Hello everyone
sorry I’ve been quiet my Nan sadly passed on the 16/11/22 so it’s been quite a whirlwind since then. I did all the end of life care as I’m a nurse and we had her at home and it was peaceful and she was surrounded by family.
@Annapolis35 my AF also arrived 4 days early!! I think mine was the stress it arrived the day she was told she was dying, I really didn’t believe that much in the power of hormones and stress but it clearly impacted me as I’ve had 28 day cycles since March.
I’ve also started acupuncture i had one session this week! Really interesting so we’d timed it for the first session so I was at the beginning of my cycle but obviously I no longer was due to AF early arrival.
She did some electroacupuncture so I had some little electrical currents running through! She did my feet, lower legs and ankles and also some in my tummy. She then placed some in my head due to the loss of my nan.
To be fair I’ve felt more balanced with my emotions since that day and my anxiety which had been spiralling up until that morning has stopped. I had a tiny bit of pink cm that night (only cycle day 8 so too early for ovulation) so I don’t know wether that was coincidence or something else. I plan to go every week and see what happens. I pay into a hospital fund monthly and this covers 1/2 of any acupuncture costs so helps a bit!
@Shaker21 thats good news on your blood test! Any symptoms or anything! Not long till Sunday- u just going to hold out until AF arrives?
I had the results of my day 21 blood tests it was 21.7 mmols so the doctor said he couldn’t definitely confirm it it needs to be over 30 but he couldn’t say it hadn’t happened either! So advised me to re test, I think I’ll do that next month I don’t imagine I’ll achieve anything this month.
going to start trying again tonight just every other day as I’m CD 10 now but I think it’s all quite unlikely due to everything that’s been going on. My Nan as she was passing told me her favourite girls name which we actually both quite like so it’s made us want it more.
I’ve also added ubiquinol in now at the advice of the acupuncturist and increased my myo insitol intake so we’ll see if that helps.
@pinkpirlie congrats on the weightloss that’s great! I know it’s easy to look back and think why didn’t I just stick to it or why did I put it back on! But just look to now your doing it and ur losing it!!
@Hjudge56 so glad to see everything going ok so far!! X
