Hoping for a June BFP 💖🌷💖

Hi everyone, thought if start a new thread for those of us heading into another cycle and hoping for a BFP in June 🤞 I was on the May thread briefly but decided to pause TTC after two early miscarriages this year. Was actually lovely to have a break 😅 but excited to try again this month. CD 1 for me today!

I have a beautiful 20 month old daughter already.

Hopefully we can all keep each other company on this rollercoaster! X

@Jod30 it’s normal for periods to change as we age apparently it’s ok 🤷‍♀️ I spoke to people about my changing cycles it’s normal around 30 for cycles to change but even light ones lasting a few days are perfectly ok 🤷‍♀️ I’m 31 so it was bang on for me Theyr getting shorter cycles and different every month

Anyone around 3DPO? This is where I’m at in cycle 2 of TTC! Chemical in cycle 2 so fingers crossed we make it over that implantation line this month!

@Hopefulprincess yes partner has had SA done and no concerns there either. I'm due to have another 21 day blood done as I had low progesterone on one before so it may be a hormone imbalance. They haven't given us any idea of what treatment they would suggest yet they said they would decide what route best to take after the next bloods. Lots of waiting but gotta trust it's all going to happen when it's meant to 💫

Hello also joining, currently cd8 of second cycle since miscarriage in March. It's nice to share the ttc journey together!

@Hjudge56 I'm 2DPO (I think). I haven't had a cycle since my MMC in March, bhcg took ages to come down but I think I caught ovulation with OPKs. I thought I was coming on I had so much pain, we will see! Also doubting that we've DTD enough but then both times I've conceived once has been enough!

@Cegbee so sorry to hear about your miscarriage! Sending so much baby dust your way! As everyone always says - it just takes one sperm!

I thought the same about myself as my ovulation date is always CD11 therefore DTD around this but this month it was CD15 and we DTD on CD 13, 11 and 10 so I’ve been worried we missed out this month!

Hi all, I'm still breastfeeding my first and no plans to stop so aware it may make tracking harder, therefore I'm not ..and just going to have lots of sex! I have had a second trimester loss previously so trying to be philosophical about it and not too stressed. AF due 4th June too.

Hello all, nice to see more of us joining :) I'm on CD 4, period is nearly finished... will be testing around 12 June. Feels ages away!

@Flittingaboutagain Have your periods returned yet? I am still breastfeeding too, but find my periods are regular and I get confirmed ovulation through temping/ LH tests, so you certainly could track if you wanted and your periods have returned and are pretty regular. How old is your LO?

Hi everyone. We are going to start trying next month (June). I have been tracking my ovulation for the last week as no idea when I ovulate. My line has just started to get much darker although not positive yet so hopefully will be any day now.

It does concern me though as my cycle is usually only 26/27 days so think my LP is going to be quite short. I think I will track all of next cycle too just to be sure as I didn’t take note of the exact day of my CD1 so it may all be out slightly as had to guess.

I do have a child already so know it is possible but I was younger then ha ha

Had a positive peak OPK today so ovulation day tomorrow and the dreaded TWW begins. Looks like I will be one of the first to test around the 3rd June!

My periods came back almost immediately but are still a few days variable each month. All the time I TTC number one I never ever got a positive on opk. It was never anywhere near as dark as the control line. So I'm guessing now my cycle can be anywhere from 24-32 the best thing to do is just have sex as much as possible between periods.

Baby is 10 months. It took years to get her and I'm getting on so have been advised to crack on!

Hi friends! Hopping on the thread. I'm CD13, usually ovulate around CD18 and if I do ovulate then and catch this month, baby would be due on Valentine's Day 😍😍. I'm feeling hopeful this month, we're finally in a position to time DTD right this month. Basically every other month so far has been totally sub-optimal. Come on ladies this is our month!!!

TTC number 2. I'm not at the optimal age and still not getting much sleep from DS1 so this could be a terrible idea but in for a penny! You only regret the things you didn't do right? 😬First cycle trying.

I hope to see lots of you get your bfp in June. I’m 37 so not expecting it first month trying. We are going to start trying after my period so will be the end of June before I would know so probably one of the last here to know. I won’t be testing until after I’m due to start my period though as would hate the disappointment. I had my first 7 years ago but with a new (well different partner not new as we have been together 4.5 years) and he doesn’t have any children yet

@SometimesSquircles totally know that feeling with lack of sleep, my DD is 20 months and defo not sleeping through 😂 generally it's up and down but think she's actually slept through once or twice. Getting more sleep now though as recently night weaned her again (am still breastfeeding). She still has an early morning feed and we snooze together till a bit later so that's nice. So hard with the lighter mornings too isn't it! Considering black out blinds.

@Flittingaboutagain you must have a short LH peak so hard to catch it on the tests! Sounds like a good idea to have lots of sex 😂 the month my DP and I tried that and didn't time it properly around ovulation we were both knackered so have gone back to lh testing etc 😂

I’m heading over from the May thread too - I’m only just about to ovulate, which pushes me into early June. This is cycle 1 ttc #2 after MC in Feb.

It feels a bit strange heading towards another TWW after how the last time worked out, but I’m feeling mostly hopeful and chilled about it.

@Hopefulprincess I am 30 so hopefully this is normal for me too. My cycles tend to vary by a couple days each month but I should be ovulating around 29th May and testing mid June. Fingers crossed to everyone!

Hi everyone 🖐 TTC baby number 1, cycle 2 - I'm on CD 4. Just considering whether to get some OPKs. I sort of thought I wasn't going to test or stress as I usually get EWCM but past couple of cycles I haven't so I just don't want to miss my ovulation as we are very intermittent at DTD.

Had a bit of a wobble this week when I made plans to meet up with some friends (they all already have babies even though I'm the oldest) and an acquaintance is coming too. I really like her so was looking forward to it but then saw a pic of her Instagram pregnancy announcement and it really upset me to think they will probably now be talking about babies all day and I will have nothing to say.
I know that's irrational.

Hi guys, hoping to join you for this cycle. I'm on CD6 today and had a chemical pregnancy last month. I have a short LP so tested when I missed my period but then heavy bleeding started the next day.

I'm similar to you @Flittingaboutagain in the sense that we have a 9m DD that took ages to conceive and we need to just crack on!

I've always wanted a large family but I'll settle with at least a sibling for my dd. Makes me feel really sad when I think we will one day leave her alone in the world.

Hi everyone! I’m joining from the May thread. Cycle 5 ttc baby number 2. Late thirties, shortish luteal phase so have made my peace with it maybe taking a while. I just hope it happens eventually! Just into fertile week so will test early June. Looking forward to seeing lots of BFPs!

You sound just like me. I’m 37 just realised I have a short LP and due on very late May. We are going to start TTC next month but I’ve been tracking ovulation this month just to check I do still ovulate even though my periods are very regular. I’m worried about my age and short LP especially as my cycle is on the short side too

@Skylark1990 Our DS is 2.5 years and still not sleeping through the night but he's got some minor medical issues which cause it so I'll let him off 😁Hope black out blind help you. The lighter morning and evenings cause havoc with little ones sleep!

@Dia12 I feel just the same as you. Can't bear the thought of leaving DS alone so as much as I'm a bit old and not sure I can do another pregnancy and little one, it'll be worth it to know he's got someone.
