@Gracie2021 the hope was short lived as af arrived within minutes of my last post...! Booked in for an appointment with the clinic tomorrow morning. Hopefully I'll be able to go to Oxford afterwards and won't have to come back to London for another appointment on Sunday morning....anyway, glad that we're starting a new cycle and just hoping that this one delivers some decent embryos 🤞🤞🤞

@Gracie2021 4dp5dt is still super early, but hopefully the symptoms you are getting are the result of implantation 🤞🤞🤞

@beckycarlos I can't believe it!!! More than two years and finally a line! Thought I saw a smudge yesterday so was up at 6 this morning! Odds just went from 57% to 71% per the online calculator. A lot of praying to do now!!

Did you manage to get to your scan and still get out to Oxford after @99pctpractice? Sorry the timing sucked so badly for you.

No real progression today at all and I've started spotting. Know it can go either way and its just a matter of time but I his is torture.

@Gracie2021 yes! I managed to make it to Oxford, I am back on my way to London for blood tests pre-10am now though....my oh chose last night to tell me that he's finding the ttc is putting a dampener on our relationship and he feels like we're losing connection. Basically, he's had enough of it all and wants this to be the last round. I don't disagree with anything that he said but now feel like the pressure is on even more for this round. It was all a bit heavy!! I am pleased he was honest with me but i wish he'd waited until after we'd finished this round before unburdening...the fear of it not working is real!!

@Gracie2021 it still looks like a clear line though! Fingers crossed the spotting stops, I'm sure it doesn't help with the stress levels though - I hope you have some good distractions in the sun planned!!

Oh god @99pctpractice agree better to be open and honest but yeah the timing. Can't imagine the pressure you're putting on then. Don't want to suggest putting a plaster on a dam but can ye even try to get more time together through this round or even a weekend away together? Might not solve everything but just to get that time and closeness together. Infertility robs so bloody much! Hugs to you my lovely xxxx

Headed to the cinema later for a little treat. Trying to be good and will avoid my usual popcorn and minstrels. We're sticking to a movie that's been out ages and the afternoon session so the room will be nearly empty but just feel like we need a date night out the two of us as it's been non stop isolating for so long. Hopefully be good distraction too 🤞🤞

@99pctpractice I'm sorry about your partner. Like you say, good he's been honest but it's definitely not going to help your stress levels!

@gracie2021 i hope your spotting stops and its just 'one of those things'. I tested early (cant remeber what day though) and then the next day and there was no progression, so I had a word with myself and didn't test again until otd when the line was HUGELY darker...I also googled (I know) and it said you dont have to worry so much about the progression day to day, just cumulatively, and that theres an unhealthy obsession with 'dye stealers' lol which helped. For what its worth I think your line looks stronger today though :)

Thanks guys. Hopefully all will stay positive but back to work tomorrow and a lot of my team on leave so will be busy and distracted. @Tillybabs @beckyCarlos are you both waiting on CD1 this week to start your meds this cycle?

@gracie2021 I start provera (progesterone tabs) on CD16, so waiting for CD1, it shouldnt be long, am spotting! But have also had ridoculous hives today, no idea what theyre about but they can go away! All the sides of my torso looked like I'd been scalded this morning!

@Gracie2021 I'm currently on a 3 month downreg so I've been quiet as not a lot going on. I have 3 weeks left and then will need start the next steps. Speaking with the Dr next week to find out what happens next

Omg @Gracie2021 !!! Im so flippin chuffed for you!! 😁 I think I see some progression from yesterday too.

@beckyCarlos I'm waiting for CD1 too (I'll be starting Norethisterone on CD21 on my next cycle), but I haven't ovulated yet, so your at least 2 weeks ahead of me 😊

@Tillybabs keep us updated, sounds like you, me and Becky could be going through IVF at similar times xx

@Kay00 I think I will be starting later as I think they will wait until my cycle starts which could take weeks or months depending on when my body starts to produce oestrogen again. I will know more next week

Great that a few of ye will be going together. Somehow makes it easier I've found when I've had company at the same time.

I get hives too @beckyCarlos they're the pits. That and insect bites. I was covered in them the day before transfer and petrified as my body was doing a big reaction even with the steroids I'm on. How are the hives today?

Thanks a mil @Kay00 have a big whopping dark line today at 7dpt so am chuffed. Just taking one day at a time and hoping for the best. Great that you're so close to starting again. How are you feeling diving back in?

@Kay00 I may also join you, Tillybabs and Becky. I won't know for sure until end of this week as they've just asked me to ring up on CD1 and they'll see if they can fit me in.
