Hoping for a BFP in March

Hey

I thought I would start a group for those of us hoping for a nice and positive pregnancy test in March!

I am TTC after 2MC and a chemical. I have a son who is 2.5years and I will be 41 next month 😳. I have an appointment at the recurrent miscarriage clinic in a weeks time. I am keeping positive though and staying hopeful. 2022 is our year.

I am currently CD11 and giving the sperm meets egg plan a go!

Hi, I’m jumping over from February group.

I’m TTC #3, I have a 7yr old and 4yr old, and had an ectopic pregnancy which ruptured resulting in losing my right tube in 2020.

I’m cycle 4 and CD 6 today. Going to hopefully DTD tomorrow then a few days off before going for it Every other day through FW.

@MummyMe87 sorry to hear that! It's always a mix bag of emotions trying to convince when you've been through a loss. Excitement and anxiety x

Hey gals, recognise your names from previous months , fingers crossed March is our month!

CD10 today and first baby dance of the this cycle due to covid 😕 just going into fertile window now though.

TTC first baby and on cycle 5 now! Trying to take a more relaxed approach this month due to having covid and hopefully going on holiday next week. Not really sure how relaxed I will be but hopefully being busy will help 🤦🏼‍♀️

I'm in the process of having 5 &21 day blood tests and an ultrasound due to pelvic pain I was having (seems to have subsided for now!) and just generally wanting to check my fertility. So worried that something negative is going to show:( part of me hears when people say that it can take a healthy couple up to a year to get pregnant but another part of me just thinks it should have happened by now if we're ovulation tracking etc.

@Mariabombia I understand the worry. Chances are everything is all fine but I think it's good to know what you are up against. I hope all the tests show good results for you.

I just had covid too! Got over it quick enough then got my period. Such a fun time 😩

I’m on cycle day 30 and no sign of AF yet but not even a sniff of a line. Just wish she would hurry up so we can try again.
We only decided in December to try for number 2.
It’s like it takes up every thought. I can’t think of anything else.

We can't TTC for another few weeks...DH had a vasectomy reversal 10 days ago so still healing!!

We've missed ovulation this month but crossing fingers for March BFP still!!

Joining from Feb thread. Still no sign of AF and coming to the end of 18DPO. Frustrated to say the least.

Hi. Hoping to get my positive this cycle.
Trying for baby no 2. DS is 2.
Cycle 9 for us. My cycles have been shorter since having DS. Last months was only 22 days. I’m taking coenzyme q10 in the hope that it will help with my cycles but thinking about doing some fertility tests soon.
Got my peak OPK today.
@TiredbutTrying41 it definitely takes up all my thoughts- I tried not tracking for two months but found myself thinking about it just as much just without the peeing on sticks to predict ovulation.

CD7 here now and started ‘the purple method’ yesterday…. Those from February’s thread will know what I’m referring to

@TeddyBeans very odd. Did you get an LH surge with OPKs so certain that ovulation was that day? (sorry wasn’t on the other thread) Have you had a covid vaccine recently as there is some reports that can alter your cycle for a month or so? It might be worth speaking to your GP though if it doesn’t show soon.

Can I ask what the purple method is?

@Tjsmjs it's the method my fertility Dr told me about when I was ttc#1

I had been trying for 2 years, he told me to stop peeing on sticks and because I was a regular 28 day cycle to trust my body (tests had confirmed I was ovulating)

He said to dtd on CD's 7 (more to empty dh) then nothing (especially dh) until day 11, giving a chance for healthy but not too old or young swimmers to build, then CD13 and 15.

Day 11 leaves some waiting for the egg to be released, day 13 to catch the say before and 15 incase I ovulate late.

He said the 2 days in between was better to mature the sperm.

I tried it this way for 2 months and was pregnant. We did it this way again this time and 2 months I was pregnant again (ectopic) also worked for my friend.

You just alter the days depending on your cycle length (30 day cycle would be days 9, 13, 15 and 17 etc)

@Purple29 definitely sounding like a good sign getting EWCM. I had some yesterday CD6 which maybe felt a bit premature for a typical Ov date of CD13

@Mummyme87 I hope so. DH will get lucky on valentines day anyway, falls on the right day too for my cycle!!! Ive not noticed it for ages!!! So fingers crossed march is our month!!

@Purple29 thanks for explaining. Makes sense to me. I’ve been doing the SMEP for a few cycles now but may have to give that a go as it does make me feel a bit sexed out at times. I’ll have to adjust it based on a shorter cycle. My problem is going by ovulation sticks I have a short luteal phase and haven’t had it confirmed I’m ovulating. DH wants to give it a few more months before we look at fertility tests. Doesn’t help he works away a lot so although it is 9 cycles now since we started trying it is more like 6 cycles with him actually being home if that makes sense. I’m just impatient I guess.

@MummyMe87 @Tjsmjs 6 days late now. I don't test for ovulation as more than half the time I get sharp ovulation pains so know exactly when it happens. This cycle it was around 4pm on 26th Jan (CD15). My cycles are a very regular 28 days.

I haven't had the booster so it's not that. I really don't know what to think but getting 5 BFNs in 7 days seems pretty definitive
