NSx · 25/07/2022 14:54

@BiscuitLover3678 how many dpo are you? X

@BiscuitLover3678 how long are your cycles normally? I’m 24/25 days and keep panicking thinking it’s the reason I’ve not yet conceived. It’s amazing the things you obsess over whilst ttc!! X

Mummyme87 · 25/07/2022 15:24

@NiceToChat88 my cycle varies 23-28days depending on when I ovulate, my LP is 12days. I conceived DS2 on a 26day cycle and my ectopic on something similar

NiceToChat88 · 25/07/2022 15:30

@Mummyme87 my GP mentioned to me that as long as LP is 10 days or longer a short cycle shouldn’t effect things. I ovulate fairly early CD8-CD11 normally x

ViMa1820 · 25/07/2022 15:39

Hello! Can I join please?
First month trying - ovulation in 4 days. Never fallen pregnant on the first attempt before (mum of two) so I'm just taking it as it comes and letting the universe take over πŸ₯°
In the meantime, will enjoy all the summer fun I can. Good luck to us all ❀️

HeartNutella · 25/07/2022 15:44

Has anyone ever experienced symptons at around 7dpo? Feeling heartburn, ,keep bburping with a bitter aftertaste. I have never had heartburn in my life so I'm confused.

Let's try again...

I can't keep up with this thread πŸ˜‚ you're all so chatty!

Sorry to hear about the BFNs @calipoppy and @cavebaby but until AF shows up you're not fully out! @Doodle10that does sound promising, fingers crossed for you

@Aurora81 I can't remember the Agnus C doseage but I only took it from CD1 up until ovulation, and not after. Yep I've had progesterone tested about 4 times and only once was it over 30 so apparently that's fine?? I've finally bit the bullet and just booked a private consultation as I wasn't too happy with the NHS result. See if they say any different 🀷 I end up taking 60mg B6 in the luteal phase and 1000mg vit C throughout.

@CinderellaFant so sorry that you've tested positive for COVID. There is so much of it around atm. Does it impact on TTC even if you have no symptoms?

@NiceToChat88 my GP said the same about LP / short cycles. As long as your LP is 10 or more then it's all ok, apparently

NiceToChat88 · 25/07/2022 16:26

@BiscuitLover3678 roughly, yeah! I was on and off the pill for 7 years and came off last august and since then they’ve been between 24-26 days. Always very regular and period lasts 4 days x

NiceToChat88 · 25/07/2022 16:36

@RugbyGirl1 Do you have short cycles too? It’s amazing how different all our bodies are - weird and wonderful! Xx

RugbyGirl1 · 25/07/2022 16:51

@NiceToChat88 fairly short yep, usually 27 days, but I don't tend to ovulate until CD17 so have a short luteal phase of around 10 days. It used to be shorter! At least the TWW goes quicker πŸ˜‚

H1994 · 25/07/2022 16:53

@RugbyGirl1 @NiceToChat88 I wish the TWW was shorter hah! my cycles are normally 22/25 days, but I'm pretty sure I ovulate quite early (like cd9ish)... joys!

RugbyGirl1 · 25/07/2022 16:57

@H1994 tbh I'd rather have a slightly longer, more normal LP as I think I have a low progesterone issue!

H1994 · 25/07/2022 16:59

@RugbyGirl1 ahhh I see!

NiceToChat88 · 25/07/2022 17:13

@RugbyGirl1 are you taking any supplements at the moment? I have read loads saying that B6 can increase cycle length/LP length by a day or two xx

@HeartNutella Yes! With my second pregnancy I had heartburn in the afternoon/evening from 7dpo which made me feel a bit sick if I didn’t eat something quickly. It was my first symptom! 🀞🏼

Aurora81 · 25/07/2022 18:36

Armed with a Cuppa β˜•and a wispa πŸ˜‹ ready to catch up!! 😊

Nypie · 25/07/2022 19:11

@ViMa1820 πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹ ovulating on the Thursday glad you're here most people seem to be in the TWW! Any baby making tips very empty nest over here

Aurora81 · 25/07/2022 19:13

@calipoppy and @cavebaby so sorry that you got a BFN πŸ˜₯

@Dogmum13 I hope all we have learned from each other will help us as we ttc. I hope cycle 2 will be your magical cycle ✨

@Mummyme87 Good to know, as I want to breastfeed too 😊 I take 200 mg Coq10 at the moment and I am also after starting Soya Free Sunflower Lecithin this evening, as it's suppose to help boost choline levels.

BiscuitLover3678 · 25/07/2022 19:15

@Aurora81 you’ve made me want a whispa now!

@EdinburghGirl1 I just feel the fertility reflexology will just keep everything flowing and moving if that makes sense. I found that when I had reflexology before I felt so relaxed and I used to like having that bit of time for me to recharge. I also find my bowel likes to chill during the luteal phase...if you get me, and I found reflexology helped it to get going.

@Doodle10 fx for you! I know it's so hard as AF symptoms and early pregnancy ones definitely overlap.
