just like that 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

@ttcbaby12023 im sorry about your BFN, I have avoided testing the past 2 days because I’ve had so many BFNs, although I suppose we aren’t out until AF shows…. Maybe we both ovulated late this month🤔AF now 1 day late for me, no symptoms except mild cramping on/off for past 2 weeks and my boobs are defo larger than normal

Has anyone heard of reflexology to help with ttc? My MIL is convinced it worked for her after 18 months of trying so I've got a session booked for next week just to give it a go. Not sure if there is any evidence to help but can't hurt I guess

@ttcbaby12023 sorry you haven’t had your BFP yet, but it could still happen. Like @TTC2022newbie said, I’ve also had sex when AF is due and it’s spurred things along, so maybe give it a go.

Whats reflexology @Firsttimetrying2022? I’ve not heard of that? How long have you been trying for? If you don’t mind me asking.
This is our 3rd cycle and I’m taking it more seriously this month, tracking ovulation with OPKs and feeling positive it could happen for us. However, if it doesn’t, be prepared for me having a meltdown on here 😂

@RJS20 as far as I understand it it's to do with applying pressure to specific points on feet and hands which are meant to correspond to certain parts of your body so can help balance your body

It's our 3rd cycle. I've tracked my cycle with Natural cycles for prevention before ttc so we jump straight into ovulation tracking etc

I'm also tracking with Natural cycles, bit lost as its my first cycle not relying on Opks and tracking cm instead but its pretty interesting! Hope your're all having a lovely weekend and babydust to all!

@ttcbaby12023 I hope you get an answer either way soon. I had that last month, I was late but I started a new job and was stressed/ anxious so think it was that.

I swear we spend half our lives trying to get pregnant to realise how much actually goes into TTC! 😂

How are we? Any updates from anybody?

Still waiting on AF 🤷🏻‍♀️ Starting to feel nauseous, also have a banging headache today. Extremely fatigued despite sleeping 12hrs last night lol.
Also have a sick tummy.. running to the loo every couple of minutes TMI.. Diarrhoea is normally a big sign of Aunt Flo for me so I think she's on her way now!

Oh no, I know they say you're not out until you get AF but it's so hard not having an answer either way! Could it be the CP that has messed with your cycle?

Diarrhea is a sign for me too but more with AF than before!

I'm feeling a lot better, the blood when I wee has gone and it doesn't hurt anywhere near as much as it did yesterday so 🤞 it'll be gone tomorrow.

No updates from me, I’m just exhausted and having some cramping. I’m pretty sure I’ve ovulated so not sure whats happening there, any thoughts?

@RJS20 I sometimes cramp around ovulation… how many DPO are you?

I feel a bit deflated today. I’ve been doing ovulation tests for 5 days and I had one day where the line got darker ( slightly still a negative) but for the last 2 days it’s just really faint again. Not sure what that is about…I have long cycles so I think it’s still early but I’ve got such a fear I’m not ovulating ( first month tracking ) that I’m just desperate to see a positive ! X

@RJS20 I've been really tired today too, had a little nap this afternoon (I also had a nap so I didn't have to clean the bathroom 🤣)
I think I'm out of ovulation period now and I could be anything from 6dpo and 4dpo so we'll see! I have just written myself out this month though and just want a new cycle to start again. Obviously I never know and maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised 🤞

@Lovelybubble so I haven't used anything to see when I ovulate and I'm not too knowledgeable in that area.... Can you have cycles where you don't ovulate?
