Oh Kitty. I do know how you feel. In my last pregnancy I was gearing up for some very significant exams, I had to travel across the country and stay alone for a week in a Premier Inn to take them at 30+ weeks pregnant. I had a few medical things going on as well and it was in a heatwave 🥵 please try to find time for yourself, all of pregnancy is special whether it’s week 4 or week 38, they go by so quickly and you want to look back and remember it as a happy time if you can 💜

@Wouldloveanother thank you! You are right, it is probably (hopefully) the last time i am pregnant as we plan to stop at #2 and i should enjoy my pregnancy not let work worry me!
I am just the type of person that over thinks everything!

@Kitty901 I hope you manage to lower your stress at work. I'm an accountant and were extremely short staffed at the moment. I'm covering payroll again but it means the other department has no one to actually prepare accounts. I've been trying to lower my hours since February and it hasn't happened yet!!

@MamaSJ15 i work part-time, can't do full time job with a toddler who is constantly ill and off from nursery. But i find this more stressful than when i worked full time as i return to hundreds of emails and queries every week and we have lots of deadlines in our company which is an extra pain. Fingers crossed all goes well with this pregnancy, i will be looking for another company when my maternity ends.

@Kitty901 yeah I can understand that. I'm supposed to be cutting down 5 hours a week from September so I can pick up DD from school 3 days a week. I'm dying for the extra time with her!

I don't actually know when I ovulated and we've only DTD once anyway so what will be will be haha. Were supposed to be 'casual' about it anyway but after the miscarriage it's kind of made me want it even more I think!

@MamaSJ15 did you get a negative with an FRER after your loss?

That sounds like a lovely plan, I am grateful to be working part-time and the good think about my company is that they give us lots of flexibility. I can take little one soft play,toddler classes and etc on our days off which we love.
Fingers crossed for you, it will happen soon. And don’t worry about the one time, as that is what finally worked for us on cycle 8 and not just me, seems like it worked for lots of other people. I Think we put too much pressure on us when we are ttc but it is impossible not to isn’t it when you want it so hard

@MrsGrealish I didn't test with a FRER to be honest. I bought ICs to test with cause it took a good few days to turn negative. Definitely had a negative on an IC though.

@Kitty901 aw that's really nice. I feel like I miss out on those kinds of things but she goes to playgroup which is really good for her then she's with either my mum, sister or her dad depending on the day.

Hi ladies how are we all? I'm now CD 14 which was my predicted ovulation day but still very negative cheapies. Have had flashing smiles on clearblue since Sunday so I'm hoping at least to ovulate by the weekend. So far we're doing well on our every other day / every 3 days at the least DTD so hopefully even though this is going to be a later ovulation we'll hit some good days

@Cheetocat sounds like you got some good timing with your DTD!

@Tropicana1 hoping so 🤞 DH suffers chronicly with hayfever, it's like a full on cold pretty much constantly so he doesn't really feel up to it often at the moment!
How long are your cycles usually?

@MamaSJ15 anywhere from 26-30 days. last cycle I ovulated CD13 and had a 27 day cycle, the ones before were both 29 day cycles with ovulation CD 16. Latest ovulation has been CD17. I'm CD15 today with another flashing smiley so not sure when it's going to be this month 😭🤦🏼‍♀️

@Tropicana1 ah right, I've never tracked ovulation properly before (just gone off body feelings) so I don't really understand that side of things.
AF for me should be due around 12th July, but may be earlier as I think I ovulated a few days ago. I'll just go with 12th and test if it doesn't arrive by then!

Hi all! So I got this vfl last night at 8dpo, after a 4 hour hold. But a negative today after a 3 hour hold 🤔 what’s going on?!

Hi, does it has a colour? You probably know it but 8dpo is too early, try again in a few days 😊 my test was negative at either 9dpo or 10dpo but positive at 12dpo.

It did have a bit of colour, it was pale pink. But I’ve just done another and it’s stark white negative so thinking it was an evap 😭

Right enough is enough, I’m not testing til period due dates now, and when I do I’m going to use a digital because line spotting is genuinely stressful not at all fun

Oh i know what you mean, 3 months ago i think i had faint pink evap lines on two Frers! Are yours from Amazon, because they are crap and there is difference between the amazon ones and the pharmacy ones. I can tell that for sure as i am doing line progression and tell you what - i can't tell you which one is what.

Yes they’re from Amazon! Should I be going to boots? I just assumed they were the same ones…

The ones that gave me false faint lines were amazon as well. I have tested before with boots ones and they were negative when i wasn't pregnant and no silly lines with them.

I am good thanks, except that i am suffering with insomnia at present! I literally dont sleep, I probably get about 3 of sleep a night and that has been for the past week now. 🤷‍♀️ i am very active during the day and always on the move but nothing gets me tired. I hope i start sleeping soon again as i am getting worried it isn't normal

Oh no! The tiredness will probably arrive soon - 7 ish weeks tend to be when stuff like that & sickness kicks in from what I’ve read!
interesting about the tests! I’ve decided from now on, it’s wait until period is late then a digital - the lines are just too headfucky for me! 😞

Evening everyone 😊 how are we all?
I've been a bit quiet cause I've been dealing with my anxiety while my DD has been poorly. Had my first proper session with my counselor today which was good and I think we're gonna try hypnotherapy next week!
In other news... Yesterday I had a bit of a pain in one of my boobs on and off, kind of like a faint shooting pain (ish, hard to explain!) And I could 'feel' something very low down, wouldn't say it was a pain or cramp, just a feeling. Had more than usual cm last couple of days too. Don't know if this means anything or if I'm finally going mad haha!
