I’m now 3dpo and trying to feel positive. My OPK peak times up with when I had EWCM and I’m sure I had some ovulation pain on Thursday. I’ve never realised it before now but I nearly always have a pain for a few hours in between AF’s so guess I nearly always have it but never paid any attention to what is was or why. Even though the timings all line up I still have a fear that I ovulated much later and missed dtd at the right time. I know it’s irrational 😂

I don't feel anything physically, but I've had such vivid dreams this week and gone off my dinners (only fancy snacks or sweet stuff) and I did have that in my last pregnancy though not until 2nd trimester

Do you feel any different?

OCM19 · 02/07/2022 09:23

@BlondePotter yayyyyyy!!! Congratulations 🥰🥰 xx

vitahelp · 02/07/2022 12:17

@OCM19 @BlondePotter Congratulations on your positive digitals!! It’s so nice seeing it in words isn’t it 😀

I’m still quite ill with covid, really hoping it improves for holiday next Friday. Hardly felt it when I had it in Jan but feel awful this time. Also read it messes with periods/ovulation - great.

Angie2018 · 02/07/2022 12:28

@vitahelp if it's any consolation even though it did mess with my cycles, it was only two & I did ovulate. So it's more about the man's sperm quality if they get it. Xx

Cdoc · 02/07/2022 12:54

@BlondePotter vivid dreams are definitely supposed to be an early symptom! And the food too. I’m extra gassy 🙈and struggling a bit with constipation but otherwise don’t feel any different. Last time by now my boobs were growing but that’s not happened yet! Trying to tel myself to not compare, especially as that didn’t end well.

@vitahelp sorry you are feeling so unwell 😔lots of rest and lots of fluids xx

allgoodthings84 · 02/07/2022 18:34

I’ve tested the wrong kind of positive too 😭. It was work bbq tonight and my manager messaged me to say she wasn’t going as has covid and around an hour after I started feeling shivery and a headache so tested and I’m positive too so obviously we both caught from work.

I’m meant to be going on holiday next weekend! I’ll be ok by then I imagine but hoping my partner and daughter don’t catch it from me. They are negative at the moment

Oh bummer so sorry!!!! This is not good! How are you feeling? I really hope your daughter and OH don't catch it x

allgoodthings84 · 02/07/2022 19:48

@Angie2018 at the moment I’m just a little shivery and sniffly and a very mild headache but it’s very mild. Feels like a head cold at the moment but not a bad one. If it wasn’t covid I would be carrying on as normal with it. I’m not allowed into work with it though so a hit on my single parent wages and I’ve still got to get my daughter to school and back.

@allgoodthings84 sorry you have covid now ☹️That’s the last thing you need. Hope you don’t feel too bad xx

allgoodthings84 · 02/07/2022 20:11

@Cdoc Hopefully it’s not a reoccurring thing on this thread. If you don’t a a bfp pregnancy test you get a covid one.

I do feel poorly but been much worse with other viruses or tonsillitis or UTI’s etc. it’s early days though so hopefully stays mild

@allgoodthings84 oh no! Sorry to hear that, hopefully the others manage to avoid catching it and you can still go on holiday 🙏🙏🙏

Angie2018 · 02/07/2022 21:04

@allgoodthings84 rest up lovely! Covid isn't nice I just hope you have minor symptoms. AF is certainly on her way to me, I am getting more of my normal crampy / cervix pain now so onwards and upwards onto a new cycle x

allgoodthings84 · 02/07/2022 21:30

@BlondePotter fingers crossed. We are going with my dad who had a heart attack 11 weeks ago and my daughters holiday with her dad was cancelled back in Easter break as he split with his girlfriend so everyone will be gutted if we can’t go.

@Angie2018 I’m not bad at the moment but know I could get worse. Hopefully I won’t. I would never have thought I have covid if I didn’t have that positive test

@allgoodthings84 how are you feeling now? I’m on day 5 and turned a corner today thankfully. Holiday is on Friday so it’s a relief to start feeling normal again. Have your family got it now?

allgoodthings84 · 04/07/2022 19:56

@vitahelp I’m not too bad just a bit achey and tired but ok otherwise. Luckily the others are negative still so hopefully stays that way

I’m glad you’re starting to feel better now. It’s weird how we both have a holiday coming up and both got covid! Better now than in a week though I guess
