Anyone testing around April 19th? My 2ww is just starting.

Hi all! I'm currently 1dpo.. so officially in the last stage of this cycle! I should be due AF around April 19th, which happens to be my birthday! So I'm going to try really hard not to test until then. Anyone else around the same?!

@GeraniumCedarwood no bleeding yesterday just agony and don't worry in the cold light of day I can't see it either xx

Absolutely exhausted though. I'm glad I'm not in work I would curl up and die. Considering an afternoon nap 😴

Fingers and toes crossed for your BFP’s ladies 🙏🏼 I’m 1DPO so got a while to go! Only DTD once and that was day of ovulation when EWCM was present so fingers crossed!!

How many DPO are you all?

I'm glad I didn't test, I've just had some spotting, I know this is the beginning of AF as every cycle has been like that since my miscarriage in December 😞

@MrsGrealish it's so frustrating when you see something in person and you can't capture it on camera, took me ages to take a decent photo of mine!

Not the only one driving yourself mad @GoT1904, I've just ran out and grabbed a FRER.. will do that tomorrow morning and if no hint of a line I'll know for sure!

@Hjudge56 7/8/9 dpo (not 100% sure on ovulation) so way too early to be testing but it's just addictive.

@MrsGrealish Thank you, feeling less and less optimistic as the day goes on tbh 😅 Feeling abit crampy and just had a very very tiny bit of brown blood discharge so who knows. I will be disappointed of course if AF arrives but also glad my cycles seem semi 'normal' for me post pill.

@Graceybaby have you got some of the cheapy test strips of amazon/ebay! That way I don't feel too bad when I'm testing. I've had the brown discharge happen too, what dpo are you today?

@Graceybaby @GeraniumCedarwood I have this brown discharge as well, just a bit, I've read that it can be implantation bleeding, but in my case I'm pretty sure it's the first sign of my period. I'm 9dpo

@ArcEnCiel2022 so it is usual for you? Do you usually have it a few hours or days before your period starts?

@GeraniumCedarwood yes I've had the same the last 3 cycles since my miscarriage (never before that) it lasts about 2/3 days, and then AF arrives properly. The first time it happened I was so hopeful it was implantation bleeding! A part of me still wants to think that maybe this time it's different, but more realistically it' probably again the same thing.

@ArcEnCiel2022 aww I hope it doesn't mean you're out. When is your AF due?

I'm doing my FRER tomorrow AM too @Graceybaby, FX for something for us! I will have no opportunity to test on 10dpo I've realised. So I'm doing tomorrow (9dpo) and then 11.. then I've still 1 FRER left and 2 cheapies my friend brought me. Xx

@GeraniumCedarwood I'm 9DPO but my LP used to usually only be 10 or 11 days so if it hasn't happened yet I think I'd be out!

I had the tiniest bit of brown blood, may have been from Implantation and only just came through? Who knows! That's probably my minds wishful thinking...

I have lots of cheap one-step tests but that one was negative this morning, have heard they aren't great at getting lines on but who knows.

@GoT1904 Just have a feeling it's going to be a waste of a test for me! Think I'll die of shock if it's positive 🙈

@ArcEnCiel2022 I do. Not due till next Wednesday though. Odd early ovulation has thrown my cycle off so fully expecting it earlier xx

@ArcEnCiel2022- I also have cramping too, so also not feeling hopeful, but will keep everything crossed for you.

@Graceybaby when I have been pregnant before I got BFPs on one step tests at 10-11 dpo. (I have a detailed note book with all my records)

Maybe I've just been incredibly unlucky and had evaps on both tests.. ive decided not to trust the clear blue and everyone's said they notorious for evaps but other one could be an indent as the line on the cheapy appeared straight away.. but I have used one of those cheap tests that I used this morning before and that definitely negative didn't have an indent or any sort of line it was completely white so who knows. Time will tell 😊 trying to take my mind off it tonighy buts it hard, haven't mentioned anything to OH, he'll think I'm nuts 😅

Feeling very bloated ATM and on and off cramps/twinges.. other then that no symptoms.

I didn't get any kind of line with one step till I was 5 weeks last time. I wondering about different batches and quality issues. They are soo cheap.

Again can't eat dinner 🤷‍♀️

So after thinking about it all day, I finally caved and did a cheapie test: bfn as I was expecting... I needed to see it I guess. I'm not sure if I will test again or just wait for AF now!

@Graceybaby I took the easy step, and didn't take a first response until the next day as I don't keep them in the house to stop me literally peeing money away. I've been trying on and off for 4 years and no baby earthside yet, so test buying gets very expensive. I will only usually buy FRER or clear blue to confirm what I've seen on IC tests. However, I am considering ordering some off Amazon whilst they are on offer!

regarding starting a group for next month-- Let's see if everyone makes it to the next cycle first, we have to have some BFPS hopefully!!

@ArcEnCiel2022 Sorry to hear that, how long was your hold? As the saying goes, you're not out until AF shows. Also wouldn't it take a while after implantation for HCG to start showing any way? x

@MrsGrealish that's interesting. Yeah they must have some unreliability, they are so cheap. Don't think ill bother with them in future.

I had some cramps earlier and felt gross, my mouth tastes gross too, all could be signs of AF or being pregnant so I don't know what to think at the moment 😂 cm is still definitely different to the usual for this time of the month. Do I test again tomorrow or leave it?

We all know I'm going to test again in the morning though 😂

@GeraniumCedarwood yes you're right, I know it's still early and we never know. It's just a feeling I have with this spotting... My hold was probably not too much, I think 2 hours or something like that. And the cheapie not too reliable either.
That's right also that hopefully some of us won't need a next cycle of TTC!!
