@MrsGrealish 😩 10dpo still way early for a digital. There is time as yet. Come on 🤞🏼

@Cegbee oh no! Stuff always comes at once doesnt it. Sorry you didn’t get away. Hopefully next few days go fast tho!

@bunnykins123 haha yes they are a bit fiddly. Think I’ve just got the knack of it now!
i am doing my best to plod along and NOT think about it. But. Any think about anything else. 8dpo…but not feeling hopefuly. Feel like I’ve got months and months ahead of me before a BFP because it took us so long before.

@LuckyMoonstone glad your feeling a bit better. I think AF slump is the worst. Then around ovulation you pick yourself up with hope. And then second part of tww you lose your bloody head again. Amen. Cycle of my life lol.

we got this ladies x

curliegirlie · 16/07/2022 10:45

@bunnykins123 I'm 9dpo which means I've become a serial tester, despite it being too early really (and we only really DTD once at the likely right time: O-4, O, O+1) so it's not really likely this month. However, that didn't stop me doing an IC and because I convinced myself I saw a shadow I wasted a FRER which was a clear BFN 🤦‍♀️ AF due on Wednesday.

Here's both tests. I reckon I just saw the indent on the IC as I have serious line eyes 😂

LuckyMoonstone · 16/07/2022 11:22

@Indianna2006 that is exactly how it goes!

LuckyMoonstone · 16/07/2022 11:24

@curliegirlie weird because I can easily see a line on the IC. But it does look grey rather than coloured 😕 I find FRERs really bad for indents, I study them before I use the test so I know from the start that there’s already an indent line, otherwise I’ll think it’s a real line

Indianna2006 · 16/07/2022 11:30

@LuckyMoonstone yes I had this last month! A very obvious grey line. But it was grey and I couldn’t see colour. But it still catches you out doesn’t it.
deff think I will check them beforehand now. But it’s weird cos some have had grey line before even pee on it. But when I’ve peed on it it is stark white. And then two times on a frer I’ve had these weird grey indent lines. I have no foggy clue. Bloody annoying though.

so this month no early testing. As 12/13dpo for me I’ve always had a line which is pink. Just like a yes your pregnant or no you’re not. Did get my hope you last month.

@curliegirlie deff can see that indent on e ic. How bad is that! As if that was something frer would deff pick it up. Ugh tests are such a con aren’t they. But then it’s cos we early test. If we waited for AF we wouldn’t have none of this but it’s soooo hard!!

LuckyMoonstone · 16/07/2022 11:34

@Indianna2006 @curliegirlie it is bad how so many tests have the indent so clear to see, I can imagine how many people get their hopes up if they don’t realise indents are a thing. I didn’t until recently. But I guess when you’ve tested so much for so long, you recognise these things and hopefully don’t get caught out so much (although I still do, it’s all part of that desperation to see a line isn’t it!)

Indianna2006 · 16/07/2022 11:38

@LuckyMoonstone it so is your right. Sigh. But yes if it’s grey now I ignore it. Only looking for a line with pink. And think I can now tell the difference I’ve been pregnant so many bloody times as taken since many tests 🙄😂
ooh if only it was as easy as month one bam done 🙄🤷🏻‍♀️

Indianna2006 · 16/07/2022 11:43

Unplanned pregnancy in March 2021 which I miscarried at 8 weeks and can't shake the idea of another.

Started ttc dec 2021 (took a bit to talk DH round)

CP January (I blame covid)
Miscarried again at 6 weeks in May on my 40 birthday.

Currently covid positive again 😭

MrsGrealish · 16/07/2022 12:30

So if it doesn't happen for me it's not the end of the world. I have 3 gorgeous now adults. But once I saw that little heartbeat with the first miscarriage I was in love). If I have another miscarriage I'll probably call it a day Xx

LuckyMoonstone · 16/07/2022 12:41

Age 30, DH 35.
One DS, 19 months.

Age 32, DH 34
TTC No 1
Been trying 12 months now.
Found out I was pregnant beginning of December, miscarriage on New Years Eve. I have PCOS and irregular cycles so wasn't too sure on dates, probably 6 weeks.

Obsessively testing cycle and fell pregnant straight away. Missed miscarriage at 10 weeks.

3 cycles since and nothing. Now on metaformin to help reduce cycle length.

Think I'm about 2-3 days from ovulation day now!

Age: 38 DH: 43
TTC number 2 - have a DD aged 2.5
MMC at 9 weeks in March after falling pregnant on 1st try (literally, we DTD once).
Now on Cycle 3 since return of ovulation (took 6 weeks)

bunnykins123 · 16/07/2022 21:10

@LuckyMoonstone glad you're feeling better! Ttc is literally like a roller coaster, so many ups and downs! I'm still waiting for my peak, something has delayed it this month 🤷‍♀️

@Indianna2006 There is no reason why you won't conceive this cycle even if it took a while for your last bfp. Haha I know what you mean about plodding along 😂

@curliegirlie That is such a clear line! Which strips are you using? Did you test your cheapie with fmu and FRER with later day urine? To me that looks positive and if you did test with FRER with later urine that could explain why? 🤞

@LuckyMoonstone @Indianna2006 I don't usually get indents on cheapies but always now on FRER (which is why I don't use them anymore before AF). I took a FRER at O a few months ago and got an indent just to check - god know what they have done to them as I never had indents before DD!

Me: 37 DH: 42
1x MMC then term birth of DD (2.5 years) 3x early losses since Aug 2021 in the first 6 months and now nothing 😥

Greymalkin12 · 16/07/2022 21:33

FfayeN · 16/07/2022 21:37

Just thought I'd update:
Me: 36 DH: 39 (he has two girls from previous rs)
TTC number 1 for us
CP Dec 2019
MC Oct 2020 @ 9 weeks
MMC March 2022 @ 10 weeks (Trisomy 15)

Hypothyroid but now under control, Endometrisis but midway through my Doxycycline for this, hoping to be back in the TWW midway through August! 🤞🏼

Been lucky enough to fall very quickly with them all, just can't make it stick (took some time off between the pregnancies due to working out of the country)
xxx

pangolin84 · 16/07/2022 22:27

I’m 37, DH is 36
TTC #2 (DS is 21 months)
Early loss Jan 2019
Took 12 months to conceive DS
MMC at 10.5 weeks in June

Now on cycle day 9 after first period since the MMC. Been back at work for a few weeks but suddenly am really struggling. I had to go home early yesterday because I just couldn’t function, the smallest things were triggering me and I was an emotional wreck.
It will be a miracle if I ovulate on time this month as I’ve been so stressed at work since returning.

Solongmarianne92 · 17/07/2022 08:39

Hi all,

I recently had a miscarriage at 7-8 weeks, it was my first pregnancy. My period has just returned after medical and surgical management so will be TTC from this month onwards.
I’m 29 and my husband is 32. The pregnancy wasn’t planned but now getting pregnant and having a baby is all I can think about. I feel a bit scared to be trying again, and I know the odds of having a healthy pregnancy are good, but it feels unbelievable after loss.
xx

FfayeN · 17/07/2022 10:03

@Solongmarianne92 welcome to our little safe space 😚.
@pangolin84 trust me when I say it does get easier. It will come in waves but eventually I got to the point where if someone asked if I was ok I managed to reply without bawling my eyes out! xx

mummatara · 17/07/2022 10:16

@Solongmarianne92 welcome and sorry for your loss. I'm on my first cycle after surgical management too 😘
