@lj2022 I've been taking it for the last 3 cycles as well and it definitely helps me!
I normally have the sorest books around ov and period, but haven't had any of that, and my cramps areess as well

Ahhh I am so excited that the time is nearly here for us to start TTC! So many BFPs, I'm feeling all the positive vibes and I'm really hoping we'll be welcoming the 3rd member of our family next Spring. Good luck to everyone else too!

@DesertSnow I have/had an 11 day luteal phase but it's increased and was 14 days last month - I've been taking pregnacare and 1000mg of vitamin C to try to lengthen it

No I am actively TTC #1 cycle 6 for me.. currently 2DPO... now to remain calm for the next week and a half 🤪 x

I'm not sure, if I can get to next Sat/Sun without spotting I might go for it, when are you thinking?
I didn't ovulate until cycle day 26 so it's been a long few weeks 😂 x

@Dreamingof3 hope your TWW goes quickly too. This week has been so busy and gone so fast for me but I feel like the next two days are going to drag in to see if AF arrives

@lj2022 hoping no AF for you in two days, will you test if she doesn't appear?

@RMS0209 I honestly have not a single symptom. I have less PMS than usual as I started agnus castus. I have slight cramping today but that could just be my body preparing for AF. I might try hang off until Monday to test as my AF comes at 9dpo so even if it doesn't arrive it may still be too early to show on a test but then again I'm like clockwork so may get impatient and just test! I'm getting quite upset too the longer it's going on however I have a few friends who it took nearly a year for so keep saying to myself it's worth the wait if it doesn't happen but I feel 6 is such a big mark it's hard not to get upset x

I don't get symptoms for anything... no ovulation/no AF 😂 I had a little EWCM this month was celebrating 🥳
What does the Agnus Castus do?
Good luck for Monday if you do, have you tried Vitamin B to try lengthen it from 9 days? I tend to get to 11/12DPO then I start spotting then AF arrives for about 6 days, boo hoo.

Oh I totally am aware it can take up to a year but it just doesn't make it any easier does it? 100% it'll be worth the wait but it just isn't as easy as you think it would be when you are younger. Trying to stay positive 🙂 x

@RMS0209 sometimes getting no symptoms is so frustrating isn't it. I get ovulation spotting but nothing else! It's supposed to help the gland that balances your hormones to help with PMS and luteal phase. I'm also taking a B complex and vitamin C but they weren't working on their own so tried agnus castus. It's so frustrating the spotting isn't it, I can start spotting from 7/8 DPO. No signs of spotting today which makes me happy but won't get too excited just yet!

Nope definitely doesn't make it any easier the last two cycles I've got more upset so god knows how I'll feel this cycle if nothing. Nice to have people on this thread though to listen to the concerns as most friends just say "just relax it's early days" I feel really relaxed but I always say to them I'm allowed to have my upset day and then move on. Is this number 1 for you ?

@RMS0209 I'm due on sround 14th so I'd like to wait until then if I can! My last cycle was really long so I know the frustration! My luteal phase is around 12/13dpo I think.

Would love to join this thread with you lovely ladies. I am currently waiting on my first proper AF to show up after coming off my pill. Potentially due this weekend however I had a darkish line on Monday on OPK so possibly need to wait a bit longer for AF. Have had lots of spotting so we’ll see 😁 good luck to everyone 💖💙 xx

Hi everybody 👋 I’ve been silently reading the previous thread and building the courage to post as that will suddenly make it real!

Nobody is bored enough to hear my life story 😂 but in a nutshell we’ve decided we’d love to start trying! Many (many!) medical problems between me and DH, I’m 33 - but we remain hopeful.

AF due today/tomorrow then we will start straight after.

I wondered if anyone could point me in the direction of a thread or website to help me navigate all this? I use the health app on my iPhone to track my periods and that gives a fertile window alert - but other than that I’m completely new to it all!

I use "premom" and the OPK strips from Amazon easy at home x

Welcome @Stephanie226 and @Heretochill I use Premom and natural cycles and both are bang on sync with each other in detecting my fertile window. I track BBT and use OPKs.

I caved and tested this morning 8dpo! I'm not spotting yet which has never happened at 8dpo I always spot from 7dpo so will see what the next few days brings as the test was obviously negative but couldn't help myself
