Hey all,

Simple post really, according to Flo and my current symptoms, I am due to ovulate today or tomorrow. Still trying to figure out OPK's and so not really been using them.

Just wondered if anybody wanted to go through the Two week window with me.

Have dtd a few times over the past few days and so hoping to have some luck this cycle.

(As in at 12DPO I had the strong lines, at 5DPO I probably won't have even implanted yet if this is my month)

Omg, how does everyone get passed the two week wait stage!!! With DD I didn't think I was pregnant so didn't really symptom watch or anything but this time round I keep thinking I feels things happening although I'm only like 2DPO?

I got impatient at 10dpo, no BFP yet it seems. I feel like I'm getting symptoms that I don't with AF but it's only my 3rd cycle off the pill so maybe AF makes me nauseated now. Still not convinced it's a BFN until AF shows up though.

Haha @Cheeeeeeeks it's so hard isn't it? Best thing I've found to do is immerse myself in a new hobby/buy something really nice I could enjoy and take up a lot of my time. At the moment I'm trying to get into different teas (decaf just in case). I don't really care about tea but it's distracting me from symptom spotting

@Aardbeien you're not out just yet as it's still early! Even when I was pregnant last time I had a very faint positive at 9DPO then nothing at all at 10DPO then from 11DPO BFPs. Sadly I miscarried a few weeks later which will have been unrelated but shows that it's not too late. I also know someone that only had her BFP at 14DPO. Sorry that's probably going to make you test constantly these next few days but there's still hope!

I have really cheap tests so I can test as often as I need to thankfully! I'm sorry to hear about your prior miscarriage. I'm keeping the hope up for now, for all of us on this thread!

Those cheap tests are brilliant! And yes definitely feels like we can test often.

Thanks for the support! And fingers crossed we all have some good news this cycle. I'd love a BFP in this group soon! 6DPO today and have some cramps and sore breasts but think it's all in my head!

I'm so silly, I just did a cheapie at 6DPO and not even FMU! 🤦‍♀️ I can be so irrational during the 2WW!

@LittleMrsMama haha yes, that is a good idea. I currently experienced sore breasts too this morning which is not normal at this stage in my cycle, I usually get it a week before AF starts and this is quiet early. I've also been cramping a lot since and CM still quite abundant (EWCM doesn't usually last this long for me in my fertile period) not sure if I'm looking into it too much or if these are my early symptoms! Or if I'm having a late ovulation.

@Aardbeien like @LittleMrsMama said 10dpo is still early but I guess the closer you get the more you wanna test! My will power is so low I probs start testing at 8dpo lol

@LittleMrsMama looooool omg! Stay strong! I currently two pregnancy announcements in my family. One being my younger sister who was so strong and waited a week after she missed her period to test. I wish I was as strong!!!

Hi all, can I tag along? I'm roughly 3DPO and have turned from a v sensible, logical (sometimes too logical I'm told!) person into a massive over thinker!! Only recently started TTC, have had very irregular and difficult periods so have spent the last 9 years without AF due to back-to-back pill and then coil.
I got the static smile on Thurs, after 9 days of flashing (grr). Friday afternoon I had a really hot flush for a couple of hours, my face and chest got v hot and red. Then Friday night I was in severe pain with cramping for around 3 hours - far too painful to sleep or even move, started on my left side then the pain went much further down and almost in the middle - any ideas what this could be? At first I thought Ov pain but the pain just got so intense.
I don't get EWCM either, never noticed it before, now today I have CM but white and quite a lot of it! Very confused, any advice greatly appreciated!

@alwaysseeingstars yay I think I am about 2 or 3dpo too. It sounds like it was ovulation pains? I'm not too sure with the static faces etc opks? I've not used the digital ones so not able to help you there, sorry:(
Yes happy for them and excited, but envious too lol, hopefully it be me soon making an announcement!

5dpo and absolutely nothing to report 😂 @LittleMrsMama I seriously considered doing one this morning too had to give myself a shake 😂😂

10dpo and been testing but bfn so far! I've only used cheapies and not done a frer. I've started to think it's not gonna happen this month even though I felt so positive at the start!

@Cheeeeeeeks I hope it was just ovulation pains, I wasn’t sure how severe they can be so got myself worried! 🤞for you to have an announcement v v soon!!

@alwaysseeingstars this is my 2nd cycle ttc no 2. Unfortunately had an early MC at the end of January (wasn't a planned pregnancy) but we decided to ttc after that ❤ how far are you in to ttc?

I’m 2nd cycle TTC #1 - but still in the stage of trying to understand what my cycles are going to be like after having the coil removed in Jan! So not holding out much hope yet, although the CB ov tests have been useful in at least seeing if things are happening!
How do you work out where you are in your cycle? There’s quite a few different ways, I’d love to try BBT but it’s pointless for me as I have such broken sleep!

Joining! DH and I have been married for a few years but something clicked recently that I finally feel ready. Have been off the pill for over a year so we DTD on two fertile days. 12 days left to wait...

welcome @Shrekroll I am reaching the end of my 2ww. I am due on today. I had a lot of cramping/ twinges mid way 2WW which I thought was possible implantation. I have had a few bouts of feeling nauseous also. However I've been in a terrible mood for two days and got some mild cramping. I've also got a low hard cervix tmi so I thinking I am not pregnant this time. I think I will come on before but if I don't I will be testing Saturday.

@alwaysseeingstars I don't track but I've been off contraception for years and I go with my mood. When I'm in my fertile week I am quite affectionate then as soon as I ovulate I turn in to the spawn of Satan 😂, worst bit is continuing for a few days when I don't like dp very much 😂

Thanks everyone. I've been using mumsnet for years but posting on ttc and the prospect of being an actual mum on the horizon feels very different! Fingers crossed for you all

@alwaysseeingstars I use ovulation strips off Amazon. They're really easy to use like a pregnancy test with two lines. The line to the left eventually becomes really dark which means you're about to ovulate (usually 24-36hrs)
