@Nichelette thank you!! That’s so annoying to get a faulty test :( What brand is the test?

I just managed to squeeze out a teeny wee for an FRER, but no line at all… gonna stay cautious and wait a little later to retest

@Nichelette i meant brand of the new test. But also what was the brand for the faulty one?

@EdinburghGirl1 thank you, can’t believe I get to join you on your lucky thread! I had given up hope after BFN on 11DPO… But also, could be too good to be true as FRER showed up with nothing. I thought they were more sensitive than easy@home so we’ll see….

I'm in a bit of a state of confusion because my OPKs don't seem to be peaking this month (unless I missed it).

Based on app predictions, I was expecting to ovulate around about now (CD19). Based on EWCM I would guess that I ovulated yesterday as I also had what looked to be ovulation spotting.

Fingers crossed that's what it was and I can enter the TWW from today.

Annoyingly I didn't bother temping this month because I was trying to shake some of the pressure off us. But now I wish I had as at least that would have given me some back up information.

Thanks @EdinburghGirl1 . Starting to get the the point where I'd be more surprised by a negative now based on how I feel. Just annoying to wait and then get that 🤦‍♀️

@pixiecircle it was a clear blue. The window the pregnant line should appear in had some dye bleed so I wonder if window got wet and made it fail. Possibly my fault.. Next test is a clearblue too but it's one of the ones that goes in the fertility monitor I bought. Was planning to start OPK's this month so I haven't used it yet. Need to see how it actually works because I have no idea 😅

Fingers crossed @hipposinacircle . I think CM can be quite reliable so hopefully you're right!

AF came today :( Unexpected as I am only 11DPO.

@pixiecircle I was the same as you. How many dpo are you now. If it's was only a little on FRER it might not have picked it up. I'd say try again tomorrow or even tonight if you have another. This really has been one crazy lucky thread!

11DPO here. AF not due for another 4/5 days.

Have been nauseous on and off for a few days, some digestive issues, headache and feel hotter than normal. The nausea and temperature are very unusual for me.

Also some cramps in my stomach, on and off.

I have 'the feeling' this month. Trying to think positive thoughts and also hold off testing for a few days as I know if it's a BFN I'll be absolutely gutted.

And luck is very happily received!!

And advice on whether a test tomorrow morning is likely to be very accurate or not worth it? In your real life experience I mean, I know the early tests say they work 6 days before AF. Tomorrow FMU would be 3 days before AF is due.

Never thought I would be weirdly pleased to be feeling nauseous!

Sorry to hear this, especially as it came early that's extra hard. Everything crossed for you for next month

@Plantymcplant sorry to hear that. DS was 13 months and it was gutting every time AF arrived, but it worked in the end. Fingers crossed next month is the one.

@wellhelloitsme sounds promising! Obviously still no actual result here yet but I've been similar. No idea about early testing as I haven't don't it myself but hopefully your gut is right 🤞🏻

sorry to hear about the BFNs and arrival of AF. I always find it such a difficult time before trying to feel positive for the next cycle.
I’m about 10 dpo today but not 100% sure as didn’t test for about 4 days so missed my OPk peak so it’s just based off EWCM.
I told myself I wasn’t going to test yet but of course I caved and tested on a cheapie. BFN this morning unfortunately and now I think I’m going to try and hold off testing for a couple of days. Thought AF was going to arrive super early yesterday as had pre-period pains. Not sure if anyone knows what I mean but I get like a dull ache/cramp before I get a stronger period pain and AF fully arrives. I had this all day yesterday but it’s gone today so not sure if it’s a sign AF is going to be heading my way soon!

Still waiting for AF here, CD30. Usually arrives between day 28-32, BFN this morning though. Feeling very down tbh, it's only cycle 3 so how much longer am I gonna be able to hack it?! Wanted to have baby number 2 before DD1 started school next September ideally, but feels like the months are ticking away.

Been looking at the ovulation machine to see how to use pregnancy test function and can only test if you've already set up a cycle and are in the window. I only got it recently so after cycle started. Can't use it to test. Argh! So silly. Working today so boots trip at lunch it is..

Okay so I know I shouldn’t have done it but I was half asleep when I looked this morning so I looked at the test again and now I think I see a line! I’ve never ever seen a line before ever but I know that it’s probably an indent/evap and it’s after the time limit!
why do we do this to ourselves! 🙈

@Foreverhopeful92 I see it! Don't worry, I tested at 4am because I couldn't sleep 😂

@Nichelette i’ve never seen even a hint of a line in the time we’ve been trying and now I’m annoyed at myself for getting my hopes up as the rational part of my brain knows that I looked at it again after the time limit! My easy@home tests have always stayed stark white though.
No idea how I’m meant to concentrate today at work now 😂🙈

@Foreverhopeful92 I see something. Can you do another test later or try a FRER?

@Foreverhopeful92 I haven't used these tests so can't say what it is for sure but at least it's a maybe? It is really hard to concentrate! I'm WFH today, it's one of the reasons I wanted to test today as in office tomorrow, though that said with DS was at home when got positive and was still impossible to concentrate after 😅

@EdinburghGirl1 Thanks! I’m just so worried I’m getting my hopes up as only looked at it fully awake after the time frame! I have a FRER and a clear blue digi early but I’m scared to use them!
I know that sounds really silly!
I think I’m going to try and hold out until tomorrow morning as that was FMU today and I worry that if i test later today it won’t be as strong.

@Nichelette so true! It’s such a waiting game now to see if this is really it! When will you test again?
