TTC in late 30s

I'm 38 and am ready to start trying for baby number two. Would have tried sooner after baby one but had to hold off for various reasons such as poor mental health and finances but now the time feels right.

Any one of similar age in same boat and fancy joining for moral support? Any tips?

Have started taking some prenatal vitamins again, am a healthy weight and trying to maintain a healthy diet and some exercise, don't smoke, but do drink but only moderately.

@TSunshine Maybe it's just because it's the first cycle and our bodies haven't fully adjusted... my app said I was going to ovulate on the 1st of April but it was two days later but tbf in all my previous cycles before being on the pill I ovulated on CD16-17 so it was about right for me. I think once our bodies have a proper 'natural' cycle it will start to get into a normal pattern... That's unless we both get a lovely BFP for that!! 😅🤞

Haha I've never seen one of those digital machines before? How does it work?

I kept reading that you get the EWCM on the day you ovulate so I was panicking thinking we were too late but I'm sure it was fine.. I just need to stop googling 🙈🤣

Morning @Graceybaby, sorry for the late reply! Was having THE WORST cramps on Monday but past my peak and feeling better. How are you feeling?

Exactly! I definitely got a very small amount of EWCM a few days before ovulation and on the day and then it was gone! Haha same! Going to stop googling further 😂 x

@TSunshine oh no, glad you're feeling better! I had the same Sunday, sooo crampy and horrible lower back pain. Hopefully it means we did actually ovulate! Ive also had very tender boobs for the last couple of days which I never ever get so hoping that's a good ovulation sign too!

So you're officially in the TWW! Yay! 🎉 It's driving me insane already, 3DPO, Trying to distract myself and not think about it but it's impossible 😅🙈
