Ok second thread for those of us that are still TTC an April baby.

I am CD12 so still got a bit of a wait yet...Not even at the TWW yet.

Fingers crossed this is a lucky thread for us all ✨

Feeling anxious today because I can't see much progression in my frer. Keeping everything crossed it's darker tomorrow morning but a bit worried

@colourPink depends how long your luteal phase is. When they say 6 days before your period is due they generally mean 8 days past ovulation because they’re working to a typical ‘ovulate on day 24, 28 day cycle’. If you have a luteal phase of 10 days then you wouldn’t get a positive at six days before your period is due as that would only be 4dpo.

Omg you guys all know SO much. I've been TTC for a year now and feeling down about it. Im tracking my ovulation/fertility but nothing seems to happening.

You all seem to know exactly what to do and I feel like I don't have a clue 😬. Any advice?

@colourPink I love these threads for that reason I have learnt so much from being nosey reading other peoples experiences!!
i don’t check my temp but I use opks when I think I’m ready to ovulate. Other than that we just try to DTD every other day . I got a positive opk this morning so fingers crossed I ovulate and BFP soon ! My cycle has reduced this month too which is better after a long cycle!! Xx

@colourPink honestly I just spend too much time on these forums which I wouldn’t recommend at all!

How do you track your cycles?

If you’ve been having unprotected sex regularly for a year and not fallen pregnant then it’s definitely worth contacting a doctor for some exploratory tests, doesn’t mean there is anything wrong but just worth checking there is no underlying issue that could have a quick fix.

@colourPink I bought one of those clear blue early detection tests, you can test up to 6 days before your period is due.
Expensive mind you!

I didn't even realise you could get a digital early detection test until your post @ViMa1820 - so I subsequently ordered some ready for testing from Tuesday/Wednesday 🤞🏻✨

Hi everyone! I'm 5DPO today and clock watching as always waiting to test 😣🤪 I used CB digital OPKs this month, PreSeed and a fertility cup. Managed to dtd on the two days before I got a static smiley and I was getting a bit worried that we missed the day of the static and the day after... so I did a bit of Googling and found this on the CB website which shows the chances on the two days we did manage to dtd are not much less than the day of LH surge so I feel a bit better now 😅

I’m 5dpo too! Also used clear blue and fertilily but only managed to DTD five days before ovulation and the day before. So not counting my chances that high. I’ve had period type cramps today, only symptom so far

@Charl881 that's the same as our DTD schedule this month too and ended in a bfp so don't count yourself out ☺️ we only did 5 days and the day before ovulation

How's everyone doing... Early pregnancy ncy keeping me on my toes as always. Keep getting cramps and headaches but no other symptoms. I told my sister as my husbands away so I literally have noone to talk to about this apart from my 1nyear old. lol. I told my mum at 5 weeks last time... That will be Monday... But I dunno I feel more apprehensive about telling people this time x

This is a 2 hour hold and im 9DPO! 🥰

@LauraA31 amazing congratulations! I’m 9dpo on Monday, said I’d wait until 12dpo but tempted to test Monday after seeing this.

Those are amazing strong lines! Congratulations! I’m 12dpo, had what I think is implantation bleeding today and yesterday still testing negative. It’s driving me mad, I just want to know now

@Babydust99 this is our third cycle, we used ovulation tests and pre-seed this time around.

I am so excited but so super nervous too, i know so much can happen and im trying to contain my excitement and expect the worst 🤦🏼‍♀️
Did another test this morning and the line is the same as last night but came up within seconds, boyfriend even woke up to see what was happening ha! Think reality has struck him as he is on about cleaning the spare wardrobes already 😂

I felt so bad posting once i had done it, i just had to let people other than the slightly panicked but happy boyfriend know! I’m sorry for all the AF’s and know how hard this was for the last three months for us, fingers crossed for every one of you x

@Jade57 i was the same, i planned on waiting until 12DPO and even kept tests out the house. Then I was sat at work today and had a random email about maternity support, then got a massive urge to test.. I didn’t expect anything this early: fingers crossed for you! X
