Sperm comes out

Hi guys I’m trying to conceive since about 6 months now however when he cums in me it comes out as soon as he pull out I try and change positions straight away so doesn’t come out but straight away all the cum comes out so how is the sperm meant to travel? I don’t even have a chance to lay down/ bum on pillow. Also sometimes I queef 🤓and as soon as I do it all bounces out idk what to do!

From my understanding, if you ask your bf nicely to have a tug in a bathtub full of water and then you have a soak, this should increase your chances of conception.

The answer to your question is no, it doesn't all come out. It only takes one to find its way to where it needs to be. They can swim.

It only takes one sperm to conceive. There are millions in each ejaculation, and they are very active, racing each other to find the egg. Just because some of the cum trickles out, don't worry, there are thousands and thousands of sperm left, still swimming vigorously towards where they need to be.

Some of the comments might be silly because people can't believe what you're asking.

Assuming he's not got a hoover attached to his knob, when he cums, the sperm is so far up it will swim.

Whatever is coming out is minute percentage of all of the ejaculate and will come out because of gravity if you stand up.

Lie on your side and clench your muscles if it'll make you feel better and get a tissue and stick it down there for a bit.

But no one needs to do any of these things in reality. You more than likely need to see a fertility specialist.

What is coming out doesn't affect it in anyway as it's higher up.

FWIW it happens to me. I have a DS and now expecting twins.

You are joking right? Sperm dies pretty quickly once it's been ejaculated outside the body, it would surely die before you had time to get in the bath.

Actually sperm reacts with bathwater and creates supersperm that are 173% stronger than regular sperm. Not a lot of people know that.
