Hoping for a June BFP 💖🌷💖

Hi everyone, thought if start a new thread for those of us heading into another cycle and hoping for a BFP in June 🤞 I was on the May thread briefly but decided to pause TTC after two early miscarriages this year. Was actually lovely to have a break 😅 but excited to try again this month. CD 1 for me today!

I have a beautiful 20 month old daughter already.

Hopefully we can all keep each other company on this rollercoaster! X

11dpo and BFN. That's if I ovulated day after my OPK peak test.

Last night had pain near uterus stabbing pain and upper thigh and spent the night needing to wee but couldn't empty my bladder. I had spotting today inside but hadn't come out as too little. I'm still hoping.

@ExPatHereForAChat post the test if you want - I love trying to see lines on tests 😂

Thank you @Tropicana1 but there's genuinely nothing there.

I think it's just the thin white line where dye should go that I'm seeing.

If I do get a proper squinter tomorrow (or let's face it, this evening) I'll definitely post.

I'm sensing this is going to be an expensive month. I did so well 2 months ago and only tests at 11dpo but all willpower is seemingly out the door since then!

@Tropicana1 not necessarily out yet but the spotting could be my IBS which does act up a few days before my period is due. Hardly any symptoms so not holding my breath.

Ah crap, sorry to hear AF arrived.

Last month when AF came I treated myself to a little(ish!) bottle of prosecco and had a nice hot bath.

@BellaTheDarkOverlord @ExPatHereForAChat thank you both. I’m not too upset as I wasn’t expecting anything this month as we were only going to properly start ttc after this AF anyway. I’m very annoyed at the fact that it was the first month I have ever tracked my ovulation to get prepared and my body decides to play games so I’m none the wiser to what’s normal for me.

I’m also annoyed because if my cycle goes back to my normal length again I’m at risk of being on still at the beginning of our much awaited holiday and I can’t use tampons and my daughter will expect me to be in the pool all the time with her 😫

what will be will be. We will all get our bfp at the right time for us. My mum always used to say that if anyone conceived on a different month to when they actually do then it would be a different baby and we wouldn’t have the child we are meant to have

@allgoodthings84 ah sorry to hear that. Mt first cycle off the pill was messed up and made me think I was pregnant. It's really quite annoying!! Fingers crossed for the next cycle for you 🤞

@allgoodthings84 try the swimming period pants. I have the normal period pants and they work wonderfully so have no doubt the swim ones would too

Okay, so I have been feeling a little off this afternoon, uncomfortable in my stomach and a little lower and back pains also, because my period seemed a little different this time and the way I've been feeling today I did a test (silliest thing I've done on CD10!!) But it's bloody positive!!!! Just hope having what seemed like a normal period isn't a bad sign 🤞

Just hoping my levels are increasing slowly cause at nearly 6 weeks I'd expect a blaring line!!

@MamaSJ15 congratulations 😊! I’ve not been on the pill for over 8 years so it’s not that it’s definitely some kind of fluke and hopefully one off as my periods are extremely regular so it’s really thrown me.

@TeddyBeans would they be noticeable under a swimming costume do you think? I would be worried as my AF isn’t light.

@allgoodthings84 I suppose it would depend on the cut of your swimwear. You can get full swimming costumes with built in period protection. I wouldn't worry too much about the flow as you won't be wearing it all day and you can wash it in the evening to wear again the next day

@allgoodthings84 I know you said no tampons but does that also rule out mooncups? I haven't used tampons in years. I always use a mooncup or pads now. A lot less period pain for me then. I haven't been on the pill since 2014. It's been a while 😏i hope we finally get our BFPs.

@MamaSJ15 hi, sorry to jump on but I’ve been quietly reading through some of these threads and have a similar situation!

Have had a couple bfps now but all on blue dyes really and still so faint. The only pink dye I’ve used so far is a cheap one step strip and I swear there’s a line but it’s such a squinted that I just don’t trust myself, especially as I should be 6 weeks now!

@allgoodthings84 sorry to hear AF has come, does it feel like a normal period? If it's light / different, may still be worth testing as you never know! Odd to have such a long time spotting as you say.
And like @BellaTheDarkOverlord says a mood cup could be ok? You could just clean it regularly ☺️

I'm 5dpo today according to FF and have had a couple of faint twingy feelings down low yesterday and today. I'm trying not to focus on it too much / this is easy as have a few things going on in my life ATM which actually means I'm quite stressed about other stuff! But hoping that doesn't affect chances of ovulation. I'm going to try to hold off till next Saturday to test, I think that'll be 12 dpo...

Chances of implantation I mean!

Thanks everyone, I'm so shocked but also feeling a little cautious. I'm still feeling a bit of cramping and lower back pain which is what I started with in my last pregnancy, but I didn't have a period type bleed before hand! I've ordered another pack of FR and CB digital to arrive tomorrow to do with FMU on Tuesday (hoping I can hold out that long!!)

I'm 10DPO today according to Flo and BFN's on 3 different internet cheapies (i am an addict for testing) so I'm fairly sure I'm out this month!

Feeling a bit down now as it's 3 cycles since my mc which have either ended in BFNs or one chemical. Think it's the usual Sunday blues but I am feeling a bit sorry for myself and wondering why it hasn't happened for me. Found out another friend is pregnant over the weekend as well so I don't think that's helped!

@Skylark1990 definitely AF just as heavy and painful as usual. Just with 5 days of spotting first which was the weird bit. Just want it to stop quickly so can start again. My partner is pretty poorly at the moment though so quite pleased I’m nowhere near ovulation 😂

@BellaTheDarkOverlord i can’t get on with anything that has to stay inside. I use reusable pads these days as disposable pads make the cramps even worse. I’m going to have to suck it up and try something for a few hours a day though as not going to not get in the pool as my daughter is so excited and last time we went on holiday (4 years ago!) I woke up with tonsillitis on the first morning. I want her to have the best time

I slept soooo much today feel rough just took that when I woke
