My 2 week wait starts tomorrow. I use the clue app which says my ovulation day is today so we'll DTD today and tomorrow and have been doing it everyday since Friday.

This is our 6 cycle trying for baby number 2 our little boy just turned 1. We had 2 miscarriages before my son was born and had a chemical pregnancy in May just gone.

I'd love some company along the way. Sending baby dust to everyone

I’ve absolutely no idea what’s going on, had my first period after miscarriage but only lasted 5 days usually around 7, should be ovulating around now but tests all saying no (including clear blue ones empty circle) not sure what’s happening and keep thinking I could have ovulated super early and missed it 😢 although I do currently have lots of clear CM sorry if to much information

Rainbowbaby13 · 24/07/2022 10:02

@Mum2be86 after my mc I ovulated much earlier than I thought I would but I've also heard people saying it was much later after a mc (sorry not helpful)

Thanks @Rainbowbaby13 I did a Clearblue ovulation test this morning and now have a flashing smiley 😊 x

@Rainbowbaby13 well that soon changed went from flashing smiley this morning to a static smiley this evening, guessing this could be it x

Mum2be86 · 27/07/2022 20:15

Well back on the TWW but not hopeful we DTD on the 25th (when I got a static smiley) but nothing since we also DDT on the 22nd but don’t think it will be enough 😢

Mum2be86 · 27/07/2022 20:18

Oh and just to add I had a positive ovulation test this morning On a cheapie but negative with clear blue digital (empty circle) this evening so assuming my chances are over with now?

Rainbowbaby13 · 28/07/2022 13:10

I don't think this is our month I've been so stressed/tired going back to work after my 15 months maternity we've hardly DTD at all. We DTD Friday Saturday and Monday 1 of my apps says my ovulation day was Monday and 1 says yesterday so who knows

I'm keeping all my fingers crossed for you all let's hope for some bfp

@Rainbowbaby13 I think you're still in with a shot with those dates! I'm CD24 and desperately trying to stay away from the 2 ultra early clearblues left over from DS 😅. My gut has said no all month but I've got major lower backache, discomfort in uterus area and heartburn (not normal for me, had terrible reflux during pregnancy though). Wish PMS and pregnancy symptoms weren't so similar!

Rainbowbaby13 · 28/07/2022 18:25

@Nichelette that all sounds positive how long do you think you'll be able to hold out for 😂 x

Nichelette · 28/07/2022 20:06

@Rainbowbaby13 want to hold out until I'm actually late (if that even happens) but anyone's guess really 😂

Suemay803 · 28/07/2022 20:24

Hi ladies 😘 so here we go again...

This week - DTD Tues, Wed, positive OPK today at 6pm, obvs going to BD tonight and the next 3 at least....

(last month though I had a positive OPK two days running)

Out of interest - How many days after a positive ovulation do you think you should make sure to DTD?

Sending baby dust to everyone xxx

anotherscroller · 29/07/2022 06:37

@Suemay803 according to my app ovulation is 24-48 hrs after a positive test. So is you had one at 6 pm yesterday you should dtd tonight and tomorrow night (and yesterday ideally?)
or in the morning, apparently sperm quality is higher in the morning?
then if you have another positive today then also make sure to dtd on Sunday. Then I think you’re covered!
I’m on exactly the same schedule as you so let’s keep in touch.
only thing I’m missing is EWCM. There is so much come around it’s hard to detect 😂 but doesn’t feel like egg whites yet. You?

Suemay803 · 30/07/2022 09:39

@anotherscroller thanks for the reply!

Exciting we're on the same schedule 😃 we DTD Thursday night, fell asleep Fri which is a bit annoying but we went for drinks after work and maybe a glass of wine too many - ooops 😂 🙈

but DTD this morning and will again later tonight and Sunday, probs Monday too.

Rainbowbaby13 · 02/08/2022 08:00

Hi all hope you're well

I'm either 6 or 8 dpo haven't really noticed any symptoms although I have had a break out of spots feel like a teenager again 😂

I still have some cheap tests but think I'll wait until the end of the week to tests

Hi all
@Rainbowbaby13 I am in around the same as yourself.

I have taken a backseat this cycle as I've had a rough time, with hitting the year mark of our loss I had to stop and look after myself. The other half is awaiting for an appointment to get his sperm analysis done, god knows where we go from there 🥴

This ttc is really hard going ❤️‍🩹 xx

Rainbowbaby13 · 02/08/2022 08:52

@GingerbreadTM it's so tough isn't it. I hope you are doing ok 🥰

GingerbreadTM · 02/08/2022 09:00

@Rainbowbaby13 I'm all good now thankfully, just a few wobbly tearful days and a colleague blurted out that she did a pregnancy test in the toilets at work and she's furious that's she's pregnant. My manager was so good though and give me a half day without losing any pay 💜

I hope everyone else on this thread is doing good, I'm ready to get back to chatting to you wonderful people xx

Rainbowbaby13 · 02/08/2022 10:57

@GingerbreadTM it's nice that your work were so understanding. My work were really nice/helpful when I had a MMC it took a weight off having to worry about work and everything else that was going on

I think because my son is only 14 months I'm not getting to obsessed with trying like the first time most the time I'm too tired/busy to think about it but still keeping my fingers crossed and trying to DTD in the fertile week

Nichelette · 02/08/2022 13:55

@GingerbreadTM Sorry to hear you're having a hard time. I'm a people manager too and think it's important to show a bit of empathy so I'm pleased your boss tried to help.

@Rainbowbaby13 I'm the opposite! First time I was take it or leave it and now I'm desperate 😅

CD29. Still no AF. Caved and tested Monday at 3am - BFN. Still feel pregnant... Will see if AF appears or not. If nothing will test again at weekend. Boobs are a bit sore this morning which was a sign last time. I have a slightly raised temp which I think can be a sign too? Did both ears and was 37.5&6 yesterday and 37.6&7 today.

Rainbowbaby13 · 02/08/2022 22:53

@Nichelette good luck it all sounds positive 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Hey everyone, wishing everyone a million good wishes. I know it's not possible to have any kind of symptoms, I am only 5 dpo, just worried I am getting a ill as I have felt nauseated literally all day today, and I am never usually one for a dodgy tummy 😔 so annoying, we both had super bad head colds last cycle, feels like bad luck.

Mum2be86 · 05/08/2022 06:56

morning all I did a Tesco test this morning and got the faintest line ever really unsure what to think (got VVFL like this when had my miscarriage two months ago) according to my ovulation tracking in only 11DPO today but AF due in 3 days.

oh and lines appeared within time frame. Will add pic but it’s so hard to get a good one.

Is anyone testing around 11th July
Mum2be86 · 05/08/2022 08:31

My cheapie I think also has a slight line (pic taken after 2minutes)
