@Bluecat11 hi I agree with @Nypie it's hard to tell exactly when you will ovulate without tempting or OPK but generally at least every other day would be advised to increase your chances.

good news is I can have cocktails on my holiday in 2.5 weeks time! 🎉

@LavenderWillow aww thank you I appreciate it and sorry to hear AF arrived! I did another test this morning as due tomorrow and still feel different things and BFN again. So I think it's all in my head and AF will be here soon enough! Lol o well! But thank you for your support and checking in, its nice to have people to talk to about this xxx

@LavenderWillow sorry AF arrived. I'm expecting mine tomorrow. I'm trying to decide what to do on holiday as will be around 5dpo when I go. Normally I don't drink during the tww but I'm on holiday and want to just relax and enjoy myself and who doesn't enjoy a drink or 2 on holiday. I might take some FRER with me to test at 10dpo or something to check

Thanks guys, erm I think I’m well intuned with my body and I only ever get that wet feeling when mid month fertile week. It’s our first try online says fertile window all this week so we will give another go on Friday, if no look then the next circle will try more often see what happens. I’ll keep ya posted , thanks for the response p

7 dpo here on cycle 3. Going to test at the weekend. No symptoms, and only DTD once on ovulation day itself so I think it's unlikely.

My first pregnancy I had symptoms from 6dpo and I just knew I was pregnant, so I am assuming I will get the same feeling when I catch this time.

Did any of the people with BFPs this month get them with something like only DTD on the day of ovulation and three days before?

We didn't had the chance to DTD more than that for various reasons (work and travel) which is annoying!

Ah so glad you now know when you ovulate now so it should be a much quicker process! Is your cycle quite long than?

Its cycle 2 for us so I guess we can technically say we're on the same cycle ;). I've been temping for about a year though for prevention, so know my cycle pretty well.

Cycle buddies! Yes quite a long cycle, usually 33/34 days.

I haven't been temping since TTC but have been using OPKs recently - kicking myself I didn't do it sooner so have been timing at all wrong for the most part, ugh. Maybe I need to try both from next month?

Thanks again everyone! Exciting and nervous times! I've not actually managed to tell DH yet... Want to be sure it's not a chemical before getting his hopes up. The only other time I've had a BFP was September last year, almost to the day, but there was what seemed like a normal period first and then bleeding throughout so I was never convinced....

@fsr111 I think the line looked ok for 10/11 dpo 🤞

@wellhelloitsme we DTD 0-5, O-2, day of ov and day after. You're definitely in with a chance!

Congratulations @RugbyGirl1! Amazing news and gives me hope as I'm two years down the line too.
I'm currently cd30, 17dpo and still feeling like af will arrive any moment. I'm cramping, bit of spotting, but nauseous, exhausted and strong sense of smell. Cycles can be anywhere between 29-32 days so I'm still holding out testing as I've been here so many times before. Every day seems to drag and its all I can think about!

@TTCn2 heightened sense of smell really hit me over the last couple of days! It was a big symptom for me I guess. That, and water tasted funny and my cat is insisting on sleeping on my lap when they don't usually. Don't give up! We'd just agreed to go for IVF in the new year. I'd been out drinking over the bank holiday weekend too, thinking it was never going to happen for us naturally. Bodies are funny things 😂

@EdinburghGirl1 I'd relax on holiday and have a few drinks (don't mean go mad lol). Seems like more than once the relaxation of being on holiday seems to have worked for people.

@RugbyGirl1 I'm sure that is a bit darker today

CD27 today. Apps say due tomorrow but I'm thinking another 31 day cycle so considering anything beyond Saturday late. Testing on 6th if no AF. Would be lovely to get BFP on that day as it was the date I lost my nan who I was very close to. Am sure it would perk my mum up a bit too though not getting my hopes up.

10dpo for me today and getting increasing weird feelings it might have happened. BFN yesterday morning but have had strange tummy cramps for a few days now off and on, increased cm and felt flushed yesterday evening. Could be all in my head but the more I think about it the more 😵‍💫 I feel
