@lj2022 Aww 😊 anytime. Hormones are ridiculous...now, imagine when we're pregnant how will we cope! I honestly think it will happen and when it does it will be more special for the wait. Now you just have to promise to talk me down when we start officially trying 😂😂

I'm only 4dpo and it's dragging already 😅 luckily I've got quite a lot to keep me busy, need to sort the move out, get the girls registered at new school and preschool, drs etc

I bet I'll still have time to test early though 🤣🤣

BFN for me this morning. AF not due for a couple of days but I wanted to test as I’ve potentially got scarlet fever (!) and I wanted to know a bit more what I could be dealing with re any complications. I’ve got the cheapy early tests so should be accurate enough. It’s no bad thing for now, if I’m still getting BFN come Christmas time I’m going to start getting upset… lots of baby dust to those who’ve been waiting a while, 🤞 it’s soon for you all.

@AgeGapBbe I hope you're not feeling too rotten! Sorry to hear you're sick. Hopefully you do get thay BFP before Christmas!

@LucyLoopyLu ah I can't believe I've ended up so far behind you 😂 stupid late ovulation! I've been taking extra folic acid this month I wonder if that's the reason why. Here's hoping it's just a super great egg like you said 😂

My new Due Date is 31/12 but spoke to the twin consultant yesterday and she said they won't let me go past 37/38 weeks which would be 10-17th Dec being DCDA twins.

She also said there is a higher chances for abnormalities at 20 week scans for twins so that's panicked me a lot. I just hope and pray all is well x

@PinkButtercups December babies 😍 will you be induced or do you think you will go for a c-section? How are you feeling now? I can totally understand why you're worrying about the scan but most likely everything is OK. Have you got a date for that yet?

@Tropicana1 our bodies just love to keep us on our toes don't they! I think you usually have a shorter cycle than me so you will catch back up eventually... hope neither of us are still trying by then though 🤣

Yeah I have all my appointments booked into my badger notes app until December! So that's good as I have to change a few midwife ones due to my son being in nursery. Some are 8:50 and he starts at 9 so that's not going to work 🤣.

Well she said I'm high risk for a c section because of having twins but because I had a straight forward(ish) vaginal birth last time that if the lead twin is head down she's happy for me to try for a vaginal. But in all honesty I'll just go with whatever will be safer for me and the babies. It's not something I can control and I said this is why my son. If I end up having a c section I'll just go with that. It's not something that can be helped so won't be stressing myself out over it as there is no point. They have to come out in some way or another so whatever is safest xx

Caved and tested this morning. Day 28 in my cycle. Given I had a chemical last month don't know if I'm quite believing it.

I missed my ovulation, l think it was when l was cramping and it was very intense on one side.

@PinkButtercups yes totally see what you mean, whatever is safest is best and interesting to hear what they have advised you so far. Good that you have all your appointments booked out so you know when you're going in even if some need tweaking slightly.

@BritishDesiGirl oh no, sorry AF arrived, late as well just getting your hopes up. Hope you're ok. Are you going to track with OPKs etc? I think we would likely miss ov too as we don't DTD regularly enough through the cycle and I'm not completely regular either, so I am using OPK sticks. I'm on cycle 3 now so hopefully it works before too long 🤞

@LucyLoopyLu yeah definitely easier having the appointments all set out. When I had my son in 2019 we booked the next midwife appt as I finished a midwife appt if that makes sense 🤣. I've already told them I'm taking my son with me to my midwife appts as he isn't in nursery yet. They said it's fine it's just the scans.

Welcome @AliceS88 @LauraA31, @AgeGapBbe and anyone else I've missed. I guess there's never really a 'good' time to have a baby! I totally get your fear of it not happening at all, but we must try to stay positive, and this chat is a great place to share feelings and worries.

@HippeePrincess lovely scan picture 😊Interesting to hear what you find out at that scan, so thanks for sharing. I(I'm assuming 'grainy blob' is a working name in progress?)

@Nypie It's good not to get our hopes up of conceiving immediately, but it's hard isn't it? We're starting in September, and it would so lovely to be pregnant by Christmas, but not expecting it really.

My luteal phase was only 10 days this month, should I be concerned? Is there anything anyone has tried to lengthen it? I've read Vitamin C, but not sure how much, or if there's anything else I should be taking? Any advice gratefully received!
