Hello

I’ve started tracking BBT this cycle and Im not sure if my temps are showing that I’ve ovulated yet or not.

Im on CD15 today and I potentially had my peak OPK yesterday CD14 around 19:30.

I’ve been taking my temps at the same time every morning and my pre-ovulation temps have been ranging between 36.26 and 36.29.

This morning I had a slight rise to 36.31 so if I take my lowest temp that’s only a rise of 0.05.

I read that after ovulation you should see atleast a rise of 0.3 - 0.5.

I also didn’t have any ovulation cramps and last cycle I had really strong cramps.

So my question really is have I not ovulated yet?

That very small rise that I've had today I assume that I can’t count that as post ovulation or can I?

Thanks Smile

Seem to have found a pattern for me. Last cycle I got my peak opk CD14 but didn’t ovulate until CD17 so around 72 hours later.

This cycle I was surprised as I got a positive opk on CD12 (Saturday) so it was early for me. My peak came early hours of Sunday morning (2am CD13). Today (Monday) I’m on CD14 and temps not showing ovulation yet.

My temps are following a similar little curve to last cycle which happened the day before I got my ovulation dip so I’m expecting a temp dip for ovulation tomorrow (tues CD15) and rise on Wednesday (CD16)…. Hopefully 🤞🏼

So seems like I ovulate 72 hours after my first positive opk. Interesting to find out Smile

@Newbiemg Juts wanted to say thanks so much for all the info on this regarding the slow rise in BBT. I'm currently waiting for my rise when usually it's really quick and this has made me feel better, despite it not having a BFP result at the end for you.

Hope all going well still, and hope you've got your BFP in the last 2 cycles.
