Hoping for BFP in May

CD1 here, starting a new thread for those who are hoping to get a BFP in May for a January/February baby 🥰

This is my cycle 3 trying for #2. I've got an 18mo old son.

Hey everyone! I had mmc in feb and first month ttc this month. I'm symptom spotting my ovulation like mad and feel like I'm not ovulating. I've decided not to do ovulation kits because I will just drive myself crazy!!! Has anyone else ovulated with hardly any symptoms?? Thanks xxx

funny you should say this!! i had a horrendous urine infection that lead to a kidney infection. was on abx for a week. this was about 2 weeks ago so around when i ovulated and think i was on abx when ovulating.

just got my bfp so it’s not a problem apparently!! dtd wasn’t very fun mind i must say and i probably shouldn’t have but… thank god i did 🥹

Did a clearblue 6days early test this morning which was BFN.
My AF would normally be every 21/22 days so due this Sunday but because I had the coil out I'm thinking it's going to be longer for AF to come back. So I'm not sure when to do another one. Maybe Wednesday.

i know paramedics and ecas work very long and exhausting hours… not surprised he is a bit low on the energy, definitely can’t help things.

Done another cb early one and it's come up lighter than the one yesterday?

AF due tomorrow I thought it would be darker by now if I was. Am I best to use FMW rather than dehydrated end of the work day one? 😂

@RBSK1 definitely try with FMU.

I got a BFN on Saturday at 11dpo on CB early and a BFN on Sunday evening with a clear and simple ultra early. AF was due today but no sign as yet so hopefully holds off and I get a BFP in the morning 🤞🏻

Hey ladies, just popping on this thread for a bit of hope, had a MC In April and all hope has gone down the drain, reading your messages have really helped me bring it back, as we’re still trying! Had another insemination on the 1st of may so fingers crossed and baby dust to all! 🤞🏻💜💚

@RBSK1 I've done the same but with internet cheapies. Pretty much no line on them, do t want to waste a frer... Might have to tomorrow though for reassurance.

@kizzy97 I got pregnant on the implant so there’s always hope with anything on that contraceptive 🙌🏻 After the depo/implant it does take the body a while to get back to normal . But any periods are good it means your ovulating 🙏🏻 Keep faith xx

soooooo I’m debating getting some of the pointless cheapie tests in just for my obsessive testing but then I don’t want false hope. For those not on previous threads I dipped 10 in water many came back + so my sinks pregnant clearly. But then also testing early means false hope regarding chemical pregnancies which are suuuuuuper common , and the indents on frer I’m not liking either as a line eyed test starer. Not sure which tests to try but I have to pee daily on one or atleast 5. Dilemmas I face at 2dpo 🤣

New to the forum. First time ttc, month 1 and no kids. Ive used some apps but am doubting how good they are ( I have only input data for one month though). A few days late but BFN on those £1 tests from Tesco. Any reccomdentations (or what I should avoid) on

1. Apps
2. Ovulation tests
3. Pregnancy tests?

It's been so nice to see so many BFP's in the chat, congratulations to all of you and fingers crossed for everyone still waiting to find out.
I told myself earlier in this cycle that I wouldn't over analyze and just try to relax and see what happens. Well, that quickly went out of the window. Currently at 5DPO and a day of lower back pain and some mild cramping has sent my brain into overdrive trying to dissect symptoms. The TWW is always so hard, I wish we could just test already. How many DPO do you all normally start testing?

Got a BFN on my CB early this morning. Gutted. Just not to be this month!

Can't believe I had two faint lines then this one has nothing on it

@HansBanans my OH said maybe we have bad batch of tests. Can't afford to keep forking out £10+ on tests though!

@Choc2022 welcome! I use one step ovulation tests, the app Flo (used femometer in the past) and I like Frer tests but they seem to have a lot of indents recently so beware:)

@Smcai I'm 3/4dpo and found myself googling rhr the other night at 2am when ds wouldn't sleep. I also said I wouldn't go symptom mental in tww 🤣🤣

That sucks! There really should be a cheaper FRER competitor they would rake it in!

anyone else around 3dpo? No symptoms for me, but then I didn’t get any with my last pregnancy at this stage apart from extreme tearfulness around 7dpo.

Aaaaand AF has just arrived. See you all next month 😢

Hi @LemonZestDribbles still no sign of AF, will test tomorrow if nothing else happens in the meantime.

I feel different just can't put my finger on it.
