Hi everyone!
Currently 2dpo, TTC baby number 2.
Suffered a MC in January, this is my third cycle trying again.
Would love to chat to any ladies who are at the same point in their TWW as me 😊

@Hopingforababy2022 I can see something on that test! Have you done a FRER?

@NSJ28 I haven't I just bought some cheap tests as it was costing me a small fortune 😂. I'm going to buy some first responses and clear blues with the weeks indicator on Friday when I get paid though

Still BFN for me, 12dpo, with some brown spotting today. AF is definitely coming for me :(

@NSJ28 I've had brown spotting on 6dpo, 8dpo and again today, so may not be a bad thing as implantation can occur at 12dpo. You're not out until she shows her face x

@Cindyindy massive congratulations 🎉🎉

Sorry to all you girls that are out/feel like you are out this cycle, I'm right there with you. I'm not even entertaining a pregnancy test as I have had period pains on and off since yesterday and eye wateringly sore boobs 😭 AF isn't even due til Saturday!

Welcome to the new joiners! What DPO are you guys?

Hopingforababy2022 · 20/04/2022 10:53

Hey everyone, took a FRER this morning after the faint positive on cheapie test and I have no idea what's going on. Honestly starting to do my head in now 🙄

Hello all,

I’m currently 9DPO and very symptomatic.
Bloated (like I feel huge), couldn’t stop peeing yesterday despite consciously not drinking, very sore nipples since I think I ovulated, backache, period cramps etc. Just feeling hideous.

anyone experiencing anything like this? Just can’t get out of the feeling that I’m pregnant. Feel crazy!! X

SLee21 · 21/04/2022 10:24

So AF has very kindly turned up a day early 🙃 I suppose if I’m not pregnant I’d rather it come sooner than later! Anyone else?
I've already got hold of some CB OPKs and conceive plus for this cycle, might try the SMEP again. Not sure what else to try 🤦🏻‍♀️

Carlswhite29x · 21/04/2022 11:08

@Kitchiekobo yeah, I have been much the same since 2dpo! I was driving myself crazy symptom spotting so I forced myself to stop. I was convinced that I was pregnant last month and I was a full week late. Literally said to my best friend that I was 98% sure I was pregnant and got two BFNs ☹ so I think this time I'm trying not to cling to symptoms so much. I even threw up last month so was majorly convinced I was preggers but I do think your body and mind can play tricks on you and PMS symptoms are so similar to pregnancy symptoms so it's hard to tell isn't it? I've still been writing all my symptoms down this cycle for 2 reasons, 1) If im pregnant I'll know what to look for and 2) if im not pregnant I'll know what's normal. One thing I will say is that I am getting cramps and major sore boobs and that's not usual for me at this stage. I usually get my period before I get any pains so I dunno! Are you planning on testing early or waiting for AF to show? I'm just gonna wait and see I think.

@SLee21 I have a feeling mines on it's way early! I'm due on Saturday but I reckon it will be here by tomorrow. It's good to know isnt it but I bet you just want it out the way already so you can start again. I'm literally just going to do the same process of using OPKs and DTD ever other day. My poor DP felt under too much pressure doing it everyday around ovulation and we DTD every other day anyway so I feel like it's more natural to us and might help us both relax. When I got pregnant last time (ended in miscarriage), we had only DTD once in two weeks so it does only take one time.

SLee21 · 21/04/2022 11:18

@Carlswhite29x yeah most of the time you just want a result either way, it’s the not knowing that’s the hardest to cope with 😖 that is understandable, I remember looking back on the month I conceived and we only did it twice a few days apart, but it’s harder when you’re actively trying! They say it will happen when you relax but that’s easier said than done 🤣 wish I could go back to not caring!

SLee21 · 21/04/2022 11:22

@Kitchiekobo if I can give one piece of advice, it’s that nothing is certain until you get that HPT or AF arrives! I’ve been convinced I’m pregnant after symptom spotting and it only makes it harder when you realise you’re not 😓 I also didn’t have any different symptoms the month I fell! I think some people just know when they know, but I also think when you’re trying, your mind convinces you 😖 I certainly wouldn’t want to invalidate your feelings but I would say from experience, remain cautiously optimistic ☺️ xxx

SLee21 · 21/04/2022 11:25

@Hopingforababy2022 I’m so sorry I can’t see anything ☹️ life is so cruel sometimes xxx

Carlswhite29x · 21/04/2022 11:27

@SLee21 tell me about it! It's so hard to relax isn't it! I can just about manage to get a grip of the "what will be will be attitude" then the next minute I'm freaking out about how long I could be POAS for without a result. I don't mind if it takes me 6 months or even a year, it's the not knowing! If someone said "it will take you x amount of time" I would be good because I could just distract myself or focus other things to look forward to like holidays etc, but it's the wondering if it will it happen and when that gets to me.

SLee21 · 21/04/2022 11:34

@Carlswhite29x yeah I completely agree. I might have to go and see a psychic 🤣 don’t know how much longer we can do this 🤣

Carlswhite29x · 21/04/2022 11:49

@SLee21 believe me, I've considered it 😂 honestly, it is so hard isn't it. I keep reading stories of people who have taken years to conceive to put things into perspective, I'm freaking out and it's literally been 3 months 😂 and for two of those months we were only 'not preventing'. I think what makes it hard for me is that since I have started counting my cycle days I feels like time is moving really slowly. I don't think I can carry on like that IF I'm in it for the long haul, I need to figure out a way to kinda forget while I'm in the tww 😂
